I paid extra for express to have my shoes for my graduation but it never came on time. My shoes didn't fit and I could not get anyone to send me a return slip to send back them back. Will never buy from them again, very poor customer service

My experience with shoedazzles is a bit strained. My shoes are not fitting comfortable like before. I shoe size is the same but it hurts bad when I receive the new pairs I have ordered. Have your sizing changed at all?

I brought these shoes for my Halloween costume. An did they! They are so sexy an nice. I got them for a police outfit. If the real lady cops could wear them I doubt ppl would be getting in trouble as much. Yea right... They all gonna be trouble to get to see the nice outfits. Thks again.

This is by far the worst site i have ever ordered from and i will never order from them again its taking me a month to get 2 pairs of boots and they are doing nothing to compensate me for something that is clearly there falt please save your time and money and dont order from this site

When you sign up for this website, it CLEARLY states that this is a shoe club and that you will be charged 39.95 every month after your first purchase. If you do not like anything in your showroom you can skip the month and you will not be charged. If you do not skip, they do charge you but you will then have a credit on your account to use towards a shoe, purse or jewelry purchase. Is the quality the best? It could be better... but they are 40.00 not 400.00. I love this site, the cs is AMAZING. They go out of the way to make sure you are taken care of. Do I recommended this site? YES! Checkout the facebook page and you will see how much everyone on there loves the service.

Received a pair of shoes that were too narrow and sent them for a return with a note requesting the funds be returned to my credit card. I received a email saying the return had been processed but had been done as a store credit. I ended up purchasing a pair for a friend of mine to clear out the credit.

My shoes were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, January 31. They never came. I went to the delivery company's website on February 1 and my package was marked with a delivery exception. The company does not have a direct phone number, so I left the directions on the website. I was supposed to hear back in three days and never did. When check for a number again, I noticed the my delivery address was not the one on my email confirmation, so I called Shoedazzle. The representative had to do through the day three-day update by submitting a ticket in the delivery company's system. The rep didn't call YOUR delivery company, or email YOUR delivery company, so it was really pointless to call to attempt to get the address quickly correct. I am still waiting on a call, which only confirms the address, and then I have to wait a few more days for the shoes.

They sent my package to a previous address I had lived at years ago. It wasn't set as my default. And I paid via PayPal which also has my current address set ad default. So something must have happened on their end. When I contacted them about this, they basically said oh well and that they would not do anything. No refund, no credit, no replacement order. I was just out of money and 3 pairs of shoes. So I canceled my VIP membership and will not ever use again.

Watch out for VIP rules they charged me every month $39.99every month by sending virus to my page when I was going through transaction now I am working with my credit card to dispute and also if they won't be responsible I will call better business bureaul or... please open your eyes and don't lose your money

They took my money out my account after I skipped the month. When I called for a refund they did so but here I am almost two weeks later and still no money. They take your money less then a day but make you wait this long for your money. I hate them.

To be clear, the customer service representative that I spoke with provided excellent customer service. However, I am very dissatisfied with the refund process.
The shoes that I received were damaged; the return process is made out to be quick and easy but it isn't. I was told that the refund would be processed as soon as the post office scanned the returning label and the funds would show up in my account in 7-10 business days. I returned my shoes almost a month ago and the return still has not come to my account, they also removed any record of there being a return processed on my account. So, now, not only did I not receive the shoes that I wanted but I am also out of the money that I paid for them.
It is safe to say that I will be cancelling my account with shoe dazzle after this experience and will not be using their services again.

My bad:
Didn't read the conditions and was quite surprised to get charged $39.95. (I had purchased a really cute pair of shoes from them the month before)
I'm on SS/Disab and $40 for shoes is way outta my league. I called and told them that and the customer service rep took pity on me and refunded the charge. She said that they would send me an e-mail etting me know that I could skip the next month if I wanted to. Imagine my surprise when I got charged another $39.95!
Their Bad: no prior notice or e-mail as promised.
Their good: Victoria was very pleasant and reversed the charge and cancelled my account for me. 5 stars for her excellent customer service.

The rubber bottom part of my heeled boots came off and I don't know where so now I can not wear them. I am highly disappointed! I teach a Heels class and these are the ones that were the most comfortable and stable. I have purchased these boots twice and both rubbers have came off.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I bought ONE pair of shoes there. They came and were very cheap and tacky as hell. Looked nothing like the picture. Seriously
Looked like a Kmart shoe. But that's not even the worst part. They trick you and charge you every single month of 39.95. I didn't realize they were doing this till months later. ( I've very bad at checking my bank statements.) So they had taken over 400 bucks out of my account and refused to fund me the money. So I paid 400 plus the ONE and only pair of shoes I bought there and it cost me over 400 bucks.

My only issue is the changes in price verses when I first started. The amount I'm charged was typically the amount of the purchase plus free shipping. Now with the coupons and base amount I feel like I'm paying twice. I'm definitely shopping less.
