It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.
Very disappointed - ordered pair of sneakers for my mom who was traveling two weeks later - your policy says orders will be processed within 48 hours - I waited a week and half and when tried to chat with the customer. Service it was all automated and. Kept saying that it is being processed - then I called and complained and the gentleman told me that pair was out of stock! He suggested another size so I took that risk and ordered it. He said he added rushed shipping as a courtesy but still ended up not getting the shoes in time. I have had this VIP account for many years and did not feel any VIP treatment whatsoever! My mom left then I got the shoes three days later!

This company is horrible! The rope you in with great deals then come to find out they take monthly fees off your account even when you haven't nor plan to make any purchases! If that is apart of the vip experience, then they should make it very clear, I had no idea. If I did I never would have signed up. Then they say "oh you get credits when paying that 39.99 and get free shoes" well actually you don't because they take the fee off your account and that gives you one free credit. So essentially you are paying for that pair! Plus I had to pay over $50 in border fees upon pick up! This place is a joke, not to mention my shoes were $#*! and ripped after 2 times of wearing them and they gave me major run around when trying to return and receive a refund. WARNING do not use this company!

As soon as i put money onto my card they took out 50$ CAD. Did it again only a few days later. I only got ONE payment refunded so that's 50$ down the drain. Do not sign up with this website! It's not worth it, especially if you're an unemployed full time student!

I'm torn on my feelings of Shoe Dazzle. They have a great selection of shoes, but there is a lot of fine print on membership fees, credits, and sales. They are quick to pull that money out too. I suggest signing up and ordering everything you want at once(1st order special discount)then cancel!

Used to have higher quality products and reasonable prices. My old products are still in great condition with no flaws but every time I order something new, it breaks or peels within its 1st use or 5th use.

Bought one pair of wedges in particular that broke the first time I wore them. Strap came completely off. Guess that's what you get when you pay $14 for a pair of shoes but was disappointed that they didn't even last 30 minutes.

I got 3 pairs of sexy booties and a pair of wedges they all fit perfect and grata quality for the price, it was $105. CAD. With that 75% discount for first time. M VIP or something lol! Would definitely do that again

I called Nov 3 to canc6due to loss of job. Told me no problem and I'm still being charged. Lost my password, asked for a reset and I'm being denied. So I have no way to talk to anyone. And no phone number to call. Funny I get this email but never another reset password. Company owes me 3 months so 150$. Never again,

I like these boots because they are open at the toe, however zipper in rear had trouble zipping after a couple of times was hard to do. Applied soap on zipper and works well, When slipping foot into boot & help of wearing stockings makes it easier to wear them. Love the way they look & feel, makes me feel so feminine & sexy.

Received a mixture of items together, some just fab, some shoe dazzle. Which is pretty weird. I have both accounts, and they accumulate credits separately but fill orders from both brands. I think they are doing a little too much. Either combine the companies or keep them separate.

To bad Every order something is off. They have a responsive system up to shipping and if there are any exceptions.
The address was fat fingered. I have bee with them for 3 years and instead of a courtesy call or email. My order was turned around returned and put back into stock. The items i wanted were sold out when i discovered this issue after tracking days after the projected delivery. Super inconvenient.

I love all the styles I have purchased but I have found it difficult because the sizes don't seem to be consistent. One shoe will fit perfectly in an 8 and another shoe pinches my toes. It has happened 3 times so far on 4 different pairs of shoes. They are super cute though so I still wear them!

Horrible shoe. Wish I had worn it sooner in time to return them. I bought two pairs of these and they hurt my feet, you can not walk in these shoes for longer than 5 minutes. Caused significant bruising. Waste of money

I bought two pairs of shoes from them last september 2016. Apparently, without my knowledge, that signed me up for a monthly charge of 39.95 every single month. I was never aware or told by them that this was happening. They took my money and "turned" it into "credit" for their website. But without my knowledge, over the past 10 months I've been charged and my 400 dollars were taken. They refuse to give me a full refund. I called and spoke to someone and they are only giving me half back. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau because that is theft. I believe if I have not used any of my supposed credit that I was not aware about, I deserve complete full refund of MY MONEY.

I wrote two reviews on two pairs of boots. A 5 star review, which was posted right away, and a 2 star review which is still "pending approval" over a month later. Both reviews were completely honest. The 2 star review stated that my boots started fraying and the bow in back came untied after wearing them once. I included a photo as well. They just were not good quality, which people need to know before buying. Apparently, shoedazzle only posts reviews that they think are acceptable, which is why you dont see any negative reviews anywhere! I'm calling tomorrow to cancel my account.

Something is going on with the sizes. Originally a 7.5 was what I always ordered over time I had to start getting a 8. On my last order there where 2 pair that were to big. They charge a fee for restocking returns which would have added up to more then the product price so I decided to keep them anyway. This is a extremely annoying an has happened a few times.

Cheap quality, uncomfortable shoes. Ive returned 3 pairs in the past 2 months. And their ship notices are wrong too. Their email that my package was delivered arrives at least 4 days before the actual package.

I have been apart of this company for years for some reason now they are giving credits and your still paying at least $50 out of pockets. I had $84 in credit and had to call to purchase $30 worth of products, which took all my credits. I love the shoes, the quality is worth the money (that will never change) but the VIP or subscription service is not one I will participate in anymore. I'd rather just buy things straight out. If it simply going to charge me anyways

Scam Alert! OK - first of all, they mostly get you to order shoes so they can drag you into their $9.95/month VIP service. My daughter ordered shoes and I started seeing this charge on my card, even though she believes she did not sign up. Further, she sees no credit in her account.
OK - so let's say she was stupid and signed up accidentally. I called to cancel and waited on hold for over 40 minutes 3 times and no one picked up. I then emailed them (they say 2 day response) and heard nothing for 6 days. So now I've disputed this with my credit card company.
Don't get sucked in by them!
