So this is definitely a scam, I can't even find the button to skip the month. I been on this website for 3 hours now trying to find the skip the month button, on just fab the skip the month button is there when you log on.

I first signed up with ShoeDazzle November 2019. I ordered twice boots, sandals, and dress heels. All the shoes were poor quality and worst of all they were painful to walking and after less 1 hour I couldn't stand in them. I contacted the in January to cancel and they have a hard time and still didn't cancel. I have to contact them again and they refused to refund me for January. RIP off company do not buy..

The bag is beautiful. Fully opened, the bag is designed as a garment bag so that it lays. Flat and you can insert a dress or a suit. It has side compartments for shoes, etc. to close the bag, the zippers are placed at an angle so closing the bag is a little odd. You can use the bag without using the garment bag bag too.

I have been online shoe shopping at JustFab for quite some time and I love it, but I wanted to give shoe dazzle a try. I ordered two pairs of shoes, some booties and a pair of heels. The only reason I'm giving it one star is because I liked the heels. I placed my order and 5 DAYS later I got an email saying my order had just shipped. It took a little over 2 weeks to get my shoes(the longest it's taken me at JustFab is 4 days total). When I FINALLY got them, I was satisfied with the heels I ordered but the the booties were awful! They were made out of a cheap, crappy material that squeaked every time I moved, and they DID NOT look like the picture. More like a 6th grade sewing project. Not again.

I ordered several pairs of shoes at the same time. None of them fit my wide calves, so I tried to return them. I could only get a return label for one of the three pairs. I sent them back, but only received half of the price I paid for them. When I called about returning the other pairs, they promised they would change this for the first pair. Still hasnt been done. I've been out $103 for several months now because of this--GIVE ME MY MONEY!

The rhinestone sandals don't stay wrapped around my ankles, they fall down. I actually had to tape them. The black sandals are very uncomfortable, the green heels are too small so I couldn't wear those too the concert in Vegas.

Pure crap! I bought a pair of shoes, unaware of the monthly charge, and they were cute enough. But they completely fell apart less than an hour into wearing them! THEY FELL APART! No joke! The stiching came undone and the entire front part of the shoe fell off! So I was left shoeless! Scam and cheap cheap cheap! I could buy a cheaper better quality and just as cute shoe at target! Plus my "show room" none of the shoes even match my requirements. I'm 6'2" so I wear a lot of flats and I requested to look mostly at flats and lower heel heights but all I got were 5+ inchers!

Expensive items for the quality. Also, when you try to cancel your membership, they give you a thousand run arounds so that you aren't able to cancel. The customer representatives are rude, unprofessional, make snide comments. Stay away!

If this is a optional field, why is it necessary to fill it? Anyway, their customer service is wonderful, delivery and returns are quick and made is for me/us. I have been a member for a very long time and usually when a new product does come in they sell out quickly. I don't believe they stock enough of the product for all of the members to have the choice to purchase it. Many times I have not seen able to purchase the new and exciting product(s) before they are sold out. I know I check out the link as soon as they get to me. And ofcourse, they always ask for your email so, they can notify you when it gets here; however, not once have I seen that email although I am not a one to search for a email to see if that email has come in. I do have a very busy life. So, at times in order to advance into a next level of jams I just order something I might not like as well. Therefore, it starts to get boring at times.

Pay for next day shipping took almost a week to get, received them later than had I of kept the free shipping, they wouldn't refund the cost of shipping as they had a whole rehearsed speech of excuses to weasel there way out of providing service you paid extra for.

I ordered a pair of black wedge sandals. And the very first time I wore them the sole broken off entirely from the wedge. It was like the glue just came completely undone. And the scrap was in between the sole and the wedge so the stap is broken as well. So $39.99 spent on a pair of shoes I was able to wear for about an hour.

I received my boots to no avail. They were a size 2 big. I was told by a customer service representative to return the boots. They had a size in the warehouse and the same as my boots or return they will ship the right size boots to me nevertheless, a month and a half goes well I didn't hear anything from shoe dazzle, nor in email, I recently called to be told the $12.95 was put into an account for me to use at my disposal. In the future mind you the only reason I wouldn't on the site is because I was told about the variety of sizes in waves when I called back, one of the representatives was entirely rude. This is the website that I will never ever use or refer anyone to.

