It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.
The delivery service and accuracy of processing shipping date/time is excellent service.

I used to rave about this site to all my friends now I make sure to tell people not to even waste their time. The VIP credit option changed and now I can't get what I want with the money I spent, they now instead "curate" looks for you and offer buy 1-get 1 deals. I signed up because I wanted to spend my money they way I wanted. I will be cancelling my membership if it doesn't change.

I loved this site until they changed the policies. Now I just feel like I’m being robbed.

The shoes I have bought in the past look exactly like the picture. They are comfy and pretty good with the actual shoe size. I do think depending on the shoe you buy the quality can be a bit better. I've bought two strappy heels and both sets of shoes the straps broke. That would be my complaint. The other thing is a love your boots but I find they don't fit right. They don't hug your foot the way they should. Other than those two things ive really enjoy my experience with shoedazzle.

Kept having to send things back who ever fills the orders doesn't read the order or pay attention.
Website isn't user friendly customers service is horrible soon as I find something to use my store credit I will cancel my membership

I love well made, great looking shoes that don't drain my bank account. Shoedazzle has achieved this. As I only have two feet, I don't think I can justify buying a new pair each month, despite how good they are. But when I saw my "Abby" boots (NCIS), I had to have them. Now, if you can afford it and you're really into shoes, this is your baby!

Poorest quality shoes I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing. They are stiff, all synthetic materials, and completely mis-sized. If you're looking for cheap, uncomfortable shoes then please, buy from this site. Otherwise just stick to your local Nordstrom or Macy's for REAL designer shoes. I'm pretty sure I've found better quality at Payless.
Oh, and $5.95 fee for non-exchange returns? YEAH RIGHT! I'm not going to pay $5.95 because you can't make a decent shoe! Your Problem, Not mine.

Service was always speedy, website worked fine except for having to restart from page 1 when going back a screen after looking at a specific item. Merchandise from the site is mostly fast fashion and not great quality.

I have been a member of Shoe Dazzle and Just Fab since 2014. They never disappoint. So much to choose from and if something doesn't fit you can always return for the correct size or get a refund unless it's a final sale item.

This company should lose their business license. They charge you monthly with no contractual agreement. Then they charge Canadians double the amount of the confirmed payment amount and claim it is the exchange rate! Two pairs of shoes each listed for $20 ended up being $54.00. After a week they charged my credit card an additional $75! Absolutely ridiculous, tried speaking to 2 reps and a manager but was put on hold for over an hour and never was rectified! Stay far away from these scam artists!

I was so looking forward to receiving my new over the knee boots. My old ones are going quickly, but are well made and I bought them from Macy's 8 years ago.
When I looked on line, I saw these great looking boots, read the "so called" objective reviews and was hopeful they would have "The Cinderella Fit". No such luck. The quality was paper thin, the ankle bagged severely around my calf, even though, this was a question I asked, the overall boot was like having a black Hefty sack in faux suede material around your leg, instead of the promised and shown tight fit.
I used to buy clothes and shoes on line all the time 20 years ago with no problem. Now, everything is made with no individuality. Bottom. Line, if you want something to fit the right way, do not trust mass production sites on-line. You get what you paid for and even then it's too much! I will say, I had a good experience returning them, with problem.

They need more wide calf and wide foot options together also. While searching please have a option for what's in stock. I don't even wanna shop on there because every pair of heels boots sandals tennis shoes etc is always sold out.-. I don't have my order ID but honestly if these issues were fixed. I'd keep my VIP membership
