Well it goes like this I was very upset about the delivery when my package was delivered to the wrong address but when got in touch with you guys about it I was purchases with a new pair. I thank you guys for everything I'm happy with them.

I have been a member for about 6 months. I can't wear them to work as they are to sexy. But that's not why I joined. I joined as my Husband who I have been married to for 12 years has been telling me I am sexy everyday since we married. These shoes Make me want to be sexy for my Husband. They are not conservative, nor do I think Kim Kardashian has specifically read anything about me, and said ooh I will pick her shoe. I do know that the reason i joined is because she had her name attached, and let's be honest have you seen the girl with ugly shoes. My point is I honestly do not think she is going to stand behind something she doesn't believe in. It's a great concept and I have yet to have a bad experience.

My purchases have been amazing except for the last pair I ordered. They are a wonderful color and I LOVE that I can slip them on and off - I just feel like I have no support. I have rolled my ankle twice. My last shoe purchase has not deterred me from ordering future pairs but I think I will skip the sneakers.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes/boots and it literally shipped the next day. I had my order before the weekend (which was super helpful) and arrived in great condition and everything was correct SKU, size, etc.

They charge you 39.99 a month but yet still, when you go on the website to purchase something thats on sale you can't use the credit/your money that they took from u towards the sale purchase. Totally rip off.

I read all the reviews before getting a Groupon and trying it out. I ordered a pair of heels that are cute and comfy - but I definitely wouldn't've purchased them for $40. If you want to try it out, definitely wait for a Groupon. I'll keep checking back monthly for things, but I'm not sold on the quality.

I like the option to create an account and to be able to earn points and discounts. My order arrived on time, my size was a perfect fit. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and boots, received them very fast, free shipping, VIP discount. 3 of the pairs were absolutely fabulous. The other pair of boots I was not fond of. I returned them free returns and they processed my refund so fast I could not believe it. The quality of their shoes and boots is really nice when you go into the stores you don't find anything as nice Or they cost a fortune. The only thing I don't like is I don't like the monthly Thing but you can skip a month as long as you remember and then it's no problem.
Tip for consumers:
If you're on a tight budget just make sure you see you're boutique before the 5th of the month and skip the month if you don't have the money if you do just let it ride and then you'll have your money to purchase shoes when you're ready.

2 pairs of boots and a pair of wedge sneakers I love them.

Overall everything is good. Shipping wasn't too bad I suppose considering the time of year although it came in 2 packages which somehow got seperared. So 1 box was delivered when I was home and one I had to pick up.
I put 2 star for quality only cuz the belt I got broke the first time I put it on. Very cheap and not recommended. Not worth hassle of returning I'm thinking

It took 3 days so they could fix my order and when they did i didn't like the boots at all they don't look like the ones in the picture. I still have them in the box never use and i don't think i will and asked to cancel my membership and they haven't either still getting charge monthly..

I have had very few problems with ShoeDazzle and I have been a customer since 2012. The one major problem I had was due to the shipper and not ShoeDazzle directly. The package was delivered to the wrong house and it took two weeks after the shipper's "stated" delivery date for me to receive the merchandise.

The web site says it will give you a discount and it never gets applied. Worse, when looking at an item it gives one price, but when you add it to the cart, it shows a different price. When adding to a cart, the price that you will get is the price you should see! I tried chatting, after a long time of no response, I gave up. I tried calling and the rep disconnected the call. They don't seem to care about a positive customer experience.

The website is seamless and easy to use. Finding what I wanted was great as well. Having credits to use to purchase what I wanted, plus the site having a sale was too good to be true. Overall awesome company and I'm glad I've been a customer since 2017.

Get charged every month when I haven't bought shoes in months unless I remember to skip a month. I have 6 credits and unless I order an exact amount that add to a full credit I can't apply and I have to shell out even more money. Can't cancel or I lose my credits. The last 2 pairs of shoes I bought were hideous and cheap. And the shorts I look nothing like the picture. Such a waste of money

My experience with Shoedazzle has been terrible. I ordered a pair of Birkenstock Arizona Birkibuc Sandal as a gift and was sent the incorrect pair - this would not have been a big deal had the process to get the correct pair I paid for being easy. Instead of sending me the pair I purchased, and allowing me to send the incorrect pair back, they required me to do a full return where they would refund me and then made me purchase the correct pair again. This was incredibly inconvenient, and during this process with customer service, I sat on their hold line for an hour before the line just ended, and had to wait to do all correspondence via email.

I made my first order and was offered all of these fantastic "first order" discounts but then was informed that in order to get these "deals" you have to sign up for monthly membership fees that will be automatically charged to my credit card. I read further and the website assured me that I could cancel this membership at any time. I went ahead and made the purchase. A few days later I called (because you can't cancel on their website you have to call some place in Chicago) to cancel and they informed me that they were very sad that i didn't want to make a month to month commitment and that my order would be canceled along with my account! They were also extremely rude!

I love the shoes and how fast my order came however I do not like that you have to subscribe to a monthly subscription in order to buy shoes the first time. Not everyone wants shoes monthly, some can't afford it.

They were supposed to send me a refund check mid October. They quoted me 4-6 weeks. It's going on 8.5 weeks and still no check. I've called every 48 hours for an update like they've asked and still nothing. Finally they have an update to tell me that theres a note in my account that the check was cashed. When I asked for further information like how the check was sent, where and when does it say it was cashed, etc. they tell me "I don't have that information. I've confirmed my address and all my information over and over again. They cannot provide me with answers and are pretty much telling me I'm SOS on my $199.75 refund... There's no way that check was cashed. I work from home, so no way in hell did someone take my mail, let alone know there was a check in there. I'm starting to think they never sent the check and gave me a roundabout story in hopes I would receive a check. I canceled my membership and will no longer be doing business with this $#*!ty organization.

I received a huge discount for multiple shoes and a cardigan I was very pleased the boots and heels are beautiful and can't wait to wear them all but the black furry boots are pretty tight to be a size 9.

I have purchased one pair of boots.They where to big.got super wide legs and size was wrong. But I finally received label to send back
So I still have not recieved a tracking number for my replacements. Then today I was looking at back credit card statement and there was another charge for $70.to Shoedazzle. But I didn't order anyother shoes or boots nothing.When I called I was told there was a charge for $70 on my account. So no not very impressed at all.

Don't bother. Poor quality shoes. Once the shoes arrived mysteriously they were no returns on the shoes and they store your credit card information, you don't even have the option. I canceled my membership and vow to tell as many people as possible not to purchase from them.
