Excellent looks and fits like a glove. I went on a little 2 mile hike in the Sonoma mountains walked through wet grass and crossed a couple of overflowing creeks without any moisture. These shoes fit the bill, totally dry feet. 5 stars rated I will be using these shoes throughout the entire winter
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.
I've been a customer of Shoe Dazzle since 2013 or 2014... Never been disappointed, never had a problem if I needed to return an item! VIP membership is a must, and you can always "skip" a month! Don't miss out!

I ordered a pair of boots. They really don't look like they did online. Shoe dazzle keeps trying to charge me $49.99 and the boots were only $16 and I already paid for them. I will not be ordering again.

I am super small and have issues finding clothes period, when I order online more often than not, xs is more like a medium. First online store everything fits, good quality and the only place I haven't sent stuff back

A while back many of my accounts were hacked. One being just Fab. Since then as all banks do they issue credits but what I didn't know is that Just Fab has put me on the "Black List" and no longer able to shop with Just Fab I dont think it's fair nor is it right. When I called they basically said I can no longer shop with them for reporting Fraud. The lady I spoke with said it is their policy. So if your accounts get hacked be prepared to get put on the black list

I have been a long time Shoedazzle member, but have becoming increasingly frustrated. Admittedly I sometimes forget to skip a month so I have plenty of "store credits." Unfortunately the way Shoedazzle allows me to apply those credits to future purchases is ridiculous. I should be able to use the full value of every credit or even multiple credits on purchases, but it's not set up to really allow for that.

I ordered a pair of boots, they sent me the wrong size. No biggie, they were cheap bc of a deal to come back. I ordered another pair, they showed available-took money out of my account... 2 weeks later, i get an email saying the order was cancelled. This happened 4 more times that (3 pair in one order-wasnt a fool on 4 seperate times!)... called today and cancelled...

It was my own stupidity for not reading terms of service. I've learned my lesson and will now read through everything first. But don't make the same mistake I did! Do not sign up for a ShoeDazzle account and please don't enter your credit card number! I will be trying to cancel my account tomorrow I hope it works.

I've purchased several pairs of shoes from Shoedazzle, and every time I hope I just made a bad choice and picked a crappy show. I've come to realize that nope- just low quality. There is the potential for Shoedazzle to be great- but until they improve the quality of their product they won't achieve anything more than being... meh.

Hi. I've been using ShoeDazzle on and off for several years. I've had a consistent "membership" but I don't always need shoes, so I have skipped quite a few months. However, I let a couple of credits accumulate. I went to use them and to my dismay, it didn't seem like it would apply for the credit on all shoes. It took me some time to find a pair that my full credit would be used on. It was disappointing, to say the least. I don't think I'll be keeping my membership much longer as it's becoming more of a hassle each month to manage. Especially, if my credit doesn't fully apply. It was fun while it lasted.

I've been subscribed to Shoe Dazzle for about 5 years now. The quality of their shoes has really gone down. The sizing isn't consistent and the materials are of EXTREMELY poor quality. I've tried to cancel my subscription but I've gotten no response from customer service. I used to recommend Shoe Dazzle to everyone now I'm not even sure I can wear my recently purchased shoes. I'm really unhappy bc historically the styles were cute and the prices reasonable. Not too expensive for the quality. Just not wearable.

You are committing to make a purchase of $39 every month. You are suppose to be able to request slip a month, that don't work. They draft the money off your accounts anyway and you accumulate credits. I've called 3 different times trying to get the membership cancelled and it has not happened. You will catch hell getting them out of your bank account!

Shoedazzle apparently did its part and sent the order but apparently the people who were supposed to ship it left it at the wrong door, i waited for many days and then told them i never received anything and it says my package was delivered, they said they would make an investigation on it and well basically a month has gone by and i still dont have my order or anything.

Without realizing as time passed by, I have become a loyal client towards Shoedazzle. What attracted me to buy from this site is because I'm able to find my shoe size, at a reasonable price, and beautiful style. I kept buying thanks to your vip membership program, and many available discount options. Afterwards, I tried the clothes and I am satisfied with the quality and cut of your products for the price value I get. Overall, in less than a year, Shoedazzle has become one of my favorite shopping site. One negative point I must share, is the difficulty to request a return for a product. It is difficult to locate it on the mobile site, and once located, it is not highlighted as an option. This needs to be worked on. Whether it's to prevent unnecessary returns, it still needs to be easy access for the VIPs.

I have really small feet and my most perfect fit is size 5. The smallest that Shoedazzle goes is 5.5 for shoes which is a big part of a disappointment and disadvantages for me since some of their shoes fit whole others are slightly too big and it's always like a lottery ticket if work out or not. However I really like their styles so I always take the chance and try to use their reviews from other certified buyers to determine if it'll fit.

I received my order which was too big and needed to exchange but I had purchased on a special discount. I called customer service and they were able to hold m smaller size until I returned the one I purchased without going through any hassle. My package arrived very quickly.

Very bad. My credit card keeps being charged even after speaking to a customer care representative to stop the charges. I don't know what's going on. I don't feel safe with my credit card details with you guys.

I was not a fan of the quality of the boots which is why I returned them. But I have do disagree with the reviews that the customer service is terrible. I called to cancel my VIP status and spoke to a very nice person. Yes she tried to keep me and offered me an extra discount but that is her doing her job not being rude, mean or nasty like others have said. That is what happens whenever you call to cancel a membership with most things.

I purchased two pair of shoes some red pumps and some gold slide flat shoes. The red shoes perfect look nice real nice as comfortable as they can be for heels lol. The slides had some cute little attachments to them which caught my eye in the picture but when I receive them several of those attachments were detached I can't put them on they don't look like they were ever put on it it's not torn or broken they just were in the box so once you it's fully attached and the other looks like a dog get to it they would be really cute if they both look exactly the same.

I love Shoedazzle! Decided to give it a try, but was unsure if it would work out for me. I wear a size 12 in shoes and shoe can't be too narrow. Always have trouble in stores finding my size. I'm also very picky with my clothes. Shoedazzle merchandise is very good quality everything I have bought have earned a five stars. One time I had to reach out to do a return and another time I called because package was broken and a pair of sunglasses were missing. Customer service was very kind and helpful.
I will continue with Shoedazzle. It's a way to pampered myself. I like to accumulate my credits and then go shopping. It's exciting to open boxes on a delivery day. Everything is very well packed and presented.
