Shoedazzle

I use to be a faithful customer to Shoedazzle, but since they have changed the way they do things, I am no longer. Before the change they had some cute and unique styles for everyone. Now, I think about the only women that can wear their shoes are either dancing on a pole or working a corner. They have also went up on their prices and added the 9.95 a month charge. Justfab charges a 39.95 a month unless you hit skip before the 5th. Their styles are a lot more wearable. And they have something for everyone! Gonna stick with them!

I purchased a pair of fuzzies, VERY interesting color and style! I am very impressed with the sales! I do however, think that the selection is getting a bit less, nonetheless I had a great shopping experience, and it's not my first time, because I've been a fan for awhile. Great customer service, and speedy shipping! Thanks to JustFab :) A++++

Called them to check on my return they said computers were down and due to inconvenience they had offers I said no and their response was you don't have to purchase anything but you just have to listen to advertisement you will get a $100 Walmart card free never got card but did get enrolled into 3 programs that tried to automatically charge me BIG FRAUD!

Wow, the 4 pairs of boots I purchased are just as sexy and comfortable as I suspected them to be. They came on time and the best part is that they were inexpensive! Ladies, be sure to sign up for VIP. You will save lots. I did! Matter of fact I will shop for Christmas Gifts for family members.

I ordered for Christmas and not having to pay all at once helped ease the cost of my purchase. Its like a lay away plan. I will continue with shoe dazzle. With so many birthdays and holidays, the prices are to good to pass up and spreading cost out is awesome.

I waited over a month for my shoes to arrive and missed wearing them for a special event. I contacted the company many times. They finally arrived after 6 weeks and the product quality was great. I never received an apology nor incentive to give them another try. Disappointed in that.

The heels that I purchased were fine (a bit too tall for me to actually walk in them), but I really wish there were way more options for heels/wedges that are 2 inches or less. I had surgery on my feet years ago and my toes can't handle anything more than 2 inches because of decreased range of motion. The only options available for that height are limited and not very stylish.

Cheap product. Horrid customer service. Returns next to impossible. Charge a restocking fee, and keep trying to push store credit. After one half an hour FINALLY got a refund. Zappos much faster with better customer service.

The shoes were so cute and very comfortable. I wore them 3 hours and not an ounce of pain. Didn't notice any fogging. There earrings I got were definitely statement pieces and well made! I was so happy and complimented many times at the event!

This Seller is one more of a handful of relatively new Sellers, such as Wish, Rosegal, etc... which are all scams and rip-offs! My Credit Card Co. Credited back all of their charges... I'm one of the few lucky ones! The only thing they do well is ripping off customers, and charging credit cards!

They have a wonderful deceiving "first time customer deal". A countdown begins and you are told you have an hour to purchase shoes at a discounted rate. Dont get to excited like I did and skip over the fine print. Read the fine print because that's bull. After the first purchase you are automatically SOMEHOW allowing them to charge your card $39.95 every month for a bogus "vip" membership. I say some how, because I DID not give consent to have my card charged every month. Now if you fell for it like me, hopefully within the second month of being charged you realize what's going on. I called the company to cancel the membership and was even given one payment back. Just randomly checked my bank statements to find out my card was charged again today. I'll be calling my bank tomorrow to change my card.

Shoe Dazzle is awesome! There is something for every style. It provides the modern individual with looks that compare to over priced products that are affordable and yet looks just as good! It's the new sexy...

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from one of their great sakes. Two of the items were perfect. They were exactly what I wanted. The third pair was damaged and it was so disappointing. Not sure who inspected the item prior to shipment but it definitely should have been something that was looked at.

I've been with Shoe Dazzle for a couple of years now. I'm very pleased with shopping with them. Everything I've order always fits perfect, I have not had to return anything. Packages always arrive on time.

Unsatisfied with shoe dazzle. Ordered my friend 2 pairs of boots for Christmas. I received an email saying my items were being processed for a return. I was confused because I was waiting for my order. Never did I process a return so I called customer service. Got told it was due to inventory issues blah blah blah. You know excuses. Definitely something on their end. Sadly I had to go to the store last minute to pick out a present for my friend. I have had JUSTFAB for years now and I never had an issue with them so I thought shoedazzle would be the same experience but big no.

I just had my first ever shoedazzle.com experience. Of course I did my research FIRST, read the reviews on here, and other sites alike... found out the pros and cons, and after a month or so of that decided to join the Shoe club!

My first experience was a great one! I picked my shoes, they shipped within 24 hours, it took about 10 days to get to me in Canada, but The shipping cost on the parcel said it was 28$ to ship it to me, and I only paid 9$ so I'm even more thrilled on that

The packaging of my new shoes were awesome! This will make storing all my shoes so much easier and more organized, I love the pink shoedazzle box, the dust bag for my shoes (though I believe you should have two dust bags, 1 per shoe... but zero complaints, true to size, though not chanel quality, I'm thrilled with my shoes, and I can't wait for next months collection!

Ultimately, not a great experience. The shoe selection is questionable, not worth the price personally. It takes about a month, approximately 24 days, for a delivery. The company ships through FedEx, who often delays package delivery. If they didn't take so long to come in and if the company had a larger selection of diversity in styles, the company would have better feedback from me.

If there was no star; I would give them that! This company is beyond horrible; don't do anything with VIP promotions; straight ripe off! And their shoes looks good on the internet, but horrible upon arrival. I will never do business with this company.

Shoe dazzle needs a better variety and bigger quantity of shoes for people with bigger wider feet. You've made progress but still are missing it. I'm a VIP I've been here for years. I'm often disappointed that shoes in my size are not accommodating.

I ordered a pair of boots and was never told that they were automatically signing me up for a vip membership and charging me 39.95 a month! The boots I ordered were a taupe colored bootie with a small heel. My first and only order came in today... they sent me a black bootie with the biggest, skinniest hooker hell you ever seen! Now I'm in the process of trying to get a refund or get the booties I actually purchased! If this doesn't happen, y'all will be paying my doctor bills when I break my neck trying to walk in these awful ugly hooker boots y'all decided amongst yourselves to send me!

The fluctuations in pricing and availability makes it difficult to purchase at the best price. It changes daily. Very rarely do they have the sizes when items go on sale
Customer service can be difficult or awesome... No consistency. Completely depends on the rep.

Really poor customer service. Basically said sorry but you will get the shoe when you get them after being lied to. Rep promised expedited shipping and when I called back to get tracking number he did not do it correctly.
