I was a member of Shoedazzle for couple of years and I was more-less happy with their products. Also, I was pretty satisfied with the ways they handled all of my issues in the past, they were always very friendly and helpful. BUT their policies are the worst I have ever seen. This is the reason why I eventually cancelled my membership. During my last purchase, after I placed the order I realized that it is going to the veeery wrong address. I contacted their customer service through the live chat and they told me that the ONLY way to resolve this is to call them directly (which I find already annoying). So I called them immediately (within 5 minutes of placing an order). To sum it up, I was shocked to learn that there is absolutely no possibility to change the shipping address or to cancel the order. (Meaning, the package will be delivered to the wrong address and somebody will be very happy with my shoes and there was nothing I could do about it.) By this point I got frustrated and asked to talk to the supervisor. I was lucky that a customer service representative got creative and gave me an idea to contact FedEx once I receive tracking number and redirect the package. What a lousy policy!

I've spent a ton of money on this website & have literally ordered well over 30 items total. I speak from experience…lots of experience from my many purchases over the last 6-8 months or so. The shoes while cute, can be hit or miss in the comfortable department. I've ordered boots quite a few times & have been unable to even get them closed all the way without having to go through the hassle of exchanging for wide calf size instead, which is crazy to me because my calf's and thighs aren't even that big lol. But when I order wide calf they're always HUUUGE on me & I've got to literally duct tape them to stay put on my pants thigh part…ridiculous. I've ordered high heels from here where I ordered the correct size but have huge blisters & scraps from them rubbing against the back of my foot & top of my foot. Ouch! Not 1 pair of the heels have been comfortable or felt like they were supporting my feet. Very thin bottoms & I can feel every single tiny rock I walk over. Soo painful! But customer service is extremely helpful & the shoes are mostly very cute! (: who ever said beauty is pain is absolutely correct when it comes to shoe dazzle lol

I love the shoes but I can do without the magazine. No matter how many times I opt out of magazine, I still get them and they go straight into the trash and no matter what I do to STOP magazines they keep coming. I would order more shoes but DON'T WANT MAGAZINES. It is a waste cause we all work no one has time read magazines.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you let them know you don't want the magazines if u don't want them. Be sure to try on shoes when u get them. I bought 2 pairs of wedges black and white, white I wore to church and the came a part. Wore the black a year later right out of box, wore on trip out of town and put them to go out and I didn't get to the restaurant they fell apart. So inspect and try on.

You know, I've really been patient with the JustFab/ShoeDazzle clan. However, this is my second run in with them & honestly, at this point, I'm completely disappointed and dissatisfied. I purchased some bags from them and the money was taken from my CashApp card. I turn my card off at night because I've had some bad luck with scammers anyway, I wake up this morning to see that ShoeDazzle has tried to take an additional $80.25 from my CashApp card. Instantly, I'm investigating like I know hadn't purchased anything else. So I call them, the rep tries to give me a lie about it being an authorization that they took the first go around...
1) This isn't my first time ordering from you, so I know that's false.
2) I made a previous order that SAME day for a different amount, they took the money from my card and they items have supposedly shipped no double charging there.
3) I'd already received an email saying you were backed up and to be patient as they get my order together...
So either they no longer had those items available or they just didn't want to honor their agreement. Either way, after this, I'm completely done. They said they would refund my money by the end of business day. Great because that's all I'm giving them.
And the other runin I had with them was a dispute about me skipping a month earlier this year. I went online and skipped (JustFab) & they told me I didn't. Even though I made sure to check back.
The company and it's employees do not value their customers and clearly they show it often. That's why their rating is so low. Bad business.