So after not Recieving my shoes that I needed for my birthday I called and was then offered a rush delivery here in Hawaii. I was guaranteed to have them for my birthday. I rep from JustFab reaches out to me in regards to my issue and then told me that they don't rush deliver to Hawaii. Had I known this I would have sent the package to my parents house in Florida and then they would have rush delivered it to Hawaii. I just don't understand what is so difficult about her my items here in a timely matter. Amazon does it often without charging extra for the shipping and handling. But I am willing to pay top dollar if I have to. In the end I cancelled the items because the shipment is now expected to reach me by Jan 1,2019. Reminder I ordered my items Nov 14,2018.

I've shopped on JustFab and loved every shoe I've gotten. I've always wanted to wear pointed toed shoes but my feet are wide so when I saw that Shoe Dazzle has an option for the foot to be wide I figured I'd buy a pair try them out. I ordered super glittery shoes for my birthday a month in advance think it'll take about 2-4 weeks because I live in Hawaii currently. On top of that I paid more for shipping. 4 weeks have gone by and I still haven't seen my shoes. Called Shoe Dazzle 3 times to be told it's on the way, it's in Hawaii our for delivery when in fact it hasn't even left California. Tried to call the location in Cali that it's comkng from to find out more about it and they said they have no idea where it is or when I'll receive it. Called Fedex where Shoe Dazzle claimed it is supposed to be and Fedex said they never received it and that the information was sent to USPS because they are the ones delivering it. Call the USPS and they tell me they only received information about the package going to be shipped there but that was the only time heard of my package which was 5 days after I ordered the shoes. Call Show Dazzle back and still no explanation nor did they say they would refund me because at this point I won't have my shoes for my bday. On top of that I ordered shoes for my best friend as a Christmas gift and will now have to scramble around to get her something she'll like. I've spoken to over 10 people and no one was able to give me a solution or locate my package. NEVER AGAIN will I order from Shoe Dazzle. And might I add I bought stuff off of Amazon 2 weeks after I ordered my shoes and had my mom send me a care package and received those within 5 days. But Shoe Dazzle can't even locate my shoes.

- Reading is fundemntal. Shoe dazzle Is a great. Always read what your signing up and ask questions. Shoe dazzle is not a scam for those who are wondering based off the reviews. Being kind will get you great customer service. Return and exchange was easy and customer service was helpful and nice and I canceled both accounts with no problem. I will be signing up again whenever my circumstance is better.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes with my credits I had. I was to receive my shoes in July, which 2 pairs were for my engagement shoot. They did not arrive on the date that was showing at first and that was July 23rd( purchased July 14). I had to buy more shoes for my shoot at a local store. As of 8/6 I had still not received my shoes and had to have a "replacement" shipped. A part of me feel like they never shipped my shoes because my order "cost" me $0, although it was from my credits. I will be closing my account with Shoedazzle once I receive my shoes, IF they every arrive. ANNOYED!

I'm so surprised to hear so many negative comments. I have ordered many shoes from shoedazzel and they are all great. I even ordered my mother shoes. I ordered shoes but didn't pay attention to the vip details and chose to cancel it. Thought about it for a day or two and signed up for the vip. Hell, you'll spend 9.99 on something else anyway might as well be a pair of nice shoes, and whatever else you want. My experience has been great. Even customer service reps has been great. The only thing I don't like is a lot of their shoes be posted for a while even after they are all sold out. FYI if you are getting closed toe shoes get a size larger especially if they are platform shoes. Just saying.

Many of the complaints that I've seen here are from VIP members. I've been a VIP member for 7 years and for a while I was purchasing quite a bit from Shoedazzle. However, the products they've been carrying recently don't interest me and even though I've cancelled my VIP membership, citing lack of products which interest me, they tell me I'll have to use my "credits" for purchases. I just don't think the products they offer are worth the money.

I held out, hopeful that the following month would bring something I liked and unfortunately that wasn't the case. Style changes with time and I'm looking for different products which ShoeDazzle doesn't provide. It's disappointing that they don't have a better policy on membership cancellations and refunds.

I certainly won't be recommending the VIP membership or the site in the future.
