ShoeDazzle is the biggest rip off online company out there. I shopped there for few months and found out that they were charging me 39.95 for VIP membership that I didn't sign up for. I called to get a refund and that I didn't sign up for it, SD said that they signed me up to help me get more discounts. I asked to be removed from their membership, that I didn't want additional discount and will pay for my shoes as advertised. I was told that they will cancel it for me. Couple of months down the line I see membership charges yet again. I called them back and went throughout the same crap about them helping me out and so forth. SD canceled the order for me again, so they say. I cancelled this so called "VIP MEMBERSHIP" about three times if not more. Finally I canceled my card, since I can't stop SD from withdrawing money out of my account I figured this will work. What a surprise, they still managed to take money out of my account AGAIN TODAY. This has to be illegal. I called AGAIN today. I have been on hold for almost an hour now, due to a high volume of calls (not surprised). I will be calling a lot of people tomorrow morning. Including the Attorney Generals office. I hope everyone that went through similar situations, as I see many people have, would do the same.

I bought I pair of boots a month ago, everything was ok and I forgot about it (was one time experience, curiosity mostly) today I checked my bank account and they are charging me for something I dont even know... when I call they explain is for the vip membership when did I knew about this? Excuse me!? I didnt even know that join the vip membership means paying every month... like wtf.,!?$ she explains to me that is in the small letters when I signed up... like if the 60 minutes was enough for read that, plus buying he damn pair of shoes... this is totally incorrect, they shouldn't be charging to people just because... they should warn you and then you decide if you pay or not... Im completely angry, is very wrong what they do, they fool people... PEOPLE DONT BUY IN THIS WEBSITE, THEY WILL BE CHARGING YOU EVERY SINGLE MONTH WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!

I became a VIP member a month ago and bought the pair of boots for $10. Took two weeks to deliver, ok fine, I wasn't in a rush to get them anyways. The size 10 fits just fine but the shoe is pretty poor quality, especially the yarn/knitted trimming at the top, which is incredibly cheap and loose. So, I decided to cancel my membership and called yesterday, but was put on hold for 15 minutes when I was short on time so I decided to try again today and it was successful; I was polite but firm with the representative on the phone (which is always the best way to go) and he finally canceled it.
However, what bothers me is that so many of these 1 star reviews are because people didn't PAY ATTENTION to the details it tells you about what happens when you sign up for the VIP membership. The writing is there. And maybe it's because I already am a VIP member with Fabletics, but I always have a reminder set on my phone to remember to skip the month. It's not that hard to do. Also, for those of you who didn't realize you were being charged monthly for 1+ years: do you not ever check your bank account statements? Jeez.
Nevertheless, after reading all these negative reviews I decided to cancel now instead of later to avoid any of the financial"mistakes" the company made via bad returns, no refunds or worse.
Tip for consumers:
SHOP SMART. Always read the fine print of any subscription or membership you sign up for online.

I made a purchase on August 11,2013 ten days later I did not receive anything and I wrote an email to them. I receive no answer at all, I wrote 5 emails and I made a call I wait on the line for more than 10 minutes and nobody pick up the phone.
Today I called them again someone called "Emily" pick up the phone after waiting 11 minutes, she told me that because the courier could not find me they sent the purchase back to them. I know that this it is not true for two reasons first it is always somebody at home and second when the courier company comes they always leave a note. The company knows that I did not receive anything but they told me that I have to wait when they receive the purchase they are going to send me the money back.
It is very bad way of doing business for sure I am not buying anything from them never again. When I just made the purchase I receive an email confirmation right away but when I wrote the complains about not receive what I bought they did not take a few minutes to answer any of the 5 emails
How I rate one start it is too much cero is what they deserve.

I placed an order on 11/09/2018 for 2 beautiful stylish coats. I assumed that if I purchase the 2 to 5 day shipping that it'll get to me no later than 11/16/2018. On Sunday 11/11/2018, I received an email saying that the order has been shipped. On Monday, 11/12/2018 I go back to see if it has moved... nothing... it still says the same thing and also on Tuesday and Wednesday. I called Shoedazzle on Wednesday, 11/14/2018 and spoke to a representative who said that there was nothing that they could do. They couldn't refund me my money until the coat delivered. Ok... you're delivering it to an empty apartment. I then spoke to a Supervisor who was willing to refund my money but maybe she was just saying that to shut me up. I didn't want the money I wanted the coats. She said that she'll expedite two more coats but that was a LIE! I then called today and no one was able to help me or offer some type of solution. Other than call the carrier and ask if they could reroute my package. At this point, I'm soooo disappointed in how Shoedazzle handle their customers. It's such a shame because I really like some of their things and those coats were nice as well. Oh well, I'll spend my money elsewhere.
