Shopping the site is always easy. I did notice that one of the shoes came in a bag and not a box. I'm not sure if that is the way things will be packaged going forward. My order was super cute, but one pair needs to be returned because the space around the ankle it just way too big.
Idk what the problem is but this place is very disorganized and uneducated. I returned shoes weeks ago in exchange for size and waited patiently until now since I see it's still on hold. Now they are asking for proof that it was returned! After I confirmed the return was received I threw away the receipt. So I guess they do t know what to do now since they can't fond the "happy return" that's turned out to be sad and frustrating!
Items purchased looked great online but once I saw in person and tried on they didn't work for me. This is just my opinion. It may work for someone else. I appreciate your return policy. I hope to see my refund show soon.

There are so many shoe options in this online store for every budget and taste! I ordered several pairs of shoes for myself in the summer, only one did not fit. Too narrow for my legs! Overall, I am happy with the purchase!

I think I only kept a few pairs of shoes from my many attempts. Most shoes did not at all fit properly and were all slightly smaller than the actual size. They are way overpriced for cheap shoes and it was difficult to find where to unsubscribe.

While I am all for diversity in our communities and life. There is a must that the customer and agent relationship be understood. You can't hire people who don't speak perfect English just for cheap labor. Having the customer agent understand simple request was difficult. And the whole process was frustrating. I've been with Shoe Dazzle and JusFab since 2018 and in that instance I canceled my membership, all of my perks and points gone down the drain because I was dealing with someone who could not understand a simple request. FURTHERMORE I REFUSE TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE EVER AGAIN.

Love this site everything comes nicely packaged and just as described in the picture. Sizing is accurate with every pair I have received. I also enjoy that if I make a purchase within the first 5 days of the month I am not charged the membership fee.

I got a pair of boots from here, it took 8 days! I love my boots, definitely worth the price I paid. My sister also ordered 8 items from this site and she was happy with 4 of them. The others looked cheap. Took less than 2 weeks for her to receive her purchases. It depends what you get. Some look amazing some just look cheap. Never had a problem putting my account on hold or any hidden fees. I'm a happy customer and I will be shopping this site for more.

The website is pretty clear that it's a shoe club. You are billed every month but you are given the option of skipping the month and you won't be charged. You can also cancel membership at any time. I think most of the people complaining are not reading what they are signing up for. I gave it 3 stars because I do agree some of the quality is not the greatest although I have been able to score some good stuff. I always take advantage of the clearance sale items to get best deal.

I am incredibly angry with shoe dazzle yet again. They are a terrible company that makes operating with them difficult and extremely unpleasant. It is taking everything in my being not to release a string of curse words in this review. Do not sign up for a vip membership for shoedazzle, they make it so difficult to cancel. If you want to skip paying for the month there is only a small window to do so, if you miss it your credit card will be charged! Terrible company that clearly does not care about the customer.

My dress was reasonably priced, I like the stretchy, comfortable feel of the material on my skin, and the shipping was fast and superb which is a PLUS for me. Is why I feel like a valued customer!

I love shopping at Shoedazzle because the variety of shoes, clothing and accessories offered has something for everyone, including women with wide feet and wide calves, or plus size clothing for us big girls. I remember when I first shopped here, there were none of those things, so Shoedazzle is becoming more inclusive which is great. I especially love the sales that are held multiple times throughout the year because at times my budget won't allow for full price, and there is always something I can afford. I joined in 2012 and at some point over the last 18 months they raised the monthly membership from $9.95 to almost $40! I do not want that, so I am using all my credits so that I can cancel without losing money. The quality has gone downhill on the products with cheap material.

I utilized my 8 credits only to know my package split in 2 which caused my shipping to be almost $200us altogether, and cost of items almost $350us. Unacceptable. If i could have returned everything, i would. Honestly my other credit from Justfab, i will utilize and deacctivate. It isnt worth it

Good quality of shoes and great prices at sales. Very nice design. Good customer attention. Not very clear the rules about how to use the points you accumulate in a period of time. They charge you every month and only sell a limited variety of extremely high heeled shoes... who wants to stand on sticks? Plus they have almost always run out of stock. Dresses and bags are not even worth the prices. So basically they take your money month after month with nothing much to offer you to buy.

I paid for two day shipping and it took 4 days. Shoes did not fit properly either. I felt like the whole process was very dishonest and not at all courteous to me. I will never spend my money with this company again.
You will see a reply below where the company is pretending like my poor review bothers them and they are supposed to be contacting me immediately after sending that reply. That was a lie to make it look like they actually care.
