So I bought a pair of combat boots from here and literally the second day I wore them the zipper broke off so I went and got it fixed the next day the zipper on the other shoe fell off and it was really sloppily put together like you could see the glue for 40 dollars I thought I would've gotten a better quality show your better of going to Payless or anywhere else

I was informed my shoes I ordered would be delivered another 48 hours after the original delivery date.

My experience with shoe dazzle with latest purchase was as I said fabulous I ordered the brown leather jacket for the dark falling leaves of fall and the black and white combination purse and ankle boots for winter to wear with black legging and jacket I had something in mine for all the items I order from shoe dazzle if not for at that time I'm getting a out fit together piece by piece believe me I have something in mine from your great collection of clothes and shoes and jacket and purses jewelry that I love I will be a customer for life I'm looking forward to many more great deals I took advantage of your black Friday deal to purchase these items it was a great deal for VIP members

Of course I was first enticed to order from shoe dazzle from a FaceBook Advertisement. I ordered one pair of boots for 50% off since it was my first order, so I thought it was a great deal. Come to realize a month later that the site charges you $39.95 monthly despite whether you purchase more items or not. I immediately call customer service to get my refund and with the intent to cancel this "VIP" membership. She goes on and on about the benefits of the VIP membership and basically does everything in her power to stall me from continuing with my intent to cancel. She explains that i can "skip this month" within the first 5 days of every month to not get charged. I gave up talking to her on the phone and continued to "skip this month" for 2 more months. This month, i completely forgot about this annoying membership and forgot to skip the month and was charged $39.95. I dreaded calling their customer service but this time i was not taking no for an answer. The customer service told me how it was my fault that i did not "press the simple box" online in order to skip the month as well as reminding me of all the "benefits" of being VIP. She went on and on, once again, asking me to remain a VIP member and asking me why I wanted to cancel my account. It's honestly one of the most infuriating websites i have ever had to deal with. Luckily I was able to finally cancel my VIP account after 20 minutes on the phone. Just don't buy anything from Shoe Dazzle...

Two boots for 20 bucks. Look like suede. Feel like Scott's paper towel. They probably spent 60 cents to make them. Its almost embarrassing to wear them becAuse they are so cheap. But I bought them so I might as well fake it till I mAke it. But I won't load any more money on my card. Btw GIRLS. IF YOU LOVE DOGS DON'T BUY HERE. I've been VIP with Shoedazzle for just over a year now and I love it. I've only bought 3 pairs of shoes but I adore all of them and I really like just having such a good website to get shoes whenever I need to that I know will deliver good product. The prices are so much better than if I go to my local shopping malls, and they always have amazing deals! The shoes themselves (from what I have experienced so far) are amazing quality, the colours are even brighter than pictured, the sizing has been perfect, and I get so many compliments when I wear them (especially the ones pictured). I have not dealt with customer service but I can imagine they'd be good since everything else has been promising. Just keep in mind that if you do want the good deals that come with VIP, you have to go on the site and Skip the Month which my mom and I always remind eachother on the first of the month so it's never been an issue. As far as shipping, it has been so much faster than I expect every time so i'm always happy about that. Over-all I really enjoy shopping on this website and I plan to alot more!

My son purchased a pair of shoes for me for Xmas from this website, they were ok, but I noticed that the shoes were not of top quality and they were from the big,
"C" China. When I went to try the shoes on, one shoe fit and the other shoe was to small. I figured heck, for the cheap price of their shoes, you know the saying when purchasing something not of suck great quality.

I ordered 4pair of shoes on Nov2021 and my shoes for Christmas and new year's never arrive. I called the customer service to check what happened and they tell me the items was missing… and the shoes are sold out now and they can not reordered for me, they just can refund the money to my ShoeDazzle account and not to my paypal account where the debit my Membresy.
