Shopping the site is always easy. I did notice that one of the shoes came in a bag and not a box. I'm not sure if that is the way things will be packaged going forward. My order was super cute, but one pair needs to be returned because the space around the ankle it just way too big.
Ordered boots booties and a sweater dress for christmas party tomorrow. I ordered dec 1st had 4 diffrent arrival dates. So the 5 people who barely know English told me tomorrow they will be here by 10pm. Event starts at 2pm. I'm not going. Thank you for not only making this 1st time customer cancel their vip and when the do decide to get here I will be returning or reselling. I give 5 thumbs down 👎 Even though they attempt to be so very sorry they are not.

Last month was my first experience with this company. Even though I had a few difficulties with my order, I gave them the benifit of the doubt. I decided to order again this month and I had difficulties getting into my account, tracking my package and dealing with the sales rep. Every time I tried to access my account it would show for literally a second than drop back to the boutique. Of course I could access refer a friend without difficulty and every other location that encouraged one to buy! I recieved my tracking number through email and with any other company you can click the number and you would be automatically redirected to the carrier. I even manually entered the number into fed ex tracking after confirming the number & carrier with a Shoe Dazzle rep and my number could not be found. The reps seem to be only using a script and dance around your questions & concerns by repeating this script over and over. The gal I spoke with this morning said there is nothing wrong because she can see everything on my account and insisted that the devices I use are the problem ( I use a smart phoneand a kindle fire) and I should get a lap top or desk top computer but keep in mind, I often order items from big name companies on my devices and I have never had any issues like I have have had with Shoe Dazzle. Needless to say, I cancelled everything and will not refer a friend because their website is not user friendly unless you are looking to purchase and their sales reps are too scripted... I want answers, not sorries.

I wish I would have read all the reviews first. I ordered boots for a trip to Oregon. I needed warm shoes. I ordered them with a 3-4 buffer to make sure I got them on time. I ordered them on a Wednesday but they weren't shipped until Monday. I was told I would receive them in 4-7 business days. Fine, that was pushing it but I figured it would still work.
Then I noticed that the tracking was showing the package being delivered to MA and I live in CA. So, I contacted the company to see what was going on. They told me there was nothing they could do about it since it was already shipped, and I would have to call Fedex to have it rerouted.
Now, I work for an online retailer similar to Shoe Dazzle and I happen to know for a fact that Fedex and UPS have to contact the shipper to approve a reroute. They do this because there is a reroute charge. So, with my company, we have to call Fedex directly to have the reroute happen. Or, when the customer calls, then Fedex calls the shipper. So, in order to cut out the middle man, we ask our customers to call us so we can deal with Fedex and approve the change in one fell swoop. I was told there was no way Shoe Dazzle could do that.
So, their mistake, now my very big problem. Don't use Shoe Dazzle. I didn't have time to go shopping for warm boots so I went online. Biggest mistake ever.

So I bought a pair of boots from them back in November. The boots came 4 weeks later and I honestly did not like them. They were cheaply made and didn't even fit. I tried to return them, but the hassle was so tedious I decided to take my $17 loss and be done with this company. But the return process and dealing with the horrible customer service wasn't even the bad part.
I found out last week that since December they were taking $39.95 out of my account every single month. That totaled to $159.80. I have no idea how I missed that, but I was spending a lot for school books that it just slipped by. I remembered that when I signed up they were offering great deals for first time buyers. I had no idea that the great deals was a trap to get you to sign up for the membership that they don't make clear at all. I feel like they use those great deals so people can purchase but then they neglect to tell the the catch. This is a horrible company and I don't understand how they get away with this. When I called the lady was trying to force me to stay a member and talk about giving me a discount and blah blah blah. I told her I thought this company was a complete scam and I wanted my money back and she understood. I'm guessing they deal with this all the time, because she was an expert on trying to talk me out of canceling. Thank god I was able to recieve my money back today. First thing tomorrow I will head to the bank and get a new card and block them from any charges to my account in the future.

I ordered a pair of boots 11/10/18. When I got them they were a size too big. I called Customer Service the same night asking if I could do an exchange. He told me it was no problem, that he had placed the new order, and gave me instructions on how to send the boots I had back. I sent them back the next day. Here it is 5 weeks later (12/12/18) and still no boots. I finally call in to see what's wrong and the lady on the phone tells me the order was CANCELED. That they gave me store credit for (11.60) when I paid 17 dollars for the order! I was upset and disappointed but this woman who I spoke to was so cruel and unfriendly. She was practically yelling at me, no lie. After going back and forth, of her trying to tell me what I said and didn't say in a call that happened 5 weeks ago, I told her I wanted a full refund, since the boots I ordered are now sold out. She told me in a threatening voice "Well it takes 8 TO 10 WEEKS to get your refund back" How is it that they take the money out in a matter of seconds but when it comes to refunding it takes literally months? I don't understand it. I told her as much. I didn't understand why the order was canceled either but she offered no solution or apology. Once she heard the word refund her main objective was to get me off the phone as fast as possible so they could scam another customer like me. She was one of the rudest customer service representatives I've ever spoke too. I normally never take the time to write a bad review about anyone or any company but this has to be put out there. Take my experience and make good out of it. Order your shoes from a different site or store. It's not worth it and you wont be happy. All my friends and family know what happened, they know I've been waiting weeks for my boots. None of us will ever be shopping Shoe Dazzle again.
