I ordered the shoes, with not very high expectations because they were 10 dollars. They went above and beyond with everything. They were here within 2 weeks and the shoes are such good quality, I will definitely use shoedazzle again.

I love shoes and love to match in different ways and colors, love the fact that they're accurate with shoe sizes and I am able to find any color or style. Shoes are great quality and heels don't actually break.

Falls apart. Three of the 6 pairs of actively warn for 2 months have already lost their rubber. Peeling around the shoes and the bottoms of them have cracked across.

Every single time I purchase a shoe it never fits comfortably. I am so tired of having to purchase, return to size up and then wait for the item to arrive to assure it will fit again. This is just tooo much hassle for my liking. Also, it's random that I will find a shoe I really want on the site. The selection is just not my shoe style I suppose.

A pair of the sandals that I recently purchased are beautiful, but one of the straps was shorter than the other. I wore them anyway but then noticed that it was rubbing the back of my heel in which made it very uncomfortable. I love the sandals, but I don't like how uncomfortable it made me.

SCAM! Be came VIP without knowing it after a purchase until I find out I have been paying 39.95 a month on my bank statements. To use the so called credit you still have to pay the 39.95 etc!
Impossible to get decent information from phoneconversations and to stop the monthly charge! Will take action! Harriette

I was so excited about my boots. I purchased a bag and coat to match. The boots were way to small. Ordered a replacement and they showed delivered but I did not receive them. Called 2 days later to inform them and the told me to wait another 24 hours. Clearly there missing and I wanted to wear them this weekend. No bueno

Hello I'm usually 100% satisfied with Shoe Dazzle but my last shipment was unexpectedly delayed. I was scheduled to leave for a cruise on July 3rd and needed my package before I left. It did not arrive even though the tracking was telling me otherwise. Once I made it back on the 10th it was there!

The shoes on the site are beautiful and $39.95 is a really good deal for high quality shoes. But, I just got my first purchase in the mail and they had multiple scuff marks on them and a piece of hot glue. Also, they aren't that comfortable. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them anymore, which is a bummer, because the shoes really are beautiful.

I the boots I order, I chose based on what the size guide has listed for sizing-- they should have fir based on that, but when I got them, I couldn't even get my entire foot in. Absolute waste of time and money.

The shoes are cheap and low quality. If you forget to "skip" the month they charge you $39.95. However the worse part is, once you have the $39.95 credit on your account, there's only a limited amount of things you can use it on! The credit CANNOT be split into different transaction. For example, I found a crossbody purse for $29.95, thinking I could use my credit towards it and keep the remaining amount on my account, but I cant'! The credit must be used all at once. How can you charge my card, take my money but not let me use it on items i want?! There is not one thing i find cute to use my credit on. The trend in shoes right now is lace up/ tie up heels, every other online retailer has many cute styles of them, EXCEPT shoedazzle. The definitely need to hire some new buyers who can keep up with the latest fashion trends atleast.

Did the skip-a-month before the 5th, but was charged 39.95 anyway. I called to dispute and got an apology and was given $15 credit for my trouble. Stupid but took it. I ordered two pairs totalling 54.90(nickel to spare) and was promptly charged for it. I called to dispute again and was refunded only the 39.95. I was willing to forget it just to be done with them but after weeks, the shoes never arrived. I called and was told that they were on route. Cancelled my membership while i had them on the phone. I waited 2 more weeks for the shoes, then called to be told that they cancelled them since i wasnt a member(thought they were en route, lol). Kept my money but never sent them. Once again they said they'd send them. That was 2 weeks ago...

I am a returning shoe dazzle VIP member and as for my previous membership last year I enjoyed my experience. The VIP membership gave me the site chance of getting a new pair of cute shoes every month which was kind of cool to me. I canceled the membership because of financial setback, but that was as simple as calling customer service. Nothing but positive this way.

I kept skipping months but they still charged me. After many charges I left my subscription.
I also found that representatives answering their phones were definitely not very proficient in English. They couldn't understand me and I found it difficult to understand them.

I had 2 experiences in a row where the items I ordered were not delivered to me at the address I gave and "disappeared" and had to be re-shipped. A lot of back and forth between ShoeDazzle and the 3rd party shipping company left me w/ a sour taste in my mouth.:-( However they had been giving decent service in the past, hence my somewhat dissatisfied rating.

Shipping was super fast! I was nervouse buying online bc i have very thin feet and usually have to try on heels bc they tend to always fit loose. But these were prefect! And the quality was amazing. Shoes look exactly as pictured.

I have a credit going back two years as I have not found the quality of items to be worth purchasing. This company will not give me my $$ back as a credit on my credit card. They told me to contact my credit card company and try to get them to dispute the charge. They keep telling me that there system does not allow them to credit a credit card. Horrible practice. My only way of getting my $$$ back is to order something I don't even want.?

I tried sending emails concerning this issue to no avail. Didn't feel like I should've been charged anything considering I sent them back due to them being very narrow which was Not mentioned in the description of the boots and I have a very skinny foot so it's not like I'm the only one who feels this way about the boots I was sent. I got $12 back outta $17 something so yeah from here on out I'll just shop at Amazon where when I send an item back I get the full refund when something doesn't fit right.

I forgot to skip and month and was charged $39.95, so I used those funds to purchase 2 items. However, they were the only two items that interested me. Absolutely nothing else moved me to purchase. I will be cancelling by calling the number provided so that I don't have to remember to skip each month.

I did not make a purchase or even visit their website. My daughter did using my computer. Each time I called customer service they claimed a different story. Each time they claimed that they keep a log of call on accounts and that mine didn't show previous calls. They assured me again and again that my account had been closed. They would even give me a verification number but then I would be charged again and they would have no record of my calls. They kept claiming that they had to speak to my daughter if I called and when she called, they said they had to speak to me. I told them that there was absolutely no authorization for my account to be charged in any way. If there is a class action suit against this company I would love to be a part of it.
