Excellent looks and fits like a glove. I went on a little 2 mile hike in the Sonoma mountains walked through wet grass and crossed a couple of overflowing creeks without any moisture. These shoes fit the bill, totally dry feet. 5 stars rated I will be using these shoes throughout the entire winter
Idk what the problem is but this place is very disorganized and uneducated. I returned shoes weeks ago in exchange for size and waited patiently until now since I see it's still on hold. Now they are asking for proof that it was returned! After I confirmed the return was received I threw away the receipt. So I guess they do t know what to do now since they can't fond the "happy return" that's turned out to be sad and frustrating!
Just joined in Feb after a 3-yr hiatus because of their incompetence. I guess my memory was too short. In 1 WEEK they overcharged me twice. Plus I'd already ordered for March but get charged again anyway. I even called on 5th & was reassured I was ok for March & next 1 will be April. They, excuse the language, SUCK.

There is basically no customer service… they bank on you missing the "skip a month" option but they also don't have any notification that you can set up as a reminder and once they get your money they tell you that you have to use it in a certain way and only have access to it if you have a purchase over "x" amount of dollars. They are thieves basically.
Also don't forget that customer services will hang up on you after they think they answered your questions to the best of their ability. When you open a complaint on an against often they won't know who you spoke to because the previous agent did not log the call …. It is crazy!

Bought a bodysuit that was pictured with matching pants. Thought they came together but I was wrong. Bad on me but I thought I would just go ahead and buy the pants, too. Shoe Dazzle doesn't even carry the pants so now I'm screwed... and worse, yet, while searching for the pants, I find the same bodysuit for half of what I paid for it. So I didn't really get a first time buyer 'deal' at all, like you claimed.

I recently purchased shoes for my sons wedding as well as a couple other pairs, they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Because of my size I have a very difficult time finding shoes, since I started using shoe dazzle I rarely go anywhere else anymore.

I ordered my exact size but they run a little big so I have a little too much room my foot keeps sliding past the toe part. I don't feel like going through the whole return process so I'll just keep them. Will probably purchase again

Don't listen to all of the negativity on here. It sounds like the same person posting. I have been with Shoe Dazzle for a few years now and they are great. It is no secret that you have to SKIP THE MONTH so that you don't get charged. You are informed of that whey you sign up. They also send out email reminders for it. I have contacted customer service several times for questions and they are always helpful. I have gotten free shoes and accessories with the bonus credits that they send me and I don't even make purchases often. By the way, their shoes are great quality too.

You will never get a shoe that fits because they are cheap knock offs that look like they come from alibaba or wish. They will cancel your returns for too many exchanges even though there site guarantees you can exchange if they don't fit. When you try to exchange they will say the shoe is sold out and pick another style then flag your account for fraud for returning shoes for different styles. Three months later and two trips to the post office I still don't have a shoe that fits and they have the nerve to try and charge restocking and shipping. Supper frustrated at the hours wasted from my life and I have not a single shoe to show for it.

I like using shoedazzle for the convenience factor. I've ordered 2 pair of shoes in the 5 months I've been a member and they both look great, but hurt like hell! I have three kids and never have time to shop. With shoedazzle my husband and I can pick a pair of shoes together and then I wear them for him. I tried wearing a pair out with friends, but they really do hurt.
It's obvious that you are put into a group based on the answers you provided when signing up. Everyone in your group gets the same choices. The stylist they show are probably the ones who found the shoes for the site. They have gotten better by allowing you more to choose from, but the shoes do often look hooker-ish. I guess that's why they are great for the bedroom!

6/16/22 & Still no merchandise. There is no response from the tracking number & your rep tells me tomorrow (17th) will make 15 days & to call back then. Which I will do. I have nothing on my order from 5/28/22 it was shipped on 5/29/22. I am patient.

