I bought a pair of shoes a while ago first time I put them on they broke shoe dazzle wouldn't even offer me an excange so I bit the bullet and had them repaired by a shoe repair where I live. I went to wear them and they completely fell apart the straps all came loose and the heal was tearing apart. I've worn they shoes maybe a total of 5 times. I have got from just fab similar type of program and they have nice quality shoes for the price (keep that in mind) and they have awesome customer service no complaint. Shoe dazzle they suck and have lousy shoes

I ordered a pair of boots and even got them a size bigger than normal so whatever socks I'd wear would be comfortable with the boots. My right foot is slightly bigger than my left, so sometimes shoes will be tighter on it than my left foot. When I got the boots, I tried it on my right foot first since it's the one that is bigger. The boot fit perfectly and I had no issues with it. However, I put on the left boot and it didn't fit. It was extremely tight around my foot. It's like the boots were two different sizes, however, they were marked the same size. I sent them back and waited to receive my new pair. They told me I would receive an email when they shipped the new boots, however, I never received one. I had no clue when the boots would be coming which was annoying, but the new pair did fit. The shoes are not comfortable at all in my opinion. I have to put insoles in them to make them bearable to wear. The plus side is, they're cheap shoes so you can't really complain there.

Good quality of shoes and clothes awesome savings hella discount and pretty fast delivery even though the express delivery is a bit high with all the savings it's worth it I have ordered with the 4 times wish I could order more than I do!

When I called, I was concerned that shoe dazzle thought I rejected my parcel, and in fact it was not, shipping problem via carrier. The girl I talked to didn't hesitate, and resend my order to me. I will be keeping an eye on it on my side.

I called into customer service to cancel my account and they stated that it's been canceled. I continued to receive emails so I called again to make sure it's been canceled, the representative assured me it has been canceled and that the emails are just promos. The following month I got billed for my account that was supposed to be canceled. Completely unacceptable.

They stole $35 from me. Saying my card was invalid I clearly had $35 on my card before I ordered with them called my card and now I only have $5! I left with nothing from this website only to have my money that I worked hard for get stolen by a bull$#*! website that should be shut down. Scam to the max. Not to mention. I guess it was a website that one of the dumb Kardashian's made so go $#*!ing figure. Will take this to small claims court if I don't get my money back onto my card.

I have been trying to get rid of this account for months. My "last" order should have done it but they sent me the wrong shoe size and wrong shoe and I have not been able to get them to resend the right shoe/size so that I can be done with it. Still charging me for the site even though I have said I dont want the service any longer.

These ppl run ppl credit cards every month too take 39.95 off you're card without you even knowing it then they place it as a credit an then not tell you i will never ever order from them ever again just for the fact don't take money off my card without my premission i dont even order with these ppl for them too take money!

I love these shoes so much! They are quite comfortable and easy to walk in and make me very tall. They aren't as shiny as they seem like in the online photo but they are still cute. Make sure to buy a half size down. I wear a size 6 but bought a 5.5 and they fit perfectly.

I was waiting for my nieces order for 3 weeks! I called several timess regarding my order and was told to wait. My order was sitting in a location for over 11 days, and come to find out it was returned back due to damage. They never updated the tracking information nor did they email me regarding the status. When I asked for a refund the rep add it as an account credit instead of putting it back onto my card. Now I'm waiting for a check for my refund for almost 2 weeks. I will never order from them again!

I order many shoes from this site and I am receiving shoes that don't last long and that they start to come apart from the sole and ball of the shoe. I don't wear the same shoe more than once a month. Not even that much. They mostly sit in my closet. When I want to wear them I'm not expecting to see them separating from the bottom. The selection of shoes are not appealing to me like they were when I first started ordering. I have credits to buy shoes and not clothes. The clothes are overprice because Shein have a larger and better selection for less. The shoe credit amount was raised because? The shoes are starting to suck. I am very satisfied with Shoedazzle. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes/sandals recently and love them all! However, I had to return one (the ones I loved the most) not due to any fault of Shoedazzle, I just couldn't walk in them, and I tried (SMH). But even the return process was seamless! I love the other 2 pair and have gotten rave compliments on the one I've worn already. The shoes are high quality and very stylish! I love Shoedazzle and will continue to order and recommend them as a go to for online affordable and stylish shoes! Customer Service is great too, I forgot to skip a month and really had intended to. I called Cust. Serv. The next day and the Rep skipped the month for me and stated my card on file would not be charged! So even Customer Service is seamless to deal with!

