Excellent looks and fits like a glove. I went on a little 2 mile hike in the Sonoma mountains walked through wet grass and crossed a couple of overflowing creeks without any moisture. These shoes fit the bill, totally dry feet. 5 stars rated I will be using these shoes throughout the entire winter
Ordered boots booties and a sweater dress for christmas party tomorrow. I ordered dec 1st had 4 diffrent arrival dates. So the 5 people who barely know English told me tomorrow they will be here by 10pm. Event starts at 2pm. I'm not going. Thank you for not only making this 1st time customer cancel their vip and when the do decide to get here I will be returning or reselling. I give 5 thumbs down 👎 Even though they attempt to be so very sorry they are not.
I paid for 2 day shipping and didn't receive my order until 5 days later. I couldn't even wear the shoes for my birthday.

I called twice to have a lable sent to me so I can send the boots back and exchange it for another size up, but that never happened, nothing was sent to me and I still have boots that are too tight and can't use.

It's okay but s you guys said your shoes it's 4 inches but then when it come it more like 5inches or 06 inches that's my problem

Been trying to cancel Can't cancel cuz only foreign people answer calls and to much background noise and shoes fall apart within months
