It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.
The shoe I got they are nice but I can never wear them as they are to big for me. I read the description and it gave false information. I usually wear a size 9 and got a size 91/2 because of the description. Bad idea for me

I order a LOT from Shoedazzle so I obviously love what they put out. One thing I don't like is the buckle on the outside (which is industry standard to be fair). Why oh why don't we have a strap or boot belt with the buckle on the INSIDE where you can reach it to don and doff the shoe? Usually ShoeDazzle shoes can be modified to move the buckle, but I recently purchased a pair that couldn't be modified. Oh my, it took a half hour to put them on!

I received the wrong shoes entirely. It was then a huge hassle to exchange these, especially since I rush ordered the original pair for a reason. I was then not able to exchange the second pair(they were horrible quality) due to the fact that they were an exchange(shipped to me for $0).
Not worth the trouble.

Items ordered were a mixture of shoes and apparel. All items were as described. I was expecting the apparel items to be somewhat cheaper in quality, however, I was extremely surprised at the quality and items overall. Would buy again definitely.

I have repeatedly gotten shoes that were too big or too small and have never gotten a fair return. I have ordered clothes that were a size 2, when I ordered a size 24. Although the tag said it was a size 24, so that brings up questions. I have canceled for the month under VIP, yet I was charged anyway. I started taking pictures of my cancelation, and it didn't help. Nothing made me madder than having someone on the other end tell me they would take care of it THIS time, when it was the error of Shoe Dazzle. I've bought some cute shoes (hence the 2 stars), but the business is pretty shoddy.

I ordered an article of clothing in plus size and received a size 0-2. It still had plus size on tag, so I had to measure waist. Ridiculous and obviously poor oversight.

I really like my purchase the shoes are really good and they look very stylish. One thing I have to say though is that my sneakers don't have much padding at the bottom so I had to buy new insoles to have some padding. Otherwise they fit well.

The brown boots weren't the brown I expected. It shows like a cognac brown but honestly, it was a dull dusty looking color. Also my instep was too high to fit it. Same thing with the denim boots. I knew there was a chance of it happening. Wide boots only for me.

Got the shoes in a few days, very pleased with the experience.
They do not smell weird and are packed nicely. Haven't worn them but they seem to fit my feet good.

Has a nice selection but the shoes vary by maker and design. I hate making returns and 2/5 pairs that I ordered had to be returned because they were too large and too small.
