It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.
Never had any complaints on the contrary been absolutely thrilled with the quality of the items also delivery is so fast! Thanku for the amazing service!

I placed my first order. The shipment came fast and the boots were really pretty and appeared to be of high quality. Unfortunately, i could not fit them and needed to return them. I returned the boots on December 31,2023 using Happy Returns. After about 2 weeks with no refund I reached out to their customer service for an update. I was told the return was still in transit and I needed to give it more time. I reached out once a week after that and was told the same thing over and over. After several weeks, I was finally over it and refused to get off the phone until my concern was resolved and finally got them to process my refund mid February.

I forgot what I ordered. I ordered something so I could close my account. Historically things I wanted to order, my size was out of stock. This is why I closed my account.

I paid to get my item in 2to3 days and that did not happen. Called to check on it and found that item was delayed. I got no notice at all. If I did not call I never would have known.

If you are a vip and have credits you are not afforded the option to apply the credits if there is a sale. It makes no sense when ultimately the credits should be the same as cash. I cancelled after 2 months.

I had ordered the Regain knee high boot in size 9 and got a size 11 combat boot and they didn't even have my size in the boots I originally ordered when I addressed the problem. The shipping fee was never able to be refunded so I paid 5 dollars for YALL to ship me a boot I didn't want. That was my first order and then my 10 shoe voucher was never able to be redone. I purchased the boots. They arrived pretty quickly, no issues. They didn't fit so I had to return. The process was pretty simple. You could choose tradition return or use a third party called happy returns. I tried out the happy returns and that worked great. I just brought them to my local staples and they did the label and later that day I already had my refund processing.
My only complaint about shoedazzle is when you decide you want to cancel your membership, they do not make it easy.
