I bought 3 pairs of shoes, and relized I had the vip membership... I don't want to pay 39 dollars a month! I called to cancel it and they said that if I canceled it my shoes won't come in... scam! Ugh worst idea ever signing up for this crap

I love my boots! They fit me perfectly, I love the color, the material, the model. I have thin legs and I was afraid because I thought they were going to be too wide but they adapted perfectly to my leg, the only bad thing is that they took too long to arrive but the wait was worth it.

My tracking # shows delivered but I do not have my package. I have called you guys and you said I should call the shipping company which I have and they don't have it either. I called ShoeDazzle but you guys refused to give me my money back into my credit card instead you gave me store credits which I do not need

Reading these old bad reviews have me so confused. I've been a member of ShoeDazzle since August 2012 and became a VIP member in February 2013. I've ordered countless shoes and several accessories from them and have never had ANY issues whatsoever. Some had a shoedazzle label, but many, especially more recently, have other designer labels on them. The quality is great.
If I had to complain about anything it would be that most of the time the shoes I want are sold out in my size-- but that's probably because I only shop clearance styles, so of course I can't expect them to still have a high stock on those.

I ordered a specific pair of boots and color. Since the warehouse was out of my size. They decided to send what i didn't order. I was not contacted by Shoe dazzle stating they was out of the shoe and the color. Never trust them again

After selecting shoes I proceeded to checkout and because I am a returnee, ordering was just a matter of clicking on "submit" upon quick overview of order and information. The next day I received notification that my order had shipped. Super excited to get my new shoes!

I'm not satisfied with the product quality. The boots are all rhinestone and there are alot of rhinestones missing in bunches, in areas. Poor workmanship/production. I won't wear them taken right out of the box.

I have NOT received my order yet. The tracking number says it was delivered to my city, but not to my actual address. I have no idea where to search for my order. I did pay for shipping, to be shipped to my address. Please resolve this issue. Thank you.

The shoes i bought for my boys run small and i printed return slip but found out i have to pay for shipping to return the item, so i have to give the younger one the senior one size and the small size is just laying around.
Then my own shoe quality is not as expected, this is the first time im experiencing this with shoedazzle.
I may need to cancel my membership soon

Discovering Shoedazzle is one experience I am excited about. I have been a customer over two years, and I have never been disappointed, especially with joining the VIP package. The shoes are quite affordable and not a bad quality in correlation to price. With the VIP, i also get to get amazing rewards and amazing discounts. Delivery services are also top-notch. I have been using ShoeDazzle for many years but since moving it has become a hassle. I have removed my old address and it reappears. I have called to have it removed, they state it's removed and it's not. Now I have to double and triple check the address because it defaults to my old address for every order. I would just like to order quickly like I did previously for years! I love the bags instead of the boxes as well.

My wife just had $40 taken from her account. I decided to see what happened. After checking out the website it says on the home page " 39.99 MONTHLY FEE" maybe if you people slowed down and read what your getting into you wouldn't of lost your $40 that money is rightfully theirs because your OWN ignorance!

While they do have some nice shoes, they rarely are anything to write home about. Most of the heels and sandals I've bought are extremely uncomfortable. I have to exchange stuff all the time because the sizing is not the same. The one saving grace is the boots and clothes. I love the boots and booties I've gotten from here and the clothes I have gotten were nice and fit fairly well. I feel that for the monthly fee plus the extra charges, it's not worth it.

This order was fine but it came in so many different packages I had to keep track of what I had. I wish a list came with it. My last order before this I was very disappointed because all the sizes of shoes were way off from what I ordered. Sizes were way to. Etc o big. I was very disappointed because I cannot give them for gifts because all wrong sizes. 8 was 9

I love the fashion, however the last two pair of boots I ordered were not typical true to size. The wide calf was great, however the size 9 was too small and tight compared to my normal and other boots and shoes.

I was referred to shoe dazzle by a friend who is a member. She got me a pair of boots as a birthday gift from them years ago. I ordered 8 pairs in my first order & was really excited when they arrived early. Then I opened the boxes. Most the shoes were scuffed, dented &/or smashed & none of them were true to size. I'm a size 8 & every single pair was off on size. I contacted customer service & they gave me a really hard time & ultimately canceled my VIP membership. She told me to use the same mailing label with the same tracking number in both boxes (my shipment came in 2 separate boxes) I explained to her that USPS won't accept two boxes with the same label. They each need their own. She argued with me & wouldn't give me 2 labels so now I'm concerned only one will track & I won't be refunded. The whole experience was really crummy. A huge bummer as I have wanted to join VIP for a long time & when I am finally able it was a complete flop.

If you don't remember to skip your month your account has a credit. Unfortunately none of the shoes are priced the same as your credit but rather $5 less so if you want to use your credit you need to spend more.

I've purchased 3 pairs of 3 different types of shoes and only one has been of okay quality. The other two pairs feel extremely cheap, one is even so stiff you can't bend your foot so it's been unwearable. I threw out the boxes so I haven't even attempted to return them. It's disappointing.

The subscription was not what I expected. With the $39.00 monthly deduction, I thought I had at least a $39.00 credit for any purchase. That was not the case. Will next time have to read the fine print. The subscription was not beneficial to me.

12/1/2016 checked my account and saw a purchase of $39.95 for a pair of shoes immediately contacted my Bank reported the unauthorized purchase then I called Shoe Dazzle informed them as well telling them about the bogus purchase gave them the info they needed within 5 minutes on hold she came back informed I did not have an account with them and they canceled the order and I would have a refund in my account within 7 days. I have never purchased any shoes from them and it seems to me they dont have a very good system setup to very credit card purchases now that is scary but anyways I will do a followup on my refund in the next week to let anyone using Shoe Dazzle is good on their refund policy on stolen credit cards.

The Shoedazzle website is very easy to navigate. I have no problem searching, saving, or checking out. The only issue I have is that it always goes back to page one. If I'm on page 6 and I click on a specific shoe, it goes to page 1 when I go back. I haven't tried it on desktop l, but it is a constant issue on mobile.

I'd give it a 4.5 if that was an option, but it's not so 4 it is. The shoes from the site were amazing and looked better in person than I imagined. When I wear them i always get compliments on them and i never get compliments. They're that good. I only jave two critiques. I feel like they came later than estimated which doesn't really matter now, but I was disappointed. One of the shoes i got was a bit out of size. I got sandals that were extra wide because i have wide feet. It is always a problem finding shoes because my feet are wide, but these sandals were way too much. I wanted to return and replace them which is not the site's fault. If they're all sold they're sold, but I gad to resize the sandals my self by cutting up my yoga mat because there was no other way. That's just my experience, but the shoes were still cute. I also think they are a bit flat.
