Shopping the site is always easy. I did notice that one of the shoes came in a bag and not a box. I'm not sure if that is the way things will be packaged going forward. My order was super cute, but one pair needs to be returned because the space around the ankle it just way too big.
Ordered boots booties and a sweater dress for christmas party tomorrow. I ordered dec 1st had 4 diffrent arrival dates. So the 5 people who barely know English told me tomorrow they will be here by 10pm. Event starts at 2pm. I'm not going. Thank you for not only making this 1st time customer cancel their vip and when the do decide to get here I will be returning or reselling. I give 5 thumbs down 👎 Even though they attempt to be so very sorry they are not.
I like the shoes very much but it was one size larger, what can I do about it and I like an additional pair

Horrible. Ordered shoes and never received them. Got shipped notification but never received the shoes and no one could explain what was going on.

The shoes are always beautiful and great quality. The only downside is sometimes they are too tight/small and my boxes always come destroyed now.

Very cute shoes and great for the price. Quality is slightly questionable once in a while.
