I was so excited for my new high heels, I opened the box (says size 8 on the outside) and I go to try on the shoe. And I notice the shoe won't go on my foot, so I looked at the size and the shoes were both size 6 while the box said size 8. I cannot wear a size 6 when I wear a size 8. I contacted customer service for an exchange, great customer service - I will update this review once the new pair arrives.

I called Nov 3 to canc6due to loss of job. Told me no problem and I'm still being charged. Lost my password, asked for a reset and I'm being denied. So I have no way to talk to anyone. And no phone number to call. Funny I get this email but never another reset password. Company owes me 3 months so 150$. Never again,

Purchasing the shoes was a breeze. The part I did not like was the fact that I got a notification that my shoes would arrive in 2-3 business days. I finally received them 5-6 business days and that was not what I was originally promised. I would buy more shoes again but tell your customers to not expect them in 2-3 business as a matter of practice.

I called with an issue on sizes and a return that was complex and was so happy to have a person that was able to return and reorder the items that were needed. This was a large change to a large order and the patience and attention to detail was something other service reps should study.

Don't Get Caught in Their Monthly Membership Fee Trap!
ShoeDazzle claims they refunded my membership fee after I filed a complaint with the BBB. No credits to my bank account from this company, only withdrawals. SD told me that I should check with my bank to investigate the mysterious missing credit. Hmmm. Who is more trustworthy, the bank I have used for years with no problems or the company that I am complaining against?

IF you decide to order from ShoeDazzle use a gift card with a low balance to ensure that when you start to have issues they won't be in position to take additional funds from your account.

The package arrived on time and I am very pleased with the quality of the boots I ordered! Unfortunately, I did have to cancel the VIP membership as I just don't need that many new shoes. Maybe if it were every six months as opposed to having to order every month I would have been happy to keep the membership.

The order was delayed longer than I was told. It was like it was lost somewhere for a while. I was disappointed when I received it because I was sent the wrong leggings. Everything else was the correct size so I do not understand why I would be sent a size XS in leggings. I also did not receive a receipt or invoice to send the leggings back.

The quality of the material of the shoe is not what it used to be.
The last 4 pairs of shoes have been constructed with materials that are not long lasting as the shoes I bought in 2017. The quality of the shoe does not warrant the cost. I will only order what is on sale or 1/2 price because that is all it is worth.

I tried to cancel but they only paused even though I asked them to cancel. Ended up taking more money out. Then I call about it and they are like no we can't refund it. You have to spend it and then we can go from there. I spend it and call to cancel and am told they will have to cancel my order to cancel subscription. They are trying to get people to forget so they can screw them.

The shoes are cute but the customer service is awful. I wanted to delete my account, which is normally rather easy for other sites. The customer service lady on the phone would not delete my account, I asked her 4 times politely and every time she went on some rant about why I shouldn't delete my account. I proceeded to tell her calmly that I understood what she was saying, but I still would like her to delete my account. In the end I did not manage to get my account deleted. I personally don't see what's so difficult about deleting an account, I guarantee that I will never use this website to purchase anything.

I purchased 2 clothing items and they were shipped together, under one label. Both items were too small, so I returned them. Shipped them back together in the same bag they came in. I printed off a return label from the site. After many attempts to see the status of my credit, I was told that only one was received back to the warehouse. Customer service kept telling me to wait until the second item has been received. Again, they were shipped together in the same bag. I waited a while and kept calling back. I was starting to feel they (ShoeDazzle) were giving me the run-around. I canceled my account and still never received credit for the second item. Not going back.

I purchased at least 10 pairs of shoes, possibly few more because i lost count but out of all the shoes I'm only able to wear 4 pairs. And the site is so difficult to maneuver, it's hard to exchange. So now i just have a whole bunch of shoes i can't fit. A waste of money.

Their Customer service almost turned me into a Karen LMAO
I called to cancel my order and the employee I spoke to seemed to know what they were doing (they were very polite and well spoken). They said the order was cancelled and that I would receive an email when the cancellation went through, and that my money would return to my account in a day or a few.
Fast forward to four days later and I got an email saying that my order was shipped? What the actual f.
All I can do for now is wait for the order to get to me and ship it back.
The second employee I talked to (also very polite) said that I would get a guaranteed full refund after sending everything back, but honestly Shoedazzle's Customer Service is giving me trust issues lol

The sandals were poor quality. Smell of chemicals. Spray painted top to the sole in messy line. Chains look cheap on them. I did not even tried them on. I sent them back. I am still waiting for my reimbursement.

I just feel like the quality of the shoes are going down. The heels are also WAY too high, not practical at all. I can't seem to find anything I like anymore and if I do, I usually have to send it back because it is not what I expected, or the fit is too small, or it is cheap material. I want to quit but I have too much money invested with something I no longer like.

Last shipment never showed and after a few weeks of it saying it shipped I reached out and was told it had been returned was out of stock., so they would refund my money. I was like I don't want you to refund because it was during the 50% sale and so it wouldn't even be enough to buy a pair of shoes. They promised to honor the promotion the next time I ordered, refunded my money and I will not have a minimum charge for shipping. I am cool with that.
