Shoedazzle has some of the worst customer service I have had the displeasure of experiencing. And when you live in Los Angeles, that is saying something! At first I ordered and was pretty pleased with the boots I received. The second time I ordered, however, was a complete disaster. The three pair of strappy sandals I ordered all looked cheap and plastic-like. I returned them according to their guidelines and attempted to re-order replacement shoes, but they never credited my account... even after 8 calls over 6 weeks. Finally, I wanted just a refund to my card. I have made 17 phone calls over 2 and 1/2 months, and it still hasn't happened. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Beware! If you don't uncheck the box, you will be signed up to their VIP membership and you will have money taken out of your account each month. Having to uncheck a box to opt out instead of checking it to opt in, is a scam in itself! I had to call and get my account cancelled and it cost me 39.95 to do so. So, I ended up spending twice the amount on the shoes I bought. An expensive lesson learned.

I paid extra for my sandals to arrive within 2-3 days of my purchase. When my package arrived not only did I get the wrong size I got the wrong shoe! I got somebody else's order. So I called and spoke to a nice representative she assisted me in getting my sandals expedited. I explained to her that I had an event on Saturday and needed my shoes asap. So she was great at doing everything she could to fix someone else's mistake. So thank you to her but Saturday came and my shoes were never delivered to me. I was late to my event because I had to go out of my way to go to Belk and try to find some new sandals. I was late and had to spend $100 on some new sandals. I feel like I should get my money back since I paid EXTRA for my shoes to be delivered to me by a certain time and I did not get that!

Once I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I immediately, like ten minutes after ordering, called see if I could have the size corrected. They told me that I could not change the order and I would have to send the item back once I got it. I live in Panama and use a forwarding service. I cannot, send back. So I spent money on shoes I could not use or return.

I recently ordered 3 pairs of heels on May 5th. There was such a wide selection of pumps, sandals and platforms to choose from, it was quite hard to decide. I am very impressed with the Tyronica sizing as this fits so well. I love the styles of the Acantha pump and the Luka slide. Thank you.

I am not happy that I have to call customer service to cancel my subscription. There should be a cancel button. Not just a skip the month. The way all prices have gone up lately I can't afford this to come out of my check. And I sometimes forget to skip the month. I don't have the time to call between there customer serves hours and wait for someone to try to get me to keep it. I want it gone. And the shoes are low quality.

I love the shoes they are soo pretty but I think my 8 year old daughter loves them more than me. In fact as soon as she opened the package and saw them she asked to try them on and claimed they were here's now. Although I can't wear them now due to needing knee surgery as soon as I'm better I WILL definitely be wearing them, if my daughter lets me.

Shoe dazzle is the WORST website I have encounter with to purchase anything. BEWARE AMERICA... I recently made a purchase with my credit card, and then a few days later come to find out. I automatically signed for Elite membership, shoe dazzle withdrawn my account with 39.95. Please DO NOT shop here... they are fraud site.

Customer service was atrocious. After extremely long time on the phone speaking to multiple representatives was only able to get 3 months refunded, because their policy is not to refund.

The shoes I have purchased from then are not only beautiful but the quality is great. I've worn a set of their boots a whole winter for work almost every day in canada and got many compliments on them. Boots are still in good condition.
It pains me to see the reviews saying their website is s scam and that they "take your money". People, this is a SUBSCRIPTION program. However you can skip any month. I have twice forgotten to snykio the month and their customer service issued a refund for me upon request without any problem.
Please read the conditions before you sing up for something and call customer service if you have an issue because this company offers a great service at a great price and also offers very helpful and understanding support. Why leave a bad review for a company that works exactly as advertised? I'm very satisfied with their service and support snd will remain as a customer.

I signed up just for some boots I really wanted. Got the boots cancelled the membership via live chat. 2 weeks later $40 comes out of my account and now I have to wait to get it back even though I cancelled my account! Of course there is no record of it! How convenient smfh. I even set an alarm on my phone to cancel in advance to be SURE they didn't take my money and of course they still did!

The reason I say that is because I ordered two pair. One pair boots (which are SUPER cute and comfy!) and one pair of slippers. The slippers are too heavy for them to really be comfy. For a slipper you want something light weight. These slippers are comfortable but the heel is like having a boulder on the bottom of your foot. Way too much weight to be wearing around the house. Sounded like I was stomping. The boots are amazing though. I am very happy with those. It's giving big Timberland energy with a stacked heel, and I am here for it.

Dealing with this company was hell. They did not put my appartment number on my packages, I double checked that it wasn't my fault. They were of course returned to sender without my knowledge that they had arrived. I inquired about a refund to no avail. I checked the tracking numbers and saw that they were infant signed for on their end and returned and it took three weeks of me hassling them to get my money back. I've never had such a terrible online shopping experience.

Hi. When shopping in stores (by hand) even though shopping on... -Line... is by hand. I can not find the perfect fit. For my FEET. I am a size 6.5W. Every shoes; is originally independant by choice. You can change color/ platform (my favorite) height. Order for yourself; because, You cannot find a fit for your friends that suits AMAZINGLY!... You will want all of them.

The shoes (which I understand are the main product) are fashionable and reasonably priced. I ventured out and bought about 10 clothing items. I was pretty disappointed with the fit and quality of the clothes and had to return most of them.

Shoes are excruciatingly painful... I've walked in many heels yet the heels in comparison to others are the most painful shows I've ever experienced. They are pretty but not worth the pain and I usually put up with plenty of pain for pretty shoes
