I have been a Shoedazzle VIP for many years. We used to be able to use the monthly credits for sale items. Not anymore. My spending with them has slowed SUBSTANTIALLY since that change. The shoes are ok but not worth as much as they charge full price.

I bought my daughter shoes that has flashing light soles. She had them for a week and the flashing lights stopped flashing. I tried to exchange them but they are sold out. The flashing soles were the reason I bought them. I turned down the return for credit because my daughter still likes the shoes but she's sad the flashing no longer works

I must say I'm quite surprised at all the bad views. I e been ordering shoes from Shoe Dazzle for quite sometime. I wear a 8.5 and every shoe I have ordered has been perfect in size. I absolutely love Shoe Dazzle!

Most items are of reasonable quality and fair prices. I have however received items that have poor construction concepts (i. E. placement of zippers that rub on ankle bones, uneven placement of decorative elements, etc.). I would recommend higher quality control standards.

After being told 3 times that I would receive my order I decided to just ask for a refund. I was toils that the refund had been granted. I was told it would take from 5 to 7 work days to receive it. Then later on the day I received an e- mail stating that my order was unable to be shipped. I can only hope that I will receive my refund.

Not a fan of the sandals. I bought a size 11 when I normally wear a size 10 and they were still too small. They also were extremely narrow. I do not have wide feet at all and I still felt like I was walking barefoot and my feet were hitting pavement. Would not recommend

I had disappointing experience with Shoe Dazzle, I send back a pair of boots and was never given a refund or credit. When I attempted to skip a month my card was charged anyway. Very disappointing experience.

The shoe is extremely comfortable. It looks beautiful also. The only thing I didn't care too much for was the thigh part. I guess my thigh was a little too big and when I wore them, no matter how tight I put them, they kept falling down. I was embarrassed at some point when I was walking, and it went down. I looked so awkward pulling them up in front of a crowded restaurant. Overall, they are very pretty and comfortable. If I could get some advice on trying to keep them up, I will wear them again, otherwise I don'[ think I will wear them again.

I paid for overnight express shipping but still got the shoes days later. Even the tracking said one day and I didn't get it til days later. Customer Service chat is basically a robot even when they connect you to a live agent. Never received a refund on shipping that I never received. Canceled my membership immediately can find cuter shoes on Fashion Nova and Shein at this point!

I was a member but after my 2nd pair of cheap boots I cancelled. I mine as well get all of your shoes from RAINBOW! At least you'd get the same quality for less money. Love shoes but I can Find, and have $200 dollar shoes for 45 and! 100 shoes for 39.95. Shoe Dazzle please!

My most recent order was to use a credit from there VIP program. I was in my trial phase and the membership was charged a week early, and they have a no refund policy. I ordered the shoes so I could cancel the plan.

I wanted to buy a pair of shoes, so I did and then I later found out that I had signed up for a subscription without knowing. They charged my account $40 and then everytime I tried to contact them to cancel the subscription(because you have to call them to do this), they wouldn't answer the phone and I'd be waiting for hours on hold. When I finally got a hold of someone, he kept trying to trick me into just keeping the "store credit" and he'd add 10 more points(dollars) for free! I said no, I would just like to cancel my subscription and get my money back. He kept trying to tell me other things to distract me from cancelling the subscription. In the end, I finally got it cancelled and got my money back, but it took me around the world before that happened.

I never received my order because shoedazzle uses an international delivery company (Canada) that would not allow me to update my address. My delivery was sent to my old address and I was never able to receive, change or return it. $120 just gone because shoedazzle support won't help with my order.

I have been a shoedazzle shopper for some time now and I love how it is. Shoe shopping is pure torture for me so doing it online is absolulty for me! I am a VIP member and love that I get free shipping and better deals. The shoes are good quality. When the site first launched years ago they were not up to par and had terrible customer service but since then they have made the necessary adjustments to their website and customer care team and I am a loyal shopper!

I've order this style of tennis show once before and it was too big, so I ordered a smaller size, which is still too big. I also ordered a second style of tennis shoe, which I ordered my standard shoe size, and this pair is snug. It's just too difficult to actually get a quality shoe for Shoedazzle.

Please do not review if you are affiliated or have a conflict of interest with this website. I agree! The shoes may look cute but the quality is not great. PThey are all faux leather and suede. If you are little patient you can get a good deal on sale for just a little but more but they are real leather or suede! Furthermore, if you are not in the USA you will have to pay shipping fees, which can cost you over $40.00 as it cost me!

I have had credit with showdazzle due to not canceling my Vip on time for years and have yet to find a pair of shoes that fit. They are always too big or too small no matter what size I buy. I don't want to cancel my account because I'll lose my money, so I'm trapped into waiting until something finally fits. And a lot of the shoes look cheap or something you'd wear to the club and so it's hard for me to find something that I'd actually wear.

I purchased white boots and although the boots are beautiful, they are extremely to high for me. I will not be able to use the beautiful boots. Delivery time was fast. Love the Shoe Dazzle online store but I don't like the $50/mo fee that I was not informed of.
