I had not did my skip the month and I was charged so I went on the website and made a purchase of the cargo pants for walking. Well, I am satisfied with the pants but along with the monthly purchase and the shipping I was also charged and extra fee of over 18 dollars. Not sure what that was for but will be cancelling my subscription. If anyone ever answers the phone.

I have been with Shoe Dazzle since 2009. I have purchased things that I love and just continued with my VIP subscription. I was recently sent a survey, but as soon as I put in my age it came up saying that I am not qualified. I am 55 and wear all sorts of shoes and clothing, but did not like being shuned from the survey. I just cancelled my membership after so many years because of that. Other than that everything was fine.

The shoes as always are good quality shoes. But as always the magazine I never receive for my wife. I was told I had to contact a third party for the magazine. I should not have to do that when I'm paying for a service! Monthly even……. I've been with Shoedazzle for entirely too long for this to continually happen. I'm very disappointed and I'm thinking about discontinuing my subscription……

I have ordered probably 6-7 shoes through shoe dazzle and they are all of great quality, I get compliments on all of them. My legs are very skinny so a pair of boots look excessive on my thighs and I bought heels that are supposed to wrap around your leg but mine just fall to my ankles, there is no way to adjust them to my skinny ankles.

Bought white wedges with jewelry, only used the zipper in the back but the clasp on the side broke. No way to fix them. Super bummed about it, but didn't wear them for a few months after I bought them so I'm sure I can't exchange for new ones

While yes -- they do charge you around 40$ for a "VIP membership" -- you can skip paying for the month... you aren't obliged to EVER pay that money as long as you skip the month within the first five days. I love my boots that i just got... they are my new favorite boots!

So I got my shoes, was less than impressed, very cheap, very chinzy, Kmart-esque. That's not the worst part. I checked my bank statement today and saw the charge for $39.95- shoedazzle recurring withdrawal... are you kidding me? For what?! I don't have an extra $40 a month to just give away to these idiots for no good reason, I was flabbergasted. Called the customer service department, demanded a refund and for them to cancel my VIP membership b/c it is a total rip off! The shoes are nowhere near worth $40, maybe $10 at best. The rep I spoke to states he is going to refund my money and cancel my membership, we shall see. Just be warned, if you sign up for VIP, you get ripped off!

The membership is too expensive for the quality of shoes that are provided on the site. Only to get the sale you must purchase from the sale. If you use credits you have to pay full price. There's no benefit to having a membership when you can just shop and pay the same price for better quality shoes. That is a sucker play business. I am not a sucker.

I received my initial order but did not like them. Not sized well and did not seem like good quality. I saw online that if I returned them I would be subject to $5.95 restocking fee! I called to cancel my membership and was told that since I was cancelling the VIP membership that the shoes I had just received would be subject to the non-VIP price, and an additional $30 or so would be taken from my account. I ended up returning them, and ate the big restocking fee. Will never shop from these people again.

I had been involved with SD since 2009 and in my early college years i got a really bad shoe habit thanks to them and spent a ton of money. In the last few years i have completely changed and i hadnt purchased any of their shoes in a long time. I would forget here and there to skip the month and i accumulated a lot of credits which turned into gift cards. Well, to my shock, these gift cards expire! I called to get my gift card numbers to use them and then close my account but i was faced with the fact they kept my money due to the expired gift cards. I expressed my horror that i was charged hundreds of dollars in credits and i got no merchandise in return! Finally, they were able to issue me a refund for most of the money, especially at this time that i don't have a job, im so grateful! Now I will definitely have good things to say about them since they were 100% fair.

I've ordered shoe dazzle items when the program was first commissioned and the quality has gone down drastically. The new price point is not a good representation of what the shoe dazzle program was in the beginning. If you want flea market quality, go to shoe dazzle.

There was not enough sizes in the shoe that I wanted so I had to size up and wearing the shoes for 4 hours the strap broke and I almost broke my ankle walking. Would really appreciate if you guys could make more 7 and 7.5, those are the sizes that sell out the fastest so you guys should carry more of those than the rest. Idk how I'm gonna fix my shoes now and I'm really disappointed because I loved them. Also no mention that I was paying in USD when checking out, so more came out of my bank account than I was originally expecting.

The sizing and quality of shoes are terrible. I had to size up two sizes in one pair of shoes. The shoes used to be great quality, now they fee cheap and are cut very small. I'm not holy with show dazzle now. I used to live their style and quality years ago.

I ordered 3 pairs of thigh high boots. I only wished I ordered the 12 widths. I'm sure I'm gonna have to wear them often and long enough to stretch them to feel super comfortable in them. Other than that, the boots are super cute, shipping was amazing, and the packaging was great!

The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with and the product is crappy on top of it. I cancelled my membership over a year ago because the shoes were crappy quality. I decided to give them another shot. My address update failed so they mailed my order to the wrong address. The argued with me for 2 weeks that it had been delivered when in fact it was shipped back to them. They finally resent me a replacement order, only to screw that one up as well and again send it to the old address. During all of this they claim there is never a supervisor I can talk to. I finally spoke to a supervisor tonight, a MONTH after my order and he says he will ship out a new order, for a THIRD time! He apologized but never offered a credit or a refund or anything as of course I was charged. SO a month later and I see do not have my shoes and I am not sure if I ever will
