The shoes are PERFECT the only thing is I dont wear heels & this is my first purchase with shoedazzle. I know different brands sizes kind of vary so the heels are big): but they're GORGEOUS & hopefully I can gift them to a family member one day!

Straps don't work with the size of my leg. I had to poke another hole in the strap and it doesn't look or feel right. I'll probably never wear them tbh... waste of money.

Beware - Shoedazzle requires you to opt out every month by the 5th, and it's not just a 'click here' type of opt-out, it takes several screens and if you don't click each screen you will have money deducted from your account. This money is considered "CREDITS" on Shoedazzle, and can then only be used on full priced merchandise - can't use credits for sales, bogos, just full priced stuff. Which makes no sense at all, it's money of mine THEY ALREADY HAVE so what difference does it make what I spend it on? The shoes I've bought are okay, decent quality but mostly their merch is sort of boring and basic.

ShoeDazzle is a SCAM! Check out www.makemechic.com and you WILL find the SAME shoes for around $25.00 per pair... (also note the shoe brand is different BECAUSE ShoeDazzle GLUES their label over the actual brand name... very cheaply I may add...) I was a member of ShoeDazzle and got the ENVY shoe in navy blue, but found it (the SAME EXACT SHOE) on this site... how tacky! I guess some people think they are getting an amazing deal, but for everyone else out there who actually has a brain, DO SOME RESEARCH! I hope you all grow a pair and stop making Kim K richer by feeding into her bullsh*t!

The strap closure seems like a clever idea, however, very difficult for me to maneuver. I would never order another pair with that type of closure. I give this 2 stars.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a single pair of shoes that were terrible quality. They broke after 2 days. Months later I see a charge from them on my credit card. They have been secretly charging me $40 a month, which is NONREFUNDABLE. There is NO email reminder and I was NOT informed prior to signing up. This is a scam and a shady business policy. When I called to cancel, the representative did not speak English, and come to find out, I was charged AGAIN! Oh, but if you can remember EVERY SINGLE MONTH during a 5-day time span to log on and skip the payment, then they won't charge you. I'm taking this up with my credit card disputes at this point.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes by mistake. It did not ask me if I wanted to confirm my order, and I did not get a free pair as the site promised new customers. I emailed them right away asking to cancel the order. I did not have all that money on my account and would be charged over draft fees. I did not get a response, I called the following morning when my card was -$37. I was put on hold for over 45 minutes, and when I finally got through the conversation lasted less then a minute, I was told there is nothing they can do. Yes I can return them once they arrive, but I needed my money in my account before that. They did not ship out yet, I feel as though they could have made an effort to not send them out. They said they are "being prepared to be shipped" Which would mean they have NOT been shipped yet. So don't ship them. I would not buy from them, even if I love the shoes that come in, they are going back and it's the last time I will be on that site. The customer service is non existent.

A lot of people complain about how the website automatically signed them up for the VIP membership. That is a lie, when ordering a pair you have to pay attention because it does have the box checked for the VIP membership showing that you get the bonus discount on your first pair. All you have to do is uncheck the box saying you don't want the VIP membership. It is NOT hard to pay attention, customers should be paying close attention anyways when purchasing ANYTHING on-line. I have ordered shoes from Shoedazzle and although I wish there was better package tracking, I am overall satisfied with my purchases.
