I placed an order in September 6th, shipping was quoted to take 5-7 business days. Today is the 19th and still nothing. It didn't even ship until September 14th! And then a few days after it shipped I got an email that it would be delivered on Saturday (17th)…well guess what, it was not. So by Sunday night at 11pm with still no delivery I checked the tracking number again, and…IT STILL HAS NOT EVEN LEFT THE FACILITY IN CALIFORNIA! Wtf is going on? Absolutely no reason it should take this long. Once it finally arrives I am cancelling my membership with shoedazzle. I've been wanting to cancel for a long time now and this has finally been the last straw. Clearly this company is drowning.

Basically, if you can't get enough sky-high designer copycat shoes, and don't have a lot of money to spend on them, this is a decent site.
I definitely wasn't expecting the highest quality material, and it's a good thing: my faux suede Karmody booties are closer to velveteen than imitation leather. That said, I love the overall look and they didn't cost much. And yes, of course the whole "stylist" thing is a crock. Their canned "advice" is actually good for a chuckle. The whole thing is pure camp.
It's definitely worth checking out other sites for price comparison before buying, but keep in mind that the 39.95 includes shipping and that whatever they recommend will be available in your size for the time being. Following the advice of other users here, I've checked out Make Me Chic. Some shoes there are a better deal, but some are close enough in price to Shoedazzle that the shipping would put them over $40, and many are sold out in various sizes. On the other hand, I found a pair of M. A. boots on Endlessshoes that, while they cost $85, look way nicer than the slightly dummed-down different version sold on Shoedazzle.
I'm keeping my subscription just as a way of keeping my options open. $40 may not be the best deal for a pair of cheapo pumps, depending on what else you can find, but it's definitely not much to pay for a pair of boots or a large handbag.

Yall sent me wrong shoes then made the process to send them back harder was told I will get a shipping label through the mail cause I told u all personal I don't own a printer never got it then when I called about it befor the seven days were up u all send me another link to print the label out when I told u all I don't own a printer told me to go to usps to have them ship it to yall had to pay out of pocket for the label and the shipping to never get my shoes I will never us yall services ever again!

I have been a loyal customer since 2011. I did not mind skipping a month online. That did not bother me. They used to give points every time you purchased something and you could use your points towards a pair of shoes. That was really great. Well they stopped that but I stayed with them anyway because the shoes are nice and for a good price. I ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding and I received the wrong size. I immediately called and the rep was nice and overnighted me another pair of shoes. Those were the wrong size as well. This time when I called back the rep treated me as if I were lying and did not want to overnight me another pair. I demanded that he try because I had one day left until the wedding. I received the shoes the day after the wedding. I returned all 3 pairs of shoes and asked for a full refund. That took over a month of calling and having to listen to a rep read a script to me. I got the run around and was told I could only get store credit. After demanding my money back on my credit card I was told I would receive it in 5 to 7 business days. 8 business days later I had to call and speak to a supervisor because the last rep I spoke to just told me anything to get me off the phone. I canceled my vip account and am waiting to see exactly how long this is going to take to get my refund.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer servive from Shoedazzle. I have been ordering shoes from this company for 2 years and the first time I have to contact the company for actual assistance, I got nothing. I ordered shoes from them over the holiday and after clicking purchase, I noticed I forgot to update my shipping address. ( my mistake, no dispute) But upon, noticing this, I was unable to correct my order on their website and the soonest I could talk to a representative was today at 7am PT, at which time I called them exactly. After being on hold for some time, the representive who answered stated the order has been "processed" and there was nothing she could do. Her solution to me was to make sure my change of address at the post office was working and that I could call back if I did not get my order and they could file a lost or stolen claim with the post office... Seriously, how can you not be able to correct/cancel my order or at least offer me a way to do so myself. Your reply is basically, "I hope you get your shoes eventually". So do I as I paid for them! If if do not get my order in 2 weeks, I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and every customer service review that I can find on the internet will be informed of the type of "customer service" they can expect from Shoedazzle. NONE!

I signed up ordered 2 pairs of shoes. CANCELLED my account with them and they STILL took money out of my bank account and told me I could order something but they WOULD NOT credit the miney back to my account! RIP OFF! I reported them to the BBB.