I order two pair of shoes for 5.5 and they both both arrived in great timing. However, when I went to try on the shoes the boxes both stated a 5.5 but when I pulled out the shoe it was a 7. I immediately called to get the correct size for my birthday dinner 2 weeks away. They no longer had the 5.5 in this shoe so they had to do a store credit so I send the back the two days later. Now it is the following week almost a week after I send them back and still there is no credit on my account. I called the customer service and was informed I have to wait until my return is in there warehouse even though now my size is in stock now... very disappointed in the service I had. I have to be inconvenience due to someone not paying attitude to what they were doing... will be canceling my membership.

I wanted to return them and attempted the return/exchange process, but the system kept giving me an error. Now I'm stuck with shoes that I can't wear.

I ordered a pair of boots and my account was later hit with an additional $49.95 charge. Once I called shoe dazzle to find out why, I was told that the charge was for member subscription unbeknownst to me. I told the shoe dazzle rep to refund my money and cancel my member subscription. The money was returned but the next month another $49.95 charge from shoe dazzle was debited from my account. I called shoe dazzle again, had an almost identical conversation with another shoe dazzle rep. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT throw away your money at shoe dazzle! This company will scam you out of your money! First of all, they give you a style quiz to pick out shoes they "think" you will like. Personally, I like to pick out my own damn shoes not have them preselected for me. Then on top of that, their sizes run small so when you return them, they refund you less than half of what you paid! WORST customer experience EVER!

I read all of the disclaimers and everything when I signed up. I wasn't ever told that I would be charged $40 a month to be a member of a website. I saw the charge in my account and immediately had them close my account and refund my money. I contacted them and they said "oh we send email notifications to you about skipping the monthly payment", I never received any email about that. I opened my account in January and didn't get any sort of charge until now and it is April. I also looked at my billing info and somehow they got a hold of a new billing method that I didn't put into my account. How in the hell can they get that info without you giving it to them. This website is bs and it's just a scam. Stay the hell away from it otherwise you will pay for it!

I wear a size 5 and have a hard time finding shoes. I joined and strongly disagree with the negative feedback. If I don't like the selection I ask for more choices and if I still don't like them I opt out. I have found plenty of cute and comfortable flats and heels. They also offer bags and jewelery. I had one problem with a zipper breaking and they were great about getting me a new pair. NEVER have I been lead to believe a stylist picks them just for me or they are the only ones selling that style shoe. Sorry ladies, but read the details before signing up as my impression is not that they are exclusive in anyway. I know what I am getting by reading about the product. Geez, are people so naive they don't pay attention or do they just not read before they purchase or sign up? I love ShoeDazzle and the quality is what you expect for an item of that price range.

Tried to cancel and skip the months subscription but after logging in on the website it redirected to a white page. I couldn't log in whatsoever to skip the month. Trying to contact support the support chat page randomly refreshes and I lose the conversation I had waited 10 minutes for trying to connect with a rep. I get charged and am forced to buy something otherwise I waste the 60 odd dollars. Ridiculous.

I bought the shoes because I have a dress that has a background color of dusty pink and they looked like they would match perfectly. Well when I got my shoes and open the box there were these bright bright bubble gum pink shoes staring back at me. They are so bright that I had to throw the lid back on so the brightness wouldn't damage my eyes.
I ran and got my phone to show my friend that those were not the color I ordered but thats the only color pink they show now. I know when I ordered them the ones on the internet were not the same as the ones they display now. I actually love the shoes, they are probably my favorite. The fit is perfect and since they don't show a different color than the ones I have I am keeping them but I wont wear out anywhere as I am sure they will get all the attention.
