I signed up and recieved a 25% my first order. I had to return the boots bc the had a scuff on them. I received store credit. When I called and asked if I could use a coupon again on a replacement the said it expired... not happy with the customer service. I will use my credit and then never shop here again.

I been a customer of Shoe Dazzle for a long time and I love every show or boot I have purchased from them. They are the best company to deal with and have very good quality of shoes. I am very satisfied with Shoe Dazzle and I will continue to be a customer.

As much as I do love the shoes. Sometimes I forget to skip the month like I did this month. When your banking isn't as consistent as you rush sometimes that means taking a hit. I wish I could keep VIP status but not hane to worry whether I'll be charged $50 a month

ShoeDazzle seemed like such a great site. I decided to sign up because I could get 4 pairs of shoes for $85.90. It seemed like a great deal and the styles on the sight seemed really great too. But the "gotcha" hit when the shoes arrived. Three of the four pairs didn't fit as expected. I wanted to return/exchange. I was told that for the exchange I would be charged an additional $20.00 and that I couldn't get a credit to my credit card for the shoes that I wanted to return. So just beware if you are making a purchase on this site. Once the have your money they won't return it and you may have to pay more to get shoes that fit.

First purchase from Shoe Dazzle, shoes came damaged. Chatted in and spoke to a manager named Eden who offered to refund me but keep the product but then the chat disconnected, so I called and asked to talk to a manager and somehow I magically could not heat the manager once I was transferred. Chatted back in and spoke to another manager who said I could only do an exchange. Will be my first and last purchase, will be canceling my vip membership as soon as the exchange is complete.

This company was constantly taking money from my account they double charged me 2 times and blamed it on COVID they took 2 "membership fees" that I didn't sign up for 2 times days apart from each other. Don't buy shoes from them the shoe material sucks and they rip you off by double charging anyways!

I wanted a couple of the over the knee boots and some of the ankle boots,a couple of dress shoes but I couldn't get them because they don't have wide sizes. They have my shoe size but not width. That really hurts me I don't have fat feet just need a little room for my feet to spread

Boots are cute. But one of the boot came with a zipper malfunction. Overall, disappointed. Shoedazzle customer service membership takes money from your banking account without authorization issued. Please be beware.

I purchased two handbags, one Sukriti (which never disappoints) and a jacquard fabric crossbody (that my mom is jealous of). I'm extremely happy with both bags and would gladly purchase similar bags. Not to mention the price. You can't beat ShopLC.

I placed my order over over a week and a half ago and still nothing. They keep sending me emails saying the order shipped and they never shipped it. I called and they keep blaming FedEx. This is not the problem they are. I will never ever order from them again. I have attached photos to prove that they keep emailing me stating the order has been shipped twice and now o get one that is saying it's being processed
What a shame I was very excited. I will be canceling my VIP membership as soon as my order gets here

Cheapo, hoochie shoes. All synthetic and poorly made. And now they raised their prices and went back to the subscription model, its $19.95 per month! You can get onto some "elite" list, with items supposedly curated by Rachel Zoe, which is certainly a step up from the mall/stripper look of the cheezy Kim Kardashian, but as many have noted, you can find similar styles on many other websites. Even Zappos has better shoes than these. I bought a bag that was pretty nice, it looks way more expensive than it was, but after about two months it has completely lost its shape, I have to sculpt it every day or it looks embarrassing. Advice to Kim K.: get it together and sell some stylish, well-made vegan shoes, people would flock to that, there's definitely a need there. But Shoedazzle ain't it.

The shoes are not good quality. I can find a cute pair of Nine West or another reputable company on sale for the same price or less. A lot of the shoes just look gaudy to me. I also think it makes absolutely no sense to set it up as a subscription site. If people like your product so much, they will return and purchase from you. There is no need to automatically deduct $39.95 from their account. I think this a method to just prey on people who have a lot going on a forget to forego the month. It is a company set up by a Kardashian so of course the only goal would be to make money at the expense of having a conscionable company.

This is my first time ordering from shoedazzle as a vip member. I never got my order despite an email claiming delivery. I've called your customer care to complain and they've been no help at all. They don't know the carrier that is supposed to bring the package and its really messy. I am HONESTLY UNIMPRESSED

I dont want to call in and speak to someone that doesnt speak english they sent me the wrong sizes twice after talking to them for 5 hours! They promised me a 45$ credit back for my boots and removed 10$. What a waste of a company i hope hey get shut down for scamming people

I hadn't read any reviews before purchasing and ordered 6 pairs of shoes. 1 didn't fit, and 2 weren't really as cute as the pictures. I decided to take them up on the free returns. Was able to print one label and then the rest were not available. I called and after about a 12 minute wait I got a very nice lady who seemed new but was eager to help. She didn't hesitate to cancel the account, either. Time will tell if I actually get refunded for the three pairs I'm returning but I just wanted to throw my two cents worth in about the customer service. FYI the Facebook chat is useless, same with the website chat. Pour a glass of wine and call.

Everything I've gotten has been poor quality and nothing has fit, but it's so difficult to exchange your order or even cancel your subscription that I go into the website every month and skip the month so I don't get charged for it.

I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed. I never got a pair of boots that fit right. My size 6 1/2 always out of stock. Leaving me with poor choices. Defective zippers, sown wrong, wrinkles on one boot. Calfs too small or too tight for my regular american calf. Customer service hanging up on me not wanting to deal with my problem. Non-fluent English speaking representatives. In 9ther words I never got my 2018 boots and no refund in 3months now after numerous phone calls that it's in process and coming.

After I bought the first pair of shoes (nothing bad with the shoes), I go to the website and wanted to cancel my account. I call the agent's he says yes it is canceled. I even get the confirmation email that says Membership canceled. Next month my card is charged again and i see my card information in the website. You cannot change it, remove it nothing. I call again, they refund but still don't deactivate my account and this is getting on my nerves that IU have to call them every month to cancel. So stupid and yes they keep stealing my money!

Was very excited with my purchases, but one of my purchases was too small as I got the same size in both shoes. I tried to return one pair for a bigger size but couldn't. I would have even just wanted a store credit but was unable to do that so now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit!

I did recently cancel my monthly subscription ONLY because I broke my ankle so I can't wear a right shoe for 12 weeks but the second I can I'll be back obsessing and buying from shoe dazzle!
