I exchanged an item from a previous order because it didn't fit. The replacement also didn't fit well, so I returned it. They said because I was returning an exchange that I would need to call back in a week to have the refund processed. I called back and they said they needed the tracking info, which I was not told I would need, and I didn't have it. I was told beforehand that all I had to do was call and they would process it, I was not told I needed more information. They said I can't get a refund unless I have the tracking info, even though it was THEIR shipping label and they should have the returned package or at least all the info. Waste of time and money and unhelpful service. Never got a refund

I have not had a very good experience with Shoedazzle. For some reason their shoes are not like they use to me. I tried the regular width and I can barely get them on, I tried the wide width and they are to wide, I tried the wide width one size smaller and they are still to big. I sent the shoes back 3 times and they are still not right. I will just go ahead and keep them but I will not be ordering anymore. Plus their selection of shoes are very poor this year.

I had a membership with show dazzle and just fab I canceled just fab because she dazzle shoes had better quality. Shock to hear some of these reviews. If you don't want to get charge simply Skip the month and you have to be eighteen or older. So maybe you should have had someone with better sense read the membership for you. Lol. I love shoe dazzle great selection

Greedy thieves still manage to charge me 39.95 twice after canceling my membership. I was not and interested in making a purchase as I did not find anything on shoe dazzle that I like at all so I cancelled and now I have to deactivate my card and request a new one so they would not charge me again.

I had a problem getting into my cart. The customer service representative was very patient with me, a senior citizen who is challenged by technology. She stayed with me helping me solve the problem I was having.

They have great sales very often.

I use most of the shoes, bags, clothing, and jewelry I order. If I have a problem, they make returns with exchange or refund ( minus shipping) very easy. No shipping is charged for returns. If I spend $49, shipping is free.

Being a person who keeps her shoes and boots in the boxes, I would like the boots to be in longer boxes so they do not have to be folded over. It ruins the lines of the fabric/boot. Otherwise, I lover the products

I ordered shoes from Shoe Dazzel on Nov 1st. I called the company because there wasn't any tracking info in my order. The customer service representative hung up on me. No one knows where my shoes are and I cant get a refund. I am highly disappointed.

The return process is not easy to navigate anymore. I could only return one pair of shoes. It would have been risky to send the second pair back with a note on the return slip. I was afraid I would not be reimbursed for the second pair.

The shoes I bought were too small so I tried to exchange them on the website. I had two pairs to exchange but could not get back to the place to request a second exchange so I called Customer Service. The agent was very kind. She cancelled the original ticket and created a ticket so that I could exchange both pairs. She was very patient and took care of what I needed in a timely and courteous manner. I liked the shoes I purchased but; I don't like the must buy policy or you take our money. I unsubscribed because of this policy. There are to many businesses that sell shoes to fall for that and fifty dollars a month is to much demand on someone to buy shoes monthly whether we want to or not. The customer service people were nice, but it took all morning to finally get my order processed. They said my card wouldn't go through. Finally after 6 calls the customer service lady said oh your card is not associated with the recipient address. Omg. Seriously. From now on I'll stick with dsw macys and 6 pm.

I loved my boots however the clasp on the other pair of shoes was not working properly. You could not buckle the shoe due to how the buckle is positioned, very very flimsy and not correctly made. It is not secure enough or made in a way to buckle or wear.

Worse customer services have ever had to deal with! I was going through the site looking at things and noticed that everything I clicked to enlarge photo went to shopping bag, so I went to remove the items when the page went blank and was lost. Later to my surprise by back informed me that an order for over $100 went through and they couldn't cancel the payment. I called and had a huge run around also was told all sales are final. I finally got a supervisor number and have left at least two messages a day for almost a week now and have yet to receive a call back. Needless to say after I get my money back I will never canceling my membership!

I was purchasing a pair of boots through their website on my phone. As I went to submit my order, I was told some info was missing. No big deal, that kind of stuff happens all the time. Well after 4 different times of this happening, it finally placed my order. I immediately went to check my bank statement and low and behold, each time I had to "fix something" it charged me. I was charged 4 times in total. When I called, I was told this was an "authorization hold" and I would have my money back in 5-7 business days. I'm sorry, but I shouldn't have been charged FOUR times because their website kept telling me my form wasn't filled out completely. Needless to say, I will NEVER be buying shoes from this website again. Shoppers beware.

My account is saying that my order was delivered to my local post office. The post office never received it and my neighbors never received it by mistake. Could I possibly receive a credit for my purchase instead of the order being re shipped.

What I love about shoedazzle they have every style I love. The shoes are of such good quality from the dress shoe to the house shoe.
