Not all the shoes I bought were the best quality. A pair of sandals hurt, and the tong material that wraps around the ankle for support it made small and pulls the foot front and between toe area hurts and makes the sandals look big and can't wear them unfortunately

My shoes fit a bit small and not only that the delivery didn't deliver the package to my door. The package was left in the lobby where anyone could have stolen it. Also one of my orders has still not arrived and it has no updated tracking information. Very disappointed.

I am 5'9 and love to wear heels the thing is I don't wear anything about 3 inches the heel on the website or very beautiful is just not for me I would love it if you guys could make shorty heels. You know I just want a comfortable shoes but also wanted it to look cute

I cancelled my membership 2 months ago and they are still charging me on my card... what the hell... do i have to be calling and calling for them to freaking cancel a subscription... im sick and tired because apparently they are doing it to more people. And this is just going to lead to a lawsuit!

The process of shopping was just fine. I received my shoe right on time. When I received it, it looked better than the picture I saw on the website. I think more winter shoes should be added anyway, as winter is around the corner. Generally, it was such a good experience that I had invite some else!

Wonderful deals and high resolution pics. Shopping on your phone can be frustrating because when you hit the back button you return to the first page, not the page that you were on.

I ordered a pair of boots, and a couple of days later I received an email stating my order has shipped with an expected delivery date, well that day came and went with no delivery. Contacted shoe dazzle and was told it was running behind schedule because of the weather, (understandable). Another week passed with no delivery and no updates from shoe dazzle, so I contacted them only to find out that my boots were never shipped out to begin with because they had been out of stock all along for over a month. I asked why did I receive an email stating it had shipped, and why was I told it was delayed due to the weather? No one could answer my questions, and I was asked would I like a refund? I will never order from them again.

Shoedazzle always gives me what I order. The size, the exact picture on site, the quality and a smile when the delivery comes! I've been a customer for quite a few years and I definitely reccomend this site and service. I have pieces that are at least 5 years old but because I love them they endure. On more than occasion, I've reordered the same piece in different colours.

The rhinestones are already falling off of the grey shoes and the bottoms are a foam material. I wish they would specify if the soles were rubber or not, this foam stuff wears down so quickly. I needed them for work, so I'm keeping them. The bulky heel shoe I think I'm going to return, it's just too much heel. The pictures didn't really show how awkward they are

My package was a month late. I had to call to check on it and found out that there was a problem. No one reached out to me. No communication after a month! Additionally, several items were no longer available. The gave me a refund and $10 to spend on their website. I asked for expedited shipping but I was told that was not possible. Now, let's see if I have to wait another month to get my items. Really pathetic.

I try to cancel my membership due to the $10 increase as I lost my job and cannot afford this. She then talked me into freezing my account for three months. When I said Ok I never heard from her again. So I am sure I will get billed again next month and I will have to just cancel

I found some shoes because they were on sale, as I thought, and when I bought the shoes they tried to make me pay for a membership which I did not sign up for. When I tried to cancel the membership (which I could only do over phone call) the customer service lady was very unhelpful and eventually hung up without exploring different options. A month later they charged me 40 dollars when I didn't buy anything. I finally got my money back about a week after we fixed the situation that could have been fixed had the lady before not hung up the phone. All in all very bad experience and will never again buy from them.

One of the pairs of shoes might as well have been from a dollar store. Two pairs of pants were purchased in adults sizes and I gave them to a 10 year old. I had looked at the size chart and ordered a size larger then I am, just to be safe and they still were way to small.

I recently ordered a purse and a pair of shoes from shoedazzle.com. This was my first and will be my last time ordering from this company. I am almost positive the shoes are not exclusive as the website claims, which I kinda already knew this, because I do a lot of online shopping. However, they were having there two for one sale so I took a risk. The shipping was pretty fast, however the shoes I ordered look cheap, with smudges all over them like they had been worn. Not to mention it looked as if someone sewed in the shoedazzle logo over the original logo. I think this site is a rip off, forty dollars for a pair of shoes, sounds good however there are plenty of websites with cuter and better quality shoes, not to mention cheaper shoes than shoedazzle.com I only gave them two stars because I was satisfied with the purse I ordered.

The styles are cute but the quality is very cheap. I have never had a problem with customer service or shipping but I do have a problem with the way the shoes just fall apart. Not good enough quality for $39.95. They are sort of like Forever 21 for shoes in that it's disposable footwear. I had the most success with the flats and the bags were ok. I used to love this site but noticed the quality had gone down since it started.

Been a vip member for a bit and I've bought more things I just have to give away because they look cheap, than things that I like to wear on the regular. The returning policy is just such a pain in the *** so not very happy about that either. It's worth it to get the VIP for maybe a month then I'd just cancel.

I took a chance on the in color this season, I bought a light yellow bag with a gold tone buckle. I received so many compliments! I love it!
I love your shoes too, but wish more kitten heels would be sold. Unfortunately I had 2 spine surgeries and unable to walk in heels over 2in.

Just because I wear a size 12 doesn't mean I am 500 pounds. I got thigh high boots and I thought that they were really cute until I had looked at them the legs and the calves on these are for somebody who's like 500 lb like they're just huge I don't even know what to do with these boots.

I use to be able to find all types of shoes that I liked on this site and the size was always as advertised. Nowadays, it has just gotten very expensive, I cannot find shoes that fit as described, and the more I pay, the cheaper the shoe looks.
