It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.
I love the shoes I got from shoe dazzle! I'm glad I finally found some sturdy shoes that not only look amazing but feel amazing. Shoe dazzle will definitely see me more often on their website. I love the quality of these shoes!

Shopping the site is always easy. I did notice that one of the shoes came in a bag and not a box. I'm not sure if that is the way things will be packaged going forward. My order was super cute, but one pair needs to be returned because the space around the ankle it just way too big.

First I was told my credits expired and there's nothing that can be done.
When I said wrong answer I was told "let me check".
I was offered $10 on each credit- $60 of the $300 I paid.
I said my cash didn't expire that doesn't seem right. I need a supervisor.
Again, let me check…
The rep said we could send a paper check but it'll take 4-6 business weeks. I said "that's fine" 4 different times and she repeated "4-6 BUSINESS weeks and it's a PAPER check' as if I was going to change my mind. I told her that's fine please send the check.
It's only been two weeks. Hopefully I'll be able to follow up in another month and say I received my money back!

The shoes were not only very different in size than what I normally get, they also did not look like they did in the photo. After my last horrible experience with ShoeDazzle I swore I would not buy again and shock it has proven to be another bad experience. Also due to having to wait for the ridiculously long return time, I can't even buy something else that is my size and in stock.

Hi, I'm gonna have to return these shoes because I went up a half a size larger than I normally wear, but I can't even get it to go in on my foot. It needs to have a zipper in the back as you do on other shoes. Thanks for asking. I love your company.

Idk what the problem is but this place is very disorganized and uneducated. I returned shoes weeks ago in exchange for size and waited patiently until now since I see it's still on hold. Now they are asking for proof that it was returned! After I confirmed the return was received I threw away the receipt. So I guess they do t know what to do now since they can't fond the "happy return" that's turned out to be sad and frustrating!

It took two weeks for my shoes to come from California to Pennsylvania. Actually, I still haven't received them yet... For the past 3 days, Fed Ex has been stating that the scheduled delivery date is for that date, but still no boots yet. According to my updates, my package has been in Pennsylvania at the same location for 24 hrs now. This is ridiculous.

Label was created but never shopped. Date of delivery has been delayed to today. Still the item has left the warehouse. I purchased my items a while ago. Wanted to shop some more prior to my trip but, if I can't trust my items to arrive as per the date provided. Why would I depend on the order arriving at the date and time provided.

I was very disappointed in my delivery. I have ordered from Shoedazzle a lot over the past 5 years, the most recent order was horrific. Only 2 out of the 5 items I ordered looked even close to what the picture looked like. 2 pairs of boots I will NEVER wear and the Large size overalls would fit my 16 year old daughter that's 100 lbs. I can fit one leg in. I will be cancelling my membership and using up my credits on jewelery. Very disappointed

Ordering was th easy part but it went down hill after that.when the package arrived I tried on all 4 pair to my disappointment none fit but what was crazy was some were too big some too small! Again return SEEMS easy but brought them to the return location got a return confirmation immediately yet I'm waiting for the return and the exchange still and I also lost the deals I had originally had in my cart. Instead of the deal which was the original reason i made a purchase I returned 2 exchange 2 and it came to almost the same price.

Overall I have found shoes and boots to run slightly larger than U.S. sizes. Selections are a great mix of styles for all occassions. Quality of products overall is good but lacks somewhat from description to wearing.
Ordering and Shipping is prompt. Patience for actual arrival.
Avoid returns and the backside of transactions however.
And trying to cancel is next to impossible when I keep getting rewards & convincing reps 😉

I haven't received a single item. I spent all of my credits on it and can't get my credits back and yet FedEx will only pay me total I spent which is the price of shipping. So I have essentially lost all the credits I've been setting up for the past couple of months so technically all of the money I've spent with my subscription. And we'll only get $40 for it which is less than the price of the monthly membership. Will never order again closing my account

Not at all what I expected for almost a $60 pair of boots. The quality did not match. I had to size up so it's definitely not true to size I'm originally an 8 and got an 8.5 definitely needed a 9. I did give it another star because I found their return process to be easy. But I did not like the fact that I felt spammed by them

Never received the boots I paid for. They said it was a delay I should have received them by Thursday of this week never got them never got an email or text or anything. It's like they care about the money I spent or time I've waisted calling and waiting on something to never come. Horrible service horrible experience. Order two pair of boots during shoe dazzle sale, and I am impressed with the fit on both pair.
These are vegan, and won't have the longevity of a pair of leather boots, but they were inexpensive and will get me through the rainy autumn!

I knew that with summer coming, I needed an assortment of slides I could wear with sundresses and everything else. I live in Arizona, and we've already had two heat emergencies and Summer's not even here yet!
Shoe Dazzle had the colors I needed, with the heel heights I wanted, at really low prices thanks to their sale. I ordered four pairs, and two were uncomfortable... but two were fabulous! I took the uncomfortable ones to my cobbler, and he added lugged soles which made all the difference.
So, Shoe Dazzle has all the styles, but the shoes are not leather and not particularly well made -- but if you can find a style you like at their bargain prices, even if you need your cobbler to make them work, it's still a great deal!

I love Shoe Dazzle, but have had a bad experience with my last two returns. The Happy Returns service they use have lost my return twice.
This means are your long call to Shoe Dazzles both times to explain and prove my return was list by their return service.

I am so confused as to why it takes almost 2 weeks to get a refund for items that were returned and the return has been confirmed. I used the shipping vendor recommended by this company, I have received the email to advise you have received my return, but yet I have nit received my credit but yet you want me to continually make purchases. I ordered some shoes over a month ago. Almost two weeks passed when I decided to reach out to customer service regarding my package and while my problem was remedied, this is my not first time dealing with this. I've never had a problem with Shoe Dazzle shipping before the price increase and ever since it had, the shoe selection has not been that great nor has the shipping and I am just about ready to terminate my subscription. I ordered a pair of shoes that I ultimately issued an exchange for. After a couple weeks the shoes never shipped. I reached out to customer service and they tell me now the shoe is out of stock and they were issuing me a credit.
Why didn't the shoe ship when I processed the exchange? Why did I have to reach out to them. I imagine had I not called the order would have been stuck and I never would have gotten an update on it.
The story continues and ultimately they sent me a shoe but not before I almost had to sing a song and do a dance.
I didn't like the process or the level of service I received so I will be cancelling my membership and won't bother to order from them again.

I waited almost thirty minutes with an automated message saying "you're next in the queue" but it wasn't true. No one ever responded.