I have been buying shoes from shoedazzle for 3 years and more than satisfied. Don't expect something for nothing. The shoes are under $40 so don't expect leather. Use a little common sense for all those who complained of quality! So far I have returned with no problems and now that I know the different brands I know what fits me great. They are true to size. The customer service has been great. I missed skipping a month and with one call (and a decent tone) they refunded the amount. The shipping is fast too. Those who are complaining are either looking for something for nothing or just want to complain. If you don't want to be charged for the month then don't miss skipping it. Not hard.

Got an email from them saying that my order shipped on June 22. It is now July 16 and still have not received my order. Tracking is a waste of time because one day they say my order will arrive on a certain day and then when that day has come and gone, tracking says 'an estimated delivery date is coming soon'. Customer service was no help.

I signed up thinking it would be a great way to renew my wardrobe. Boy was i surprised. After placing my initial order at the end of whatever month it was, i was then charged the 39.95 just a few days later as i fell in the 1st-5th date just that fast. I then had my money held on the account as a "credit" for almost 2 months before i found an item i was willing to spend 39.95 on. I could NOT use my credit on ANY promos during that time even though it was my money on the account and they ran a promo just about every week and NONE of them allowed credits. If i could have used my credits for the promos i would probably have stayed and let it build up on the account to make a large purchase to get more bang for my buck but sadly, you all dont operate in a way that is worth it for this customer.

I have been a member for some years now, and have not had a bad experience. The shoes are to die for! The quality is top notch. I have over 100 pairs of their shoes, and no complaints. I also have purchased bags, purses, hats, belts, jewelry, and clothing. Again, no complaints besides sizing being a little off, but nothing drastic. Always read the comments and the description of the items. They are usually pretty bang on.

I have bought a lot of shoes from Shoe Dazzle. Unfortunately, they all tend to crack or peel after just a few wears. Even when buying at sale prices, I feel as though I just threw away my money. I would rather spend more for a shoe or boot that will last awhile than to continue buying products that I have to throw away after wearing only two or three times. I plan to cancel my membership.

ShoeDazzle is great as long as you keep in mind what it is. No you don't really have a personal stylist and no the quiz doesn't give you completely accurate results. However, you can find some really fun shoes for a fair price. Customer service is EXCELLENT. You can interact with other members on the Shoedazzle facebook page for suggestions. If you don't see something you like that month-just skip! It's that simple.

I never received my boots but did receive someone else's coat. Contacted shoe dazzle multiple times and was told various things that ended up with I would not get the boots I originally ordered as they were now sold out and I would not get my money back... so the end result... I cancelled my subscription I won't purchase from them again...

Love the price, quality and latest styles. I was skeptical that they look like cheap quality but was surprised that the are well made and detailed. Delivery is quick. Packaging is wonderful. I love this site- they are affordable so it you want multiples and a shoe for one outfit, you can do it without breaking the bank. And- I have paid 200 for shoes that are not half as comfortable as every she I have gotten from Shoedazzle. Some I've bought in every color- and I wear heels everywhere and never been disappointed.

The boots I got were the wrong ones. The on the description did not look like they had heels nor did they look is narrow. I've emailed customer service about four times now about returning them to get a different pair but never receive a call or an email back, so maybe me doing the survey I will get a response back.

I ordered sandals for my birthday a size larger just because I get swelling and have wide feet. Received the shoes right in time the plastic strap across the top was tight and uncomfortable, the ones around the leg were adjustable but the one across the top of the foot was plastic and tight. So I gave them to my daughter to save the hassle of returning them and decided to cancel because it's easier to go to a store for shoes that way I can try them on before buying them. The customer service representative was not understanding and almost forceful on making me keep the membership I said I am not going to pay monthly for something I am not gonna use. He offered discounts etc. I just didn't feel good paying almost 50 dollars a month when I would never use it or if I did it would be gift purpose and still not worth a membership.
Tip for consumers:
Order a size larger if you have feet that swell but not if a strap goes across the top of shoe.

My wife was in need of a new pair of boots after our new rescue dog chewed a few pairs of hers.
