I bought one pair of shoes with an old card of mine back in august of 2018 and i loved them but then i got some unauthorized purchase charge of 39.95 taken out of my bank account and ive been waiting for someone to pick up on the "24/7" phone customer service line but AS SOON as it starts 1 ring it gets a crappy automated message and ive got the proof showing ive called 36 TIMES! NOONE will pick up on the internet version and im starting to believe that they are just the biggest sham ever! I EVEN GOT A NEW CARD and they i guess are linked through visa so that didnt even stop that, i had to contact my bank and tell them that this was such a bogus charge! Shouldve never gone with that hour deal woth 10 dollar shoes... total scam i say!

I ordered a pair of shoes, specifically not signing up for the monthly fee or so I thought. I had to return the shoes and was going to in exchange get another pair, however after tracking my package and them recieving my return I was NEVER notified it was received and never refunded my money. I have sent multiple e-mails and called only to be put on hold forever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Go get cuter shoes somewhere else..

One pair of boots fit perfect BUT The black pair I ordered are way to small I wear a 91/2 these boots are maybe a 6 but no way are they USA size 9 1/2 I am sending them back

Buyers Beware... this company fraudulently withdraws money and scams honest customers out of hundreds of dollars.
I purchased a pair of shoes from ShoeDazzle back in March of 2014, they arrived and I promptly called and told them that the quality was garbage and that I would never be purchasing anything from them again. Today, Sept 2,2014 I opened my credit card statement and noticed a charge of $44.98 from ShoeDazzle. I called them immediately and told them that I did not purchase anything and was told that it was a VIP credit to my account. When I informed them that I did not and would never order something from them again I was told that there was no way to reverse the payment. I was also informed that they had been deducting money from my credit card since March and that there was no way to reimburse me.
Needless to say I contacted the Fraud department with my credit card company and informed them of the transactions taking place even after my call to cancel all dealings with the company. I informed them of this site and all the others who have had money stolen from them.
I hope that the police in California have been informed of this fraudulent company and that they can stop this from happening again to others.
Tip for consumers:
Call your credit card company immediately and report the fraud. Write down who you spoke to at ShoeDazzle, telephone numbers, etc and inform the police in your area. If we all file complaints we can stop this from happening to anyone else.

The items I received were not as expected. The tops did NOT match the actual size ordered. The tops were 10 X SMALLER than expected. If you need a large the pants will fit but the top is a lost.

Shoedazzle is not worth the 39.95 to me. I hear the quality of the shoes and stuff have gotten better over the years. But to me there is not much of anything worth buying for 39.95 A MONTH. That is just a personal opinion though. Some people may love the things they have on there. But I only ordered once out of all the couple of years I have been a member. Then it irritates me because it is so easy to forget to skip the month in order to avoid the unnecessary monthly charge. So i have to call them every month to get my refund. Gladly they do keep giving me my money back so that leaves less of a problem for me.The only issue I had was, with a refund that the operator told me she processed. I waited 2 weeks and never got it so I had to call back again and have someone else do it. They also try and convince you to stay with them and just skip your months instead of canceling but i finally just cancelled mine today. I would say overall just to go on there and try it for yourself. There is some good and back aspects of it. But you have to know what your'e getting into and if that is something you want to be apart of. It is 39.95 a month!
