Shopping the site is always easy. I did notice that one of the shoes came in a bag and not a box. I'm not sure if that is the way things will be packaged going forward. My order was super cute, but one pair needs to be returned because the space around the ankle it just way too big.
Idk what the problem is but this place is very disorganized and uneducated. I returned shoes weeks ago in exchange for size and waited patiently until now since I see it's still on hold. Now they are asking for proof that it was returned! After I confirmed the return was received I threw away the receipt. So I guess they do t know what to do now since they can't fond the "happy return" that's turned out to be sad and frustrating!
I've ordered from Shoe Dazzle several times. I usually read the reviews of styles I'm interested in to adjust my sizing if needed. I have enjoyed the shoes I've ordered over the past 3 years. Shipping is always quick and everything arrives perfectly packaged.

ShoeDazzle has been a pleasant experience for me. My initial experience with them was acceptable; the shoes didn't really fit me well, but the handbags were always of high quality, especially if cared for properly. I don't buy here very frequently, but when I do, it's mostly for handbags; however, now that I know what size to get while shopping for clothes, I'll attempt to become a regular.

So many great options/styles available in both shoes and clothing along with accessories, too! Their support is super helpful and fast. I love how great their social media team is as well. All around great customer support. The products are always great quality and reasonable priced. I have a huuuuge shoedazzle collection that just keeps growing. Hubby isn't complaining!

I would have never bought from this company if I knew their little gimmicks and I recommend no one else does. I should be able to opt into a program by selecting to being in it. Not by ordering something and on a small card they tell you about it and automatically put you in it. If like me you dont usually look at those things and just throw them away you get screwed out of $40 a month for nothing. Still dont understand it. This is the worst thing I've had to deal with from an online company. I will not buy again nor will I recommend this to anyone. No one should be taken advantage of like this. Beware if you do buy

The quality of the shoes are okay but honestly for the prices they should be better. Unfortunately do get them at a lower cost you need to sign up for their vip membership which is a subscription service that charges you each month regardless if something is bought. If nothing is bought then you get credit that goes towards your next purchase. And to cancel your subscription you have to call rather then just cancelling online. I feel this is how they rope people in. I also have difficulty finding shoes I like because they are ALWAYS sold out or your purchase just won't go through.

I plan to discontinue my VIP membership. I'm not happy with ANY of the shoes I have purchase in the last few months which is why I have not written any reviews. These shoes were not made for full figured women. Even the wide width shoes are very uncomfortable.
No since in wasting money on shoes i'll probably never wear again. Each pair I purchased I ended up giving to a charity. I figured a person in need would appreciate them more than I would. The quality has gone down a lot since ShoeDazzle was first opened and I am not happy.
Time to discontinue the membership.

Cause once to buy a pair of shoes you are unaware that you will constantly be charged $40 every month. Till you figure out that you need to cancel your membership. Oh btw thats hard to do as well. Their call center number does not work and neither does their chat service... Let me know if there is a better way to cancel this service and get a refund... I am still searching...

ShoeDazzle.com is a decent site. The Customer Service team is phenomenal. The shoes come from designers for Shoe Dazzle and other brands like Chinese Laundry and Micheal Antonio. I love both of those brands so being able to purchase them for $39.95 is great. I have not purchased any jewelry or purses, I won't spend almost $40.00 CAN on junk jewelry but that is just IMO.
I will say that if you are going to be buying shoes do your own research on the sizing. Read the individual reviews of all shoes because according to their marketing team every shoe is true to size, which I have not found to be correct. Also if you are purchasing in Canada, you won't want to return them because the cost of shipping makes the shoes far more expensive than they are worth.

The site states it clear that for VIP service you will be charge $39.95 each mo. But you can skip the months you dont want to purchase things, Stop blaming others for your own lack of understanding!

If I could give this site zero stars I would! I ordered a pair or shoes from them on 5/1/2013 and received them on 5/9 which I thought was great. Unfortunately the strap on the left sandal was about 2 inches too long! So I printed out an exchange form and sent it back out the same day. It is now 5/28 and havent gotten my shoes back yet. I have emailed them several times and am currently sitting on hold (for an hour now) waiting to talk to someone! Will NEVER order anything from them again!

