This is my first time buying clothing with you guys I have bought shoes before and I have to say I'm not happy at all. I bought the shirt size small and I'm a little chubby so that's why I didn't get the extra small. When my pink shirt and shoulder pads arrived it looked extremely big. I tried it on with a t-shirt that I had with me at the time and even with a t-shirt underneath was very big. It does not look anything like the picture.
I will give two stars just because I like the color and that was true too the picture but for the rest I can actually say it's very mediocre

This rating actually deserves a zero star rating and if it were possible that is exactly what I would rate it. I ordered shoes over a month ago and was sent a totally different pair of shoes in the wrong size. And then told the shoes I actually wanted were out of stock. I think this is insane and not to mention a huge inconvenience.

The delivery was faster than expected. After losing 94 pounds I am just starting to fit into size 8 and the jacket is a perfect fit even when wearing a heavy sweater underneath. I ordered a size M which was advertised as fitting a size 6 - 8. So it fit true to size. I definitely would recommend this jacket.

I've bought previous shoes from here before and they were great quality and fit great but, I bought these boots hoping they would fit my large sized calves (19-20") I followed the sizing chart and measured and everything but unfortunately they did not fit me. I'm disappointed in myself not the shoe or company.

I had to wait over a month to receive my purchase and out of 4 pair of shoes purchased, 1 pair was very uncomfortable (Red). They're too hard, absolutely no comfort. If I hadn't worn them (once) I would have returned them.

I cannot stand that people are rating this company so poorly just because they didn't understand what they were signing up for. Maybe before you decide to give out your credit card info to an online website, you might want to READ what you are signing up for. Plain and simple. Anyways, I LOVE SHOEDAZZLE. I have only gotten two shoes from them so far, and i love both pairs. I was able to track both shoes when they were in transit and they came reasonably fast (i live in Canada too). I've skipped the month over TEN times in the past year and they have NEVER charged my card by accident. This is a easy to navigate website with so much selection for people who want trendy shoes but cannot afford designer prices. Will order again!

If I'm spending $60 on boots i'd like to be able to wear them. Extremely uncomfortable, really sketchy website in general. Anytime I went to track the order or confirm delivery, the email wouldn't load or the links were dead. Wouldn't recommend.

I've always had a positive experience with ShoeDazzle. From getting my items to having to return items (only because I bought the wrong size). The only thing I wish is that VIP members could have access to faster shipping without having to pay $15 for it!

I ordered with the sole intention of my items arriving for an event, with plenary of time to spare. They should've arrived Thursday, Feb. 16. They were with the carrier that morning at 8:45am. For no reason, the delivery just changed to the 21st. So foul. USPS has to be the worst choice for delivery if you expect things to get to your customers on time. I had to quickly purchase duplicate items for my event. Ain't nobody got time for that.

I've been a member of Shoedazzle for several years now and I used to like their merchandise. I became a member because I like purchasing different styles of shoes but over the past year or so I have not been a satisfied customer. I have received boots that are not of good quality. They look good on the website but once I receive them the look is cheap at best. I have bought sandles where the jewels have just fallen off and also there need to be a better selection of shoes that are not 3 plus inches high. I am middle age and not trying to cause injury in high heels. The bottom line is that I have not been purchasing anything because I am not happy with the quality of your merchandise. Also your credit and point system is not appealing. If I have credits or points they should go toward whatever I choose to purchase, whether on sale or not, after all I did acquire them through purchasing items from your company.

Shoedazzle and justfab are the same shoe company i ordered my shoes from Shoedazzle but my shoes came in a parcel bag that was torn and the shoebox says justfab. The quality is extremely poor very cheap looking. I use to shop with justfab but cancelled because the shoes didn't last and because i received 6 pairs of heels that were not leveled equally meaning when I'm I'm wearing the heels i have to bend one leg so that i can stand

Your prices are kind of expensive. I think the company could do with some variances in the price. I'm a lower middle class citizen and $40 is a lot for shoes when I could go to Ross or Burlington and get similar shoes for almost $20 less. I love Shoedazzle a big fan of sandles and boots, but the price is not always right.

I have bee a faithful shoedazzle customer for years. I just realized that they have no pumps that are stylish in larger sizes or wide sizes, I am realizing that I now need to go to other shoe sites to order pumps. This is making me very sad.

I've only purchased two items and both times had an issue. The Shoes had a missing pull on the zipper and then the jacket I bought had a missing button! Like really. And I've tried to cancel my membership but the site is always having issues. Very unhappy.

Was actually confused in the beginning after reading bad reviews, but I got my package well in time and the quality is also good. Also as I was going out of the country I cancelled my membership which they did very easily and sent me a mail also.
