This is the second time I have ordered. The first time I got my shoes two weeks later and I was upset because it was my birthday my birthday shoes. It's all about the Shoes. Disco round I'll order them to take to Dublin Ireland to see Chris Brown in concert. I was so happy that they arrived on time, so I am highly satisfied thank you!

The brown boots weren't the brown I expected. It shows like a cognac brown but honestly, it was a dull dusty looking color. Also my instep was too high to fit it. Same thing with the denim boots. I knew there was a chance of it happening. Wide boots only for me.

The website was working quite well. The prices for the shoes where the best. Though, the Time frame to hold our cart was only 30 minutes which was annoying because, trying to find other shoes but also check out fast enough.

My granddaughter bought 1 pair of boots. Every month since, my credit card has been charged $39.95 by Shoedazzle. I called my credit card company and they are familiar with this company. They cancelled my credit card and issued me a new one, as shoedazzle does not want to stop. The girl from Shoedazzle, said you are a VIP member and you have credits toward shoes, I said no, I did not want more shoes, I want my money back. I am turning them into the better business bureau,
Their business practices are very suspect. If you have ever purchased from them check you bank statements. Maybe they think people won't concern themselves, over $39.95 they are not making money on the shoes they sell, they are making money, stealing money from you.

Wide calf is not really wide calf because I have a small foot. I've ordered 3 different pair over time and each the same issue. I wear a 7.5/8 and would have to get a 10/11 to see some measurement difference.

I'm not happy the pandemic happened but I'm great full for the things that have come out of it. Not being able to go shopping during the lockdown forced me to think of alternative ways to shop. Shoedazzke became my go tooo but I've continued to use them because it's so easy and the quality and uniqueness of the shoes are unbelievable. I can save my credits and literally go shopping without spending money. I get so many compliments on my shoes and I never worry about seeing people with my shoe on at a party or event. They have such a large inventory, so literally there is something for everyone.

I don't like that the VIP members still have to pay shipping, that it went from 39.95 to 49.95 and that you cannot use your credits the way you want like if there is a sale item, use some of that money to buy the item on sell.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes one pair got charged 3 times once every month, I never got reimbursed because they said the same pair of shoes was sent to me 3 times, business with this company is a headache from the shipping to the quality, freaking headache.

I ordered several boots, heels and 2 purses. None of the colors looked like what I ordered. They are very cheap looking, but they are cheap shoes, boots and purses. I was out of state 2300 miles away when these arrived. I had a friend fly in with them and I immediately said no, I do not want these. When you get back, please return them. There was no packing slip or return label in the box. Now, it is too late by a few days for me to return them. I cannot get through to customer service. You get what you pay for. I am stuck with these. Might as well throw them away.

I cannot imagine what people must go through to cancel their account- I can't even get them to stop spamming me with their constant emails. The "unsubscribe" button on their website doesn't work, so I emailed "customer service". They told me they don't do that online (what?), and that I would have to call in. Mind you I've never purchased anything from them! So I call in and they give me the run around but after 10 minutes tell me that they'll give the request to that department to process and it may take 10 days. Meanwhile, the emails from them increase in frequency with no end in sight. Two weeks go by so I call them again. She says the request was never handled by that department and she will have to remove my account for the emails to stop. I've never had nor would I ever have an account with this company! I recommend filing a complaint with the FTC for any issues with this sketchy company. Would give zero stars if possible.

I couldn't go back onto the page to keep shopping had to get sent to the first page all over again and not be snake to browse properly. Also it never lets me make a purchase and I do not want to call again in order to do so. Also a video ad would interrupt me every like 15 seconds… ridiculous. App and website both suck

I decided to join shoedazzle.com and ordered 4 pairs of shoes right away. I waited patiently for their arrival! Alas, they finally came, and I was very disappointed with all 4 pairs of shoes. Each of them were cheap quality and I would not wear them anywhere. Back they go!

The shoes used to be true to size. I wear an 11 but the 11's seem/fit like a 10/10.5 lately. I tried a 12 and they were to big. I love the shoes I just had to gift them to my daughter. I hate going through the hassle of trying to return via mail.

I have never had a bad product or experience with this company. All merchandise is high quality and comfortable, my closet is always updated with new suggestions and my favorites. My last order was below quality standards. For the price listed on the shoes I would expect high quality product. However, one pair of boots that came in you could see the glue all around the toe of the boot, just piled on. The second pair hat a line of glue across the top of the boot. No boot should leave the factory like this.

I bought a pair of sandals and I liked them. I wanted to pay with my credit and it went right to where it charged my credit card again. In the mean time I have like 7 credits of 39.99 I want to use. Therefore I am not real happy.

I will never shop here every again shoe fits horrible. I got the right size the are uncomfortable and even when not walking it is not comfortable. Had to buy new shoes when I went out because it so uncomfortable. Will be telling all my followers to not shop here.

Check out was ok. Just that I had 5 VIP CREDIT. 3,39.95 and 2 49.95. When I check out my bag they told me I had sent 4 credit (it states that the earlier credits will be used first.), so that leaves 1 VIP credit. When I checked my credit there was 0 (zero). What happened to the credit?

I ordered two pairs of shoes. They were to big so I exchanged them. The exchange was shipped to the wrong address and one shoe in the wrong color. Talked to three different customer service representatives before someone was able to re ship my order right color and right address

It has been an okay experience but a lot of the times I forget to skip the month and they take the money out of my account. When I go on the website to buy something using the credits they already took out of my account, most of the times I am not able to use them because of the different amounts of the shoes so they expect me to pay for those on top of having credits there which is just money sitting there.

I have been paying $39.95 per month for my subscription to shoedazzle for almost 2 years now and I used 9 of my 23 + credits to order 9 pairs of shoes. I did have to pay an extra $25 for my purchase which is a bummer bc I have more mobey left in my account that I believe should have covered the entire amount of my order... I also have one pair of booties that I want to exchange. I hope that is not a difficult process.