The products are decent. They have no sole so my feet end up hurting, but I love the styles! When I need customer service, they're excruciatingly helpful and they're available anytime! However, I hate the fine print on their deals. I can't combine any deals, or they're only valid over a certain dollar amount, etc.

I just received my shoedazzle order and let me tell you it was all better than expected! I LOVE all my shoes. BTW I got 4 heels and 3 pairs of boots for 110$! Super cheap and GREAT quality. I was actually quite shocked at how awesome they really were. I went onto youtube before buying the shoes at the actual video reviews on their shoes and they all looked great. Don't be hesitant about purchasing from here, I actually think they have better deals than justfab.com. I will for sure be purchasing from them very soon. Honestly I love the shoes no complaints there! But most of the sneakers are cut small and not to the sizes advertised which doesn't help the hassle of having to return items and then when I request a new size for exchange I'm told my order will ship soon then tell me days or even weeks later it's no longer available. Makes it difficult for me to want to shop.

Hi there! I have a few issues with your store. First of all, I can't return one of the shoes I bought ( flat white sandals) and I don't like them at all. You never showed on pictures what kind insole they have and it turned out to have a very bad quality material that makes feet sweat and slippery. Also you have some hidden option to become your VIP member and you took $49.00 from my credit card. I tried to chat with your customer service, but it took forever and I got disconnected. Your store could be nicer to customers.

This is the worst service I've ever seen. Didn't want to give them any stars but have to in order for your review to go through.
I sent back some shoes because they didn't fit. And I've been waiting for 2 months for my refund. I have proof of delivery and also on my account it says that they did get the products back. Called them 4 times and still nothing. Chat live with them this morning and according to her my account is under investigation. For what? Never ever will I order from them again. I just want what belongs to me. So please be very careful before your decide to join them.

I had a charge on my bank account even after i closed out my accounts. I had called to ask about getting refunded and after 40 minutes on the phone explaining that I did not have this account to a person who spoke no English she finally said I should expect the refund in 5 -10 days. Well we are on day 16 and still no refund. Because of the charge it made my account negative and I have had to pay $269.50 $154 is because of ShoeDazzle themselves. DO NOT SIGN UP with these people. They take your money, basically tell you you screwed up, and then tells you have a great day. Oh and there shoes are terrible. Uncomfortable and cheaply made.

Nearly everything that I have ordered from Shoedazzle over the years has been poorly made and the shoes are some of the most uncomfortable things to ever go on my feet. I keep hoping that they will improve but it just hasn't happened. I will be cancelling my membership and forfeiting credits because why buy anything if I am not going to use it?

Shoes are big and bulky for my size. All of the sandals seems to be made oddly where it looks funny on my feet. The only reason I keep giving them another try is because they take the money out automatically. But I will be cancelling after I didn't my last 2 credits. The boots are fantastic though.

This site claims to have free returns, but in fact they charge a $5.95 "restocking fee" per item. Their site repeatedly claims to feature "risk free" shopping due to free returns and a "size guarantee." Yet I find myself forced to pay this "restocking fee" because their shoes are at least a full size smaller than normal. They intentionally mislead customers. In addition, their exchange process is lengthy (more than a month) and required three phone calls + an email to customer service. Skip this site and opt instead for the numerous alternatives that actually have free returns.

I originally gave them two stars, but changing to one star. I would give them no stars if I could. This is a lying, thieving, scam of a company- don't waste your money. They haven't shipped my boots even though they claim they have. I've been in contact with USPS about it and nobody with them has the package. ShoeDazzle refuses to refund my money. Total waste of time and money. Never give this company your business. Oh yea, they claim they'll get with you within 24-48 hours with customer service, but that also is just ANOTHER lie.

ShoeDazzle's shipping service has been a terrible experience so far for me. My order #******* has been in pre-shipment for TEN days... Fourteen days is the MAX AMOUNT of days their entire shipping process takes, or so they claim. I've called their help line once and talked to someone in their live chat, but it was no help. The person in live chat actually lied and said USPS had already picked up the package. USPS has not picked up the package, ShoeDazzle has merely created a shipping label for it and nothing else. This is my first and most likely last time ordering from this company. Ship my boots, ShoeDazzle! If they are not shipped soon, I will be demanding a refund.
