It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.
No one could tell me what was going on and when I gave my order number to see what's going on with a package I never received because they sent me a refund email and yet I have yet to receive any refund they just continue to tell me they don't have an order number in that number.

I ordered the sable flat boots from Shoe Dazzle and the delivery was quick and oh talking about the quality it was just top notch. The boots fit me perfectly and I absolutely love it so muchh it looks bomb and I can't wait to get another pair of shoes. Thank youu.

I did not like the quality of the top I purchased, and it also ran somewhat large. I reached out to customer service because I saw that you cannot return without original packaging and tags, and I was never connected to an agent. Very unprofessional.

Out of the 5 pairs of shoes I bought. Maybe 1 pair fits comfortably. I'm very disappointed in the Caite heel boot, the boot barely fits over my calve - not how I invisioned the look at all.

Shoes are beautiful and all women loves to rock a cute shoe. So my advice would be is to give more options for size 10 and above. And PLEASE for the wider sizes also. More 10W, 11W, 12W. Please and thank you

I have been purchasing shoes and accessories from Shoedazzle for years. Well, I would never say they were really high quality, In the last year and a half the quality seems to have gone down to the point where I feel like i'm wearing cardboard shoes, and none of the clothes have a standardized sizing system anymore. I can order two things in the exact same size and one of them won't go over my hips, and the other one looks like it should belong to a person three sizes bigger than me. My last order I bought four things and returned two of them. The other two are bags, and they're just okay. (They are certainly not worth what I paid for the VIP credit, but Inam tired of returning things.) I am frankly, really tired of being disappointed. I am done as soon as I find a way use the credits I wish I did not have.

Ordering is easy but there's a delay (this time it was several days) before I receive a notification that my shoes were shipping. I didn't even receive a confirmation email that my order had even been received. I had to go to the website and track the status that way.

The shoes i received both feel very non ergonomic, like they were made by a an outdated factory machine. They look cute, tho. So if you want cheap shoes with the appearance of style, go for it.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and two waist chains.
Both of the waist chains were broken!
And one of the pair of shoes I bought just had this awkward style and did not even look close to as cute as it did online.

I have yet to receive my order which was ordered July 18. Says it was shipping from California. I tracked it again and reached out to Shoedazzle and they said if I hadn't received it to get in touch again. I got in touch and I still have not received my items. I am not pleased about that. The items are for summer use and the summer is soon to be over. I used two membership credits and an additional payment to pay for the order. It's been 26 days. Where is my order?

I have ordered from.a variety of online sites and a lot of the fast fashion clothes feel like they really were meant to last just a season. I have been really happy with both the boots and the clothes I've gotten from Shoedazzle. The clothes are comfortable and look like they were made somewhere that actually cares about their quality. The shoes hold up and are just as good as they look on the site. I wasn't sure about the subscription because a lot of what's on the site isn't my style, but I have loved the pieces I've gotten.

I received the wrong color sneaker, black instead aid blush. The jeans I ordered a size 24, I received the correct size, I have orders jeans in the same size from here before, but this pair was not a good fit! Way too big.

I have been pleased with 90% of my orders, I wear 11 - 12 so the only thing is when the wide is unavailable 😩 I've only had to return shoes for not fitting, but the boots always come thru

I received an email last Friday that my order would be delivered the next day, but it wasn't and tracking hasn't been updated since Monday. ShoeDazzle customer service was unable to help and OnTrac said someone would respond in a minimum of two business days. I AM BEYOND PISSED OFF!

They are obsessive I don't understand the additional fees being charged when making a purchase and if the reason is because it coming from over seas perhaps get with Temu and SHEIN and figure out another way.
