I knew it was a bad idea to do this as I've been down this road before with the other one. Whatever it's called Just Fake-Oh Fab. That's it! They're all the same. I am a glutton for punishment. Ugh.
First, you spend a couple hundred... get sucked into the silliness of the "discounts" and then you wait for six months for them to come out with new items. Even when they DO have items you want you know it's always "out of stock-notify me later" or whatever.
That's their game. Skip a month? It never works!
I am convinced they keep low stock on purpose so they can scam peoples credit cards every month for "credits." And the sizing is all weird. So are the cuts. Cheap. But what else would you expect from this type of business? Very sad KK endorses this company still. Or at least they claim that she does? Questionable... to say the least.
But I can't be bothered to even research this. I've spent enough time on this review which is a whole 7mins I'll never get back but something tells me that Kim K has absolutely nothing to do with this company probably for years now. I did ask one rep and she didn't even know who or what I was talking about. All the employees are these poor girls (I don't mean that financially speaking) from 3rd world countries. It is just terrible. The last two I spoke to... one was in Vietnam and the other was in Indonesia I think? SMH. I felt bad the whole time speaking to both. It is not right. Bye Shoedazzle! Bunch of nonsense.

This is really unfair to me. I am sure you all are aware of my situation, my name is Tracey and Jonathan was disgusting to me. He told me that i was tying up the line and at some point I must give up. I am very un happy with the way i was treated. No one wanted to help me. He even said that his company did no wrong. This is not professional behavior at all!

I never received an e-mail stating to give a different card. I assumed the card i gave was okay because my friend used the same card company and she received her order. I was told by Jaffrey/Jesse if i gave a different card/ a card that was issued from the USA they would ship my order out. I left work to put funds on that usa issued card, called back and was told that every item that i was confirmed on my order is out of stock. This is unacceptable!

Jonathan is rude, mean and very very unprofessional! He did not want to help me in anyway. He just wanted me to stop tying up the line and give up.
All i wanted was to be able to get my order or to be able to pick 8 different items for the price of what i paid for the order that was cancelled without my knowledge. Jonathan even went as far as to "speak to a manager" to get authorization to disconnect the call. I was not rude to him in anyway. He raised his voice at me and was very demanding.

Because of this I will not purchase another item from this company because of how i was treated.

I already made a call to cancel my membership on Feb 6. Then several days later I checked my email and found out my card was charged on Feb 10.

I cannot make repeated calls, esp when the call took more than 8 min and I still didn't get what I want. The girl just kept talking offering this and that, I said I want to proceed with cancelling the membership NOW. The call was cut but I SAID it several times that I wanted to cancel my account! They just kept talking $#*!s & didn't respond to my request! I didn't call back and thought it was done but now my card was charged!

As for the shoes, they are all CHEAP shoes but worth it ONLY if you buy during sale (at $10-15 price range). I bought over 10 heels & some flats because I could not resist the prices, but only one heels that fit (all flats fit tho). All the other heels hurt so much that I never wore them & threw everything away. Once I use my credit to buy a $40 shoes, in few weeks it was on sale for $10!

FYI, your so called VIP credits are traps as you cannot use them on sale items. It is nonsense, but you get all the benefits when u skip the payment every month because you can use your money on anything u want. So BEWARE!

I placed my order. There were good prices. I wanted to try out the site. I bought 4 items, 2 days later it said my package shipped. I thought that was fast the site said it would be 7-10 days to receive so I was excited. I waited a week looked at the shipping it still said shipped. When I track the package on the shipping site, it said waiting on package from location. I waited a few days and it still said the same thing. I called and was told the shipping location is busy and doesn't update their site. I was confused because each place a package goes it should be scanned so that is the update. I was then told it should be to me by that Friday (which was 3 days from the day I called) and if it doesn't arrive call back and they will refund my order or re-ship. I waited over a week, called back and got the same answer about the shipping location but was given a longer time they have to get me the package. (10-15 days) So I asked for a re-ship. Well they didn't have the items I ordered in my size anymore and that the red-ship would still be long because the shipper was backed up. I said I'll wait one more week for the package. I went on the shipper website and tried to chat or call. It was not an option. (You can't talk to anyone) show dazzle couldn't even call them. I asked to cancel my membership since I didn't plan to go through this again. Waited a week, still didn't receive my package and called back to get my refund. I ordered on 4/26/22 and cancelled my order on 5/29/22. Never received the "shipped" package.

I tried shoedazzle and just fab because I heard so many good things about them. The shoes I received were okay; however, the issue lies with the fact that they would not let me cancel my subscription. December was rough on me financially and I did not see a need to have this subscription anymore due to the fact that I now have plenty of shoes. Late December, I looked on the website where it says cancel anytime via live chat. I tried to get in contact with them multiple times via the chat. The chat would just sit there and I could not get anybody to help. Eventually after about 10 minutes, it would tap out and tell me to start over. I left it alone and went on to enjoying time with my family thinking that i had until the 5th to get in contact with this company. When I got back home around the 2nd, I tried chatting again, no help. I have now been charged for this service after trying to get it cancelled. I do not want to just skip a month. I tried calling right after I saw I had been charged. After talking to the automated system, I was placed on hold for 7 minutes and then was hung up on. This happened twice. I am furious. I have now had to file a fraud report agaisnt the company and cancel my card so that they cannot charge me again. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends.

I paid for a rush shipping of 1-2 days. I called after I got an email stating it was being processed AFTER I paid my $17.95 at that time I called and the representative assured me I'd get my products on Friday! Well I got nothing and was told it wouldn't be here until Monday. They refused to refund my 17.95. It's a FALSE REPRESENTATION of paying for 1-2 day shipping just to get your money. DONT FALL FOR IT! I have CANCELED my membership after having it for 5 years they have changed for the BAD

I legit hate this website I almost want to sue them. They do not inform you ahead of time that they're going to charge you $40, I contacted someone over the phone who continually said it wasn't any hidden fee it's a "credit" I informed her I did not want this charge she insisted to stay with th account and I could "skip" the month, then said she would cancel my account and cancel the payment. I saw I had the payment in my bank still, I contacted someone on their Facebook group who when I continued to say how displeased I am by their services, they said that my issue escilated And they would contact me within 3 business days, STILL no contact, this is the 5th business day, I contacted them once again and they haven't gotten back to me.
