I've been a VIP member of Shoedazzle since 2012. I LOVED shoedazzle. Loved my purchases as well. I bought tons of shoes, purses, and accessories. They didn't scam you into becoming a VIP member back then like JustFab does. You were asked very clearly if you wanted to become a VIP member and it wasn't done automatically after making a purchase. Also it automatically added your credit onto your purchase but now its up to you i guess. I hadn't purchased anything from them in about a year and all of a sudden I get charged 39.95. So, I said i would just use the credit and cancel. So I made a purchase thinking they were the same company I had purchased from SOOO many times before. Not. I paid the full amount plus shipping and was confused because it never added the credit. I had to call customer service and get a refund. Thankfully that situation was somewhat painless although, I have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back that shouldn't have been taken at all. Also the style points used to go towards a 39.95 credit but now you can only use it to buy specific things that they have chosen. I am not a fan anymore. They have become a monster that I wont be purchasing from in the future.

I accidentally forgot to skip a month, which caused $39.95 to be deducted (part of the VIP membership terms). That was ok because i think of that as a "shoe piggy bank" for later. WEELLLLL, today i went to order some shoes because they were on sale for $20! When i tried to use that credit which has been sitting for a few months, i find out you lose the sale price... in addition to that, if the final price of the shoes is LESS than the $39.95 credit, too bad, their terms are "Each VIP Credit may be redeemed in its full amount only". This means, use it AND lose it i guess? My total was $32.95, that means I lose the $7 difference, it doesn't stay on my VIP account for another time. So lets see... they get $39.95 from me, restrict me from a sale price, and force me to spend at least ALL of the $39.95 on shoes that actually cost less. This is my penalty for giving them my business. PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU START SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY... they have some fun shoes and quality is pretty decent, but don't ever forget to skip a month or you are cheating yourself out of their sales, and are forcing yourself to buy shoes for $40+

First off, they charge WAYYY to much for poorly made shoes that I could barely stand to wear for maybe an hour. After I got them I tried to cancel my subscription through the email they sent and it said I was unsubscribed. Then, the next month money was taken out of my account. I called them and was told that you have to call to unsubscribe, the other way doesn't work. So I tell her to cancel my subscription. She says okay and thankfully I got a refund.
The next month, again, money was taken out of my account. I called them and the customer service rep was extremely rude and basically yelled at me because I wanted a refund and I had already canceled and she told me that if I didn't get the confirmation email it didn't work! She told me there was no way to get a refund and then hung up on me. A few days ago I called to make sure its canceled and this time she gave me the refund BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

So I tried "Shoedazzle" out for the first time. When I received my first order I was sent the wrong color. I returned the heels so that I could exchange them for the correct color, but ended up receiving a 1/2 size too large.
After sending those back and receiving a refund, I thought "honest mistake, why not try again?" This time I ordered 6 items. Apparently the package was "undeliverable" due to my address (which I get all of my packages sent to). Well the box got sent back and I called to see what we could do. Shoedazzle told me that 4 of the 6 items were sold out and they could only send two of them back to me (which they never did). I was frustrated but said "okay, what about my refund." They said they would credit my account for the items that were sold out. I waited for my refund and nothing appeared. I called them this past Tuesday to check on my refund and apparently no one processed it. I wasn't very happy at this point so I stayed on the phone until my refund was fully processed. My refund ended up being $160 worth of store credit (same amount that I previously spent). I figured since it was store credit I might as well use it. I then bought Alexis Harlan 4 more items, but to my surprise (not really) I received an email today stating that our shipment is being delayed. If it wasn't for the previously mentioned issues it wouldn't be a big deal, but I'm pretty sure at this point I am done giving Shoedazzle my business

I was absolutely blown away with the styles on the website. I saw Christine Quinn's Collection and decided to go on the website.
I fell DEEPLY IN LOVE with ALL the styles and the prices I wasn't sure but I joined as a VIP member and bought 2 shoes and I was shocked at the price and when the shoes came I was in loveeeee I put them on and was just walking around the house no where to go but I just had to wear them. I don't go out much but next time I am going out I am definitely wearing one even if I am overdressed I already put 5 shoes in my cart to buy more.

The shipping date kept changing and my package hadn't arrived a month after ordering it. I spoke with customer service and they kept telling me it was shipped, however FedEx had no shipping details, besides a label being printed. Customer service just kept lying to me. I did get a refund but that's not the point. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE JUNE 2ND. THEY JUST KEPT TELLING ME IT SHIPPED, WHEN IT DIDN'T. I DIDN'T WANT A REFUND I WANTED MY STUFF!
