I have ordered several shoes from shoedazzle and they never fail. I received my items on time in great condition, and the perfect fit. This is my go to for every occasion. I bought this as a gift for a friend and it fitted. Perfectly.

I love ShoeDazzle. I have been an avid shopper there for a few years now. I love the quality and the price and the fast shipping. My only recommendation would be to update the website so that when you click on item you want to look at, then go back to the main browsing screen, that it takes you back to where you left off, and not all the way to the top of the list and you have to find your place again - that is quite annoying :/

My daughter and I both ordered a pair of boots. One pair was 2 different sizes and one pair was the wrong size. So I called and they expected me 2 send them back, wait a week for processing, then wait for them to ship back to me and hope this time they got it right. When the post office is at least 15 miles from my house! The point in shopping online is to not have to drive. It's supposed to be convenient!

Stay away from ShoeDazzle! Their checkout system will trick you into a "membership" without your knowledge and consent. You will end up paying monthly subscription $39.95 for YEARS without knowing! - This is what happened to me...
I have newer subscribed to any membership and never agreed to any monthly payments.

I ordered once from them and not even a month later I had a second charge come out of my bank and they signed me up for the vip subscription that I never authorized and refused to give me my money back

Perfect -- Love the perks -- The only thing I am missing is a flat leather/man made boot with no heel. I want the boot to cover my knees.
I purchased a pair before the pandemic and haven't found another one like it since.

The boot is really cute, I got wide calf didn't need to (to wide). I ordered my size and it's to big, so order down an half size. Don't like the zipper placement (half zip) makes the boot fit and look weird, should have been either a full zip or pull on. Going to return/exchange.

I do want to start by saying I don't think this was shoe dazzles fault….Fedex actually. I never received my shoes! They were transferred back to the warehouse, had to file a claim and then was told I would receive them…still nothing.

The experience with JustFab and Shoe Dazzle is always good. However, twice I have gotten a pair of boots and they have been USED, or WORN! I don't understand, how this happens. When I make a purchase I get at least 6-8 pairs on a order and one pair of shoes or a pair of boots is always used! My question is WHY?! This is not a good look, and I really like both of the companies

I placed my very first order and was notified that I would receive it on 2/2/23. I didn't receive it and I checked the tracking number and was advised that there's a delay due to my package being routed incorrectly however, there is not a new delivery date provided and I don't have faith that I will even receive my order. This isn't a good experience for my first time purchasing and therefore will most likely keep me from subscribing for the monthly service you provide.

I use to like shopping here. But now the shoe selection and styles of shoes are very regular there shoes that you can get from anywhere. Not to mention they are the same old shoes every year. Even though it says what's new, the new stuff looks similar to the old stuff. Just very disappointing.

While I absolutely love my sandals and heels, due to me having thicker calves, I am unable to fit the over-the-knee and thigh-high boots. Is it possible to get a plus size version or widen the calf size capacity a little more?

It's all scam. Please don't buy anything from them. I bought a pair of shoes last month for $11, sent me a receipt in email, but they charged me $28 in my bank account. Now, this month without purchasing anything, it charged me again for $70. Please please don't get your card information to them.

ShoeDazzle has some beautiful shoes. The sizing is hit or miss. Sometimes they fit perfectly and other times the fit is terribly off, even though you are buying the same size. Other than that, its a good buy and returns are easy.

In the last few months I have received a pair of sneakers (which were too tight but I was able to exchange them). However, I also ordered boots that we so undersized I cannot get my foot into them and I was not able to return them, so here they sit. Then I ordered 3 pairs of sandals all of which either hurt my foot where the zippers were sewn in or across the top of my foot and one was too small. I was not able to return any of them. So I have all these items I cannot where but cannot return for even store credit. I have no one to give them to and I have lost all the money. I don't understand why all of the sudden shoes are not returnable? I may need to cancel my membership which is sad since I have been buying from you for almost 5 years now. Please look into this for me and I am sure for others in the same situation.

When I first started using Shoedazzle I was in love. The tyles, the quality, the durability. It was all up to standards. I took a break and lost all my points. Of-course not too happy about that but I understand. Then Once I start back buying your shoes the quality is tragic. My first order had 3 pairs of boots which one pair the heel broke off within the first 3 weeks of wearing them (no I didn't wear them every day) and then the other pair fit super small and made my feet go completely numb in my size. I sent it back to get a size bigger and it comes back with the zipper completely broken off. Then I try to send those bac k and all of a sudden, the boot is out of stock, and I'm basically stuck with it. I even gave another try and got some loafers from you all and even they are not uncomfortable. I'll be ending my membership soon.

I am not sure what happened to this site but my recent purchase I was very dissatisfied. The boots I ordered creased and became misshapen within a hour of wear. Wouldn't stay up my leg and overall are just ugly and cheap quality. I have been a member since 08' and I think it's time to finally cancel. Shoes never fit and return policy only allows some of the shoes to be returned. I returned one pair for a credit of $9.99 which was less than I paid. When I tried to use the store credit, the promotional costs were increased to full retail prices. I would have given them zero stars if allowed. I paid for three pair of boots and have nothing to show for it.
