This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They charged me 39.95/month for membership after I bought 2 pairs of shoes and I only caught this after 2 months. So, the shoes that I thought I thought I was paying 39.95 for ended costing me much more than retail. If there was an option to give less than 1 star I would!

Although the purchase of my first order was great I was then charged again from my bank card without my permission. When I called customer service to state the problem, I was told I could NOT get a refund. The representative then tried to convince me to buy more shoes for the up coming holidays. This is unacceptable, taking someone money without permission and then giving them a hard time about cancelling a membership is NOT good business in my eyes.

Didn't really like the monthly obligation and canceled after 4 months of hope. Shoes selection is non existent to style. It is an overall style with different shoe options that do not include alternative variety. The quality of clothes was high, but it is reflected in the pricing.

Poor quality shoes. I'll shop at payless thank you. Tried cancelling and the woman gave me a hard time and was still charged for this month. Called again to cancel and get a refund, it was easier but they give you a hard time.
So not worth it.

The shoes I bought were literally the worst shoe construction I've ever seen. Regardless, I was not refunded my entire amount. Really not cool to be penalized for something beyond my control. I'd be happy to exchange for a different shoe but that's not in their return policy.

When I do order which is almost all the time, the shoes and the clothes fit and they are super cute and worth the vip price. I love my shoes and the cost is well worth it. I get my packages on time and have never had an issue besides forgetting to cancel if Im not buying that month. But overall, I always tell a friend about Shoedazzle.

I will never buy from this company again. I received two boots I've been waiting for two weeks. One of the boots were beige but the front of the boot was dark brown. This is not what it looks like on the sight and the material is so cheap. It looks and feels like a cheap sweater. The other boot is also cheaply made. Im returning them right now.

Ordered 3 pairs of boots. Two did not fit well so tried to exchange them. There was no way to do it on line so called and spoke with a representative who processed the exchange with the exchange label on 2/8. Due to health issues was not able to get it in the mail until 2/23. The label that was given to me by the representative is still shown on the tracking we sent it with as being in the post office. I have still not received the products I'd my exchange. I'm highly disappointed with this service.

I was not told about the subscription money and they have been charging me 40$ a month without my knowledge. This information should have been clear. Also, i purchased a dress out of credit for 19$ and the next day it was 7$. I feel betrayed. I would really want my money back

I do purchase quite a bit from your site but the one thing that keeps me from giving a higher rating is that you always include that magazine option in my cart. Give me the choice to add not to remove.

I love what this website provides and most of the merchandise, but it's extremely annoying trying to navigate through the pages. Once you place an item in cart or click to get a better view and you hit the back button, it does not bring me back to where I left off. It keeps bringing me back to the very beginning. It would be beneficial to add the option to view specific page numbers instead of just clicking an arrow and having to go all the way through every page again to get back to where you were. I was pretty close to just canceling and not dealing with your site any longer. Hopefully y'all can address this and create an update to fix the problem.

First off, the customer service is crap. They called me by a wrong name, they cancelled my order without telling me and when I tried to use the coupon again it said I couldn't. I hate this place I didn't even get to try the stupid shoes. Highly do not recommend.

If I could give NO stars, I would. This is a scammy site in which I will not give them my credit card info. They add you to their VIP membership for 39.99 a month w/ recurring charges (which means they'll bill you every month). The shoes or boots you see on the advert are simply not there, nor will they have them in stock or have your size. They are made very cheaply and are not true to size being these are manufactured in China. Stay away from this site! Unless you want cheap shoes that hurt your feet with glue on the edges...

I got the shoe but I can't wear it because even though the calf size was advertised as something that would fit thicker calves, they didn't fit my calves at all. I need to return and I don't think I will continue with shoe dazzle.

The process of purchasing the shoes was great. Very easy and they came in a timely manner. The problem happened when my card info was stolen and used to make several more fraudulent purchases through Shoedazzle. I had to go to my bank to cancel my debit card and reassign a bunch of my auto pay bills to the new card. It was quite the hassle for one pair of shoes.
