It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.
Shoedazzle has fallen :( I was so obsessed with this membership and now all of the options are so disappointing. Everything is actually JustFab and everything not seems like a discount store going out of business as opposed to "Your Showroom" with fabulous new shoes. The quality dropped while the prices raised!

Nearly everything that I have ordered from Shoedazzle over the years has been poorly made and the shoes are some of the most uncomfortable things to ever go on my feet. I keep hoping that they will improve but it just hasn't happened. I will be cancelling my membership and forfeiting credits because why buy anything if I am not going to use it?

I would always give Shoe Dazzle five stars, but unfortunately ii did not receive my entire order. Only one pair of shoes came, which i like them very much. Shoes are big and bulky for my size. All of the sandals seems to be made oddly where it looks funny on my feet. The only reason I keep giving them another try is because they take the money out automatically. But I will be cancelling after I didn't my last 2 credits. The boots are fantastic though.

There are so many shoe options in this online store for every budget and taste! I ordered several pairs of shoes for myself in the summer, only one did not fit. Too narrow for my legs! Overall, I am happy with the purchase!

This site claims to have free returns, but in fact they charge a $5.95 "restocking fee" per item. Their site repeatedly claims to feature "risk free" shopping due to free returns and a "size guarantee." Yet I find myself forced to pay this "restocking fee" because their shoes are at least a full size smaller than normal. They intentionally mislead customers. In addition, their exchange process is lengthy (more than a month) and required three phone calls + an email to customer service. Skip this site and opt instead for the numerous alternatives that actually have free returns.

I originally gave them two stars, but changing to one star. I would give them no stars if I could. This is a lying, thieving, scam of a company- don't waste your money. They haven't shipped my boots even though they claim they have. I've been in contact with USPS about it and nobody with them has the package. ShoeDazzle refuses to refund my money. Total waste of time and money. Never give this company your business. Oh yea, they claim they'll get with you within 24-48 hours with customer service, but that also is just ANOTHER lie.

ShoeDazzle's shipping service has been a terrible experience so far for me. My order #******* has been in pre-shipment for TEN days... Fourteen days is the MAX AMOUNT of days their entire shipping process takes, or so they claim. I've called their help line once and talked to someone in their live chat, but it was no help. The person in live chat actually lied and said USPS had already picked up the package. USPS has not picked up the package, ShoeDazzle has merely created a shipping label for it and nothing else. This is my first and most likely last time ordering from this company. Ship my boots, ShoeDazzle! If they are not shipped soon, I will be demanding a refund.

Love this site everything comes nicely packaged and just as described in the picture. Sizing is accurate with every pair I have received. I also enjoy that if I make a purchase within the first 5 days of the month I am not charged the membership fee.

The website is pretty clear that it's a shoe club. You are billed every month but you are given the option of skipping the month and you won't be charged. You can also cancel membership at any time. I think most of the people complaining are not reading what they are signing up for. I gave it 3 stars because I do agree some of the quality is not the greatest although I have been able to score some good stuff. I always take advantage of the clearance sale items to get best deal.

I am incredibly angry with shoe dazzle yet again. They are a terrible company that makes operating with them difficult and extremely unpleasant. It is taking everything in my being not to release a string of curse words in this review. Do not sign up for a vip membership for shoedazzle, they make it so difficult to cancel. If you want to skip paying for the month there is only a small window to do so, if you miss it your credit card will be charged! Terrible company that clearly does not care about the customer.

I got a pair of boots from here, it took 8 days! I love my boots, definitely worth the price I paid. My sister also ordered 8 items from this site and she was happy with 4 of them. The others looked cheap. Took less than 2 weeks for her to receive her purchases. It depends what you get. Some look amazing some just look cheap. Never had a problem putting my account on hold or any hidden fees. I'm a happy customer and I will be shopping this site for more.

I think I only kept a few pairs of shoes from my many attempts. Most shoes did not at all fit properly and were all slightly smaller than the actual size. They are way overpriced for cheap shoes and it was difficult to find where to unsubscribe.

I love shopping at Shoedazzle because the variety of shoes, clothing and accessories offered has something for everyone, including women with wide feet and wide calves, or plus size clothing for us big girls. I remember when I first shopped here, there were none of those things, so Shoedazzle is becoming more inclusive which is great. I especially love the sales that are held multiple times throughout the year because at times my budget won't allow for full price, and there is always something I can afford. I joined in 2012 and at some point over the last 18 months they raised the monthly membership from $9.95 to almost $40! I do not want that, so I am using all my credits so that I can cancel without losing money. The quality has gone downhill on the products with cheap material.

They charge you every month and only sell a limited variety of extremely high heeled shoes... who wants to stand on sticks? Plus they have almost always run out of stock. Dresses and bags are not even worth the prices. So basically they take your money month after month with nothing much to offer you to buy.

My account and order was cancelled because they didn't like that our family has multiple accounts here, with the same address obviously, so they cancelled it-along with my sister's-with no communication. I had to reach out to customer service chat, which was exceptionally rude and unapologetic. I've been a member for years and I will be cancelling.

Good quality of shoes and great prices at sales. Very nice design. Good customer attention. Not very clear the rules about how to use the points you accumulate in a period of time. Sometimes they change that without telling us, but besides that, the service is very good. I wish we could have more time than only 5 days to skip the month.
