Excellent looks and fits like a glove. I went on a little 2 mile hike in the Sonoma mountains walked through wet grass and crossed a couple of overflowing creeks without any moisture. These shoes fit the bill, totally dry feet. 5 stars rated I will be using these shoes throughout the entire winter
Ordered boots booties and a sweater dress for christmas party tomorrow. I ordered dec 1st had 4 diffrent arrival dates. So the 5 people who barely know English told me tomorrow they will be here by 10pm. Event starts at 2pm. I'm not going. Thank you for not only making this 1st time customer cancel their vip and when the do decide to get here I will be returning or reselling. I give 5 thumbs down 👎 Even though they attempt to be so very sorry they are not.
It's same as fraud sell the merchandise low price then get $50 membership monthly without authorization

I have used JustFab with great results and figured since ShoeDazzle is along the same premise, I would have the same experience. Wrong. I ordered shoes at 5 a.m. on Monday, and after not getting a shipping notice by Tuesday night, I contacted customer service. I was told there is a 2-3 "processing time" for orders. This was surprising to me because at no point during my shopping experience was I notified of this. I asked when I could expect them to ship and was told "after the 2-3 day processing time, they will take 4-7 days to arrive." Because I had ordered from JustFab before (and always received my order in about 3 days), this was pretty irritating. I wanted these for Saturday and would NOT have ordered them had I known about their "processing time." I contacted them again yesterday because I still hadn't gotten a shipping notification and yesterday was Day 3 of processing - I was told they still hadn't shipped and there was nothing I could do, beyond canceling the order. I asked if I could expedite the shipping so they would arrive before/on Saturday - the CSR told me I would have to cancel the current order and place a NEW order to do that. However, I would then enter ANOTHER 2-3 days of processing before they would even ship. Bottom line - today is Day 4 of processing and they still have not shipped. If you order from this site expecting your shoes by a certain date, you're running a huge risk. Unfortunately I can't review the quality of the shoes because I have no idea when I'm going to receive them. **Also - if you ask to speak to a manager, you will be told that "managers have the same level of access to your account that the CSR does, so there is nothing more the manager can do." Not a good sign, in my opinion. Anywhere I've ever had to speak to a manager (which has been few and far between, but sometimes I speak to them in order to compliment a CSR) they have immediately put the manager on the phone. It's just good customer service and shows that they actually give a crap.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother if you need your shoes by a certain date!!!

I have been a VIP member of shoedazzle for years and have always been beyond pleased with my orders. I always get compliments on my shoes and I would always rave about how wonderful shoedazzle was.
I AM NO LONGER A MEMBER OF SHOEDAZZLE AND I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I feel scammed and cheated. I was being charged $9.95 on a monthly bases to be a VIP Classic member and I was completely okay with that. The $9.95 would go in to my account and I would get to spend it on anything on the website. I noticed that shoedazzle was charging me $39.95 a month now. I called and, apparently, shoedazzle had 'bumped me up' to a VIP Elite member. I never asked for this but I was told that the box was pre-checked for me. Great... thanks? NO THANKS! I called to let them know I did not want to be a VIP Elite for $40/month and please put me back to VIP Classic. She actually told me the computer wouldn't allow it. Bull Crap! All things are reversible. Basically, I had to pay $40/month or cancel my account. CANCELLED.

I see a lot of negativity and many who feel like they have been scammed. Well here is an honest review from someone who was always scared to out of her comfort zone.
I have always lived the look of super high heels and the look of confidence it gave women that wore them. It was the hot girls, the tall girls, the skinny girls that wore them. I sat on the side lines in my 2-3" heeled loafers or oxford type business shoes. I happened to see an ad on Facebook one day for Shoedazzle and thought I would try. $40 for shoes? That's cheap! And even better free shipping both ways? OMG!... So my first month I wanted something wild and different, it was May and I was spending a week out of town with my husband so I went with sandals. I bought a pair of green/teal/brown 4" heels and a Zebra Print 4" wedge. WOW they were hot and unique. They didn't seel these at the local store, and they both fit perfect. One thing I have to be careful about is that I have had surgery on my feet and have to be careful with how my shoes fit, these were perfect. I bought a few more pairs and then I was sold. I cleaned out my closet and tossed or donated 27 pairs of black shoes... they were all black... boring.
Well, fast forward 10 months later 41 pairs of shoedazzle shoes in various textures and shades and I am in love. Can I find some (and I stress some) of the shoes cheaper? Sure, but I pay more for round trip shipping, having shoes that are classy, professional, casual, and clubby that I would wear... oh and don't get me started on their customer service via phone or facebook page. They are a good company with A+ service.
You deserve to try it and make a decision on your own.
