I've been a member since March 2014 and in 2015 I made 9 purchases in 5 months, about 25 items. For the most part, I was happy. The shoes and handbags were cute. Some of the shoes needed stretching but I didn't mind. I also had a Justfab membership that I quickly canceled after 2 or 3 purchases of very bad quality items. What I really loved about Shoedazzle over Justfab were the sales because I could throw in a few extra items into my cart with my $40 purchase. I felt the quality was better for the money and the styles were nicer, with more class and variety. I skipped a few months (didn't have the time). Finally I was ready to do my Fall shopping and to my utter shock Shoedazzle looked like Justfab. The sales were no more and the styles were tacky and cheap looking. I found it funny that the items that were in clearance months ago were now full priced. I'm so disappointed and sad. I'm on the hunt for a new online store but until then it's back to the mall for shoes and handbags.
Tip for consumers:
Go to the Justfab store in the mall instead because that's what you'll be getting from Shoedazzle now.

I contacted Shoe Dazzle to close out my account last month. Today funds were drafted from one of my bank accounts which caused an NSF. They claimed that I skipped a month last month because there's no record of me speaking to a representative. I clearly have the confirmation # that was read to her. But... continued to say they have no record. They refuse to refund the NSF. They are thieves. Again I received confirmation # and Case ID # along with an email I should receive confirming cancelation and refund. Of course my fee will not be refunded because they have no "option" for that. This is what the manager stated. Im so done with this company!

I love the item I purchased and delivery was quick and efficient; but, I have said this before, the site is not the best to navigate. If you click on an item to get a better look, when you try to go back to the previous screen it takes you back to page 1. This is very frustrating if you were eon page 13. I also don't understand why we can't "Skip" on a mobile device, it has to be a desktop or laptop.

I honestly love shoedazzle and will continue to use it. I got my package surprisingly fast for where I live. And the shoes are just awesome I can't wait to order again and the prices for the shoes are very good. The only thing was when I received my package it had a small ripped hole on it like maybe something heavy was put on top but other then that I will be ordering again.

I purchased shoes from show dazzle 6 months ago. I was then automatically a member without my knowledge or consent. I was charged $40 a month for 6 months without my knowledge. I bought one pair of shoes for $15 and ended up paying $200 in hidden fees. Please do not buy ANYTHING from this company they will steal from you.

I ordered 4 pair of shoes, which the shipment company said was delivered 3-4 days later. I looked, checked with neighbors and more. I even waited to see if I seen someone walk-in around with my shoes on. Finally I gave them a call to inform them that I really didn't receive my shoes. They sent them out again, and this time I received my shoes. Even though 1 pair of the shoes I had to change the color. I'm so satisfied with the prompt response and making sure my order was fulfilled.

Love my Over the Knee Suede boots. I'm 6'5"with a size 12 shoe and little calves. It is extremely hard for me to find cute stylish boots to fit me. My little calves make it especially hard to find boots that won't sag or make my calves look even smaller. But shoe dazzle did not disappoint with the shoe lace in the back, making a comfortable fit no matter what size your calves are. Thank you Shoe Dazzle!

Every shoe I ordered this month is broken 1 of the bags came with a HOLE in it! I want a refund instead of that I was offered to return and get a store refund no! I skipped this month. I cannot believe less than a month the shows are broken! As much as the shoes cost they should last longer than a month!

Love the shoe category. But, the clothing line in every clothing wear can use an upgrade. This year's clothing line. I'm not pleased with at all. Something more classier. From the dresses too the jackets, pants, etc.

I loved the shoes. The downside is there is such a small selection of shoes with heels under 4". The other downside for me is I have petite feet and there was too much room in the front of the shoe. My feet slide around, and by the end of the night, I have blisters. They are definitely made for wider, fatter feet. Yes, I ordered the correct size. 5.5 perfect length, imperfect fit.

I trusted Shoe Dazzle with my bank account info but they steal money from me, they have been charging me $39.95 every month for items I didn't buy! They charge me twice for $39.95 and I have to report them as fraud to my bank. I can't even click a star on it. NEVER AGAIN with Shoe Dazzle! One of the shoes I ordered didn't came in the box with the others, but it was detailed in the invoice. I have to contact customer service and they told me that they forgot to include them with my order and will be delivered separately. Also, they told me that I was supposed to receive an email explaining the situation, but it was never received. The item was delivered two days after the expected delivery date with the box in terrible conditions. I'm very disappointed and considering not order anymore.

Usually, I have a pretty good experience, In my last couple of purchases there has been a quality issue. I ordered sandals with jewels on them and wore them once and most of the jewels fell out. My current order came with a ring with the butterfly broken off. I was to wear that fabulous ring for a wedding with a butterfly theme. My hand was left sad, blingless, and flightless. It was a true tragedy that will go down in wedding history as an epic fail.

I have been looking for some hot pink boots and my gf told me about this web site and wow i couldnt believe the selection and the prices were so good i bought to pairs of boots.
Youd think because the prices were so low that the quality would be low as well but thats not the case at all. My hot pink boots are very comfortable and very well made.when i need boots this is the only place to look!

Got billed twice, never got the product. They retuned the monthly fee but have not returned the money for the shoes I paid. Don't know how y'all stay in business. Called and said that it would take 90 days and I need to call again when the 90 days are up
