It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.
They sent me two different sizes of a pair of shoes that I ordered. I was very disappointed when I wasn't able to wear the shoes as planned.

It has been 14 business days since I ordered shoes and they still have not arrived. I contacted customer service 3 separate times just for them to lie to me and say they were on their way (they never were, the shipping label has been created and the package has not been shipped for two weeks). I am going out of town, as is anyone that could get them from my doorstep for me, so even if they do arrive after 20 business days, they will get stolen because of a $#*!ty company lying to its customers.

I ordered two pairs. I found both of the shoes to be very stiff and uncomfortable. Actually painful to walk, the spot behind the heel to be specific. The quality looks poor. I have a slim foot but was even tight for me. Too many issues and not exactly inexpensive. So I would not recommend to anyone and I won't be repurchasing.

Needed to return a pair due to ordering wrong size, but received error message every time I attempted to complete exchange/return request. Issue was never resolved and eventually passed the 30 day mark without being able to successfully submit a request. Otherwise satisfied with the rest of my order! Great shoes, super cute styles, reasonable prices.

Shopping with Shoe Dazzle has been a pleasure. Have not been able to find thigh-high boots that would fit me for years. This company has many to choose from and I have bought 3 different pairs already. Only the Low-heel lace-up combat boot style but each pair fit fantastically. And all in different colors. Am a Rock and Roll musician Playing in a Dead cover band and these boots are just great for stage presence. Comfortable, I can wear them for hours. I absolutely love these pumps. Neon and snake print is a beautiful combination. They look high but once u put them on, they feel comfortable and Very stylish heels. The shoes I received are low quality, I definitely expected a nicer shoe. Some are okay and the others mark up really easy, I cannot see them lasting long at all. Twice I skipped a month online and they ended up charging my credit card anyways, so take a screenshot if you do skip a month, at least you will have proof and can dispute the charge on your card should it happen to you.
