It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.

I love the shoes always fit perfectly and the styles are awesome but I wear size 11 and the boots or shoes are never in my size. My experience with my call was patience and nice. Solved my problem.

I had accidentally shipped my last order to my old mailing address that was in a different town. Unfortunately, at this time that town was evacuated due to a fire nearby, Which means it was going to take probably a month before they received my order back at their warehouse. When I contacted Canada Post, they told me there was no way to change the address because the order had already been shipped and the label had already been printed, which is understandable. I called Shoedazzle to let them know about my mistake with the address, they we're so polite and accommodating. They re-shipped my order to my new address before receiving the previous order back in the warehouse. I had just started a new job and needed new footwear and I'm so thankful they were able to help me out.

Great footwear, I've ordered 4 pairs of boots and booties from them they all fit great very well made and most of all so comfortable for walking. I'll be purchasing more footwear in the future. Love shoedazzle.

Love these boots, to run a little big but with a thick sock perfect, love the calf its not to tight, and the other all look of the boot is awesome, very comfortable to wear walking as well.

Great sales but packages take too long to receive. 10 days now since my order and my package is "containerized in storage" not set to arrive for another 3 days. Not good practice to send the review email before the customer receives the product.

I mean pretty good quality, the prices are pretty steep. The discounts are decent when it's clearance or like a big sale. Rewards for points? Definitely have seen waaay better. And they don't have a lot of like. Unique styles in my opinion. It's all classy/casual/business type of styles. I'm more of a punk/emo/ or believe it or not, glamorous type of style. I don't know, they hit the mark with some things and fall flat on others.

I have ordered a few pairs of shoes from Shoedazzle and at this point id call the whole experience mid. Their selection of wide shoes is low and when you attempt to filter for your size and wide it still brings up options that are not in your size. Additionally, the selection of shoes is not that great.

I recently phoned in due to my package of 5 pairs of shoes being lost by USPS. Without hesitation, the representative offered a resolution. She offered to replace my order with the exception of the pair that was out of stock. For the out of stock pair she offered to give me a credit for another pair at the same price. Now that is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! With a smile. No hassle just good clean and quick. I was on the phone for about 10 minutes and back to work. Thank you. Initially, I had planned to cancel this shoe plan, but with this amazing service. I think I will keep them around for my shoe needs. Ahgain thank you

For whatever reason, the shoes are coming in too big, and the photos do not look like the shoes, so perhaps more description would be helpful. The price was one price, and the same shoe was for a lower price the next day. I put my points in thinking it would make the purchase more affordable - it did not, so I took my points off, and I have yet to get those points back in my total point balance.

Everything so far seems OK with the actual purchases. I have not opened everything yet. However, the driver for my delivery was too busy in what seemed like an involved phone call instead of being a professional and focused on his work. He did not know I was watching him. He literally dropped my box on my walkway and could not be bothered with walking up a few steps to leave my package on a covered porch vs out in the open and I am somewhat disabled - the box was "heavy" and awkward, but I had to get it myself but then the fact that he dropped it instead of setting it down on the ground.
