Excellent looks and fits like a glove. I went on a little 2 mile hike in the Sonoma mountains walked through wet grass and crossed a couple of overflowing creeks without any moisture. These shoes fit the bill, totally dry feet. 5 stars rated I will be using these shoes throughout the entire winter
Ordered boots booties and a sweater dress for christmas party tomorrow. I ordered dec 1st had 4 diffrent arrival dates. So the 5 people who barely know English told me tomorrow they will be here by 10pm. Event starts at 2pm. I'm not going. Thank you for not only making this 1st time customer cancel their vip and when the do decide to get here I will be returning or reselling. I give 5 thumbs down 👎 Even though they attempt to be so very sorry they are not.
The item that was order was to little. I couldn't send it back wasn't able to. I call to have the size change but it wasn't successful

Shoe arrived broken, ordered it specifically for an event. Event was 8 days away Inlive in a rural town not easy to get to a ups store...
Asked if there was any way they could shop me a new shoe seeing as the process was said tontsken12-14 days and inneeded them in 8, and I would get the others to a ups store in about 4 days when Onhad to drive to the city again (it's a 2 hr drive) she told me not to worry inwould get them in time, i said how when younsaid it takes about 12 days once i send them and i CAN NOT make that drive just to return 8 dollar shoes.
Told them the same thing when cancled my membership. Offered me several offers including free membership for 3 months when all iI wanted to be happy was the shoes bordered for the event I needed... so y'all would rather give me 3 minths@ what 49.99 vs just sending out a new pair of shoes that day ESPECIALLY since they came with the heal snapped and it was obvious the minute you opened the box so that was some shotty quality control on top of it... anyway all around a very very bad experience and I will be sure to let anyone I can know to stay away from this company.

In december I joined Shoedazzle.com believing that I had registered for a free account. I purchased an item at an insanely good deal and at first was pretty content.
Fast forward to actually receiving the item. The item was cheap looking and poorly constructed with black marks on the base of the sneaker. The zippers on the side did not work and the shoes were incredibly uncomfortable. Later that week I called shoedazzle and demanded a refund, only to be told that if I asked for a refund they would charge me a $5.95 handling fee. Excuse me? You ripped ME off shoedazzle! You cheated ME shoedazzle. You inconvenienced ME shoedazzle, and now you want to charge me to fix YOUR mistake? Absolutely ridiculous. Just wanting to get shoedazzle out of my life I decided to just exchange the item for something to save my money.
Here comes the worst part. This whole time I thought that I had been under a free account. I never would have authorized a paid account subscription and never saw any clear text that stated that I would be charged a monthly fee. Turns out somehow shoedazzle signed me up for a VIP paid account. What?!? I NEVER authorized this sort of account or monthly payments and never saw any clear text stating that I would be charged for my membership. Outraged, I called shoedazzle again. I was connected with a lackluster agent who danced around my questions and wouldn't respect my decisions. Finally, I demanded to speak with a manager. I was put on hold for at least 10 minutes before speaking with a manager. The manager was equally annoying but did end up (theoretically) canceling whatever subscription they had forced on me and getting me a refund for my money. I will be following up with my bank and with shoedazzle to make sure that I get all my money back.
After this is all said and done I will be demanding to have my profile and information deleted from their database and demanding no further contact from this company.
Save yourself the money, time, and pain. Do not buy from shoedazzle.com, justfab.com, fabletics.com or affiliated companies and let everyone you know be aware to do the same.
Tip for consumers:
a tip for those of you who want to buy from shoedazzle? DON'T. This site and it's parent company are a scam. They have already faced a class action lawsuit in california and are pending a consumer attack in the UK for violating consumer law in Britain. Plus it's owned by Kim Kardashian and who in their right mind would want to pump cash into her wallet?
