The shoes are okay, some are cute and of decent quality. But they aren't worth the drama with this company, especially the VIP (and new VIP Elite) program. They signed me up for the VIP Elite without my permission. I actually emailed them and told them *not* to sign me up for it beforehand (I've had plenty of experience with their scams)... And they did it anyway. It took days to get my $39.95 back. Buyer beware!

They send way too many emails so I usually do not open them so I did not. I am a new VIP member and I'm not used to canceling every month. I realized it after my account got charged and I got really mad. I figured I would cancel my account. I called to cancel and the person I was talking to kept trying to guilt trip me and talk me into not canceling. I was on the phone for over 7 minutes! I would not recommend anyone doing the VIP membership unless they plan to buy shoes all the time.

Placed my order, was told it has shipped and would be delivered 7th January. It's 10th January and I'm yet to receive my order. When I tracked the order, the site just said my order met an exception, what does that even mean?
I'm highly dissatisfied with this purchase and the treatment so far!

Shoedazzle leaves a bad taste in my mouth! Company sucks! And too expensive! The first time you buy something you get a deal and after that everything is way overpriced for clothing and shoes! You can get merchandise for half the price somewhere else! Then after your first purchase, you're automatically being charged a monthly fee which I clearly didnt want to agree to. Not only I couldn't get my money back from all the monthly fees I was charged and didn't know and also didn't buy anything else during that subscription. I had no choice but to use up the money on your overpriced merchandise! The only thing that's going good for them is their customer service... Even their representatives knew Shoedazzle advertisements are deceitful and not worth the money! Scamming $#*! company!

I just received my purchase from Shoedazzle and the quality is wonderfull however because you do not post to Australia I had to go through a third party which costs a small fortune ($130.00US). It was riple the price of the purchase. So in future even though you product is very good I will have to go to one of the many other stores that do international shipping. This truly is a pity as my wife like your products and the range. If your policy changes I will return.

I liked my first pair of shoes (BCBG). Not aware I would be automatically charged $39.95 for a monthly membership. I decided to keep to go ahead and just buy shoes since I was told that my money could not be refunded, shoes were ok but could have gotten similar at Rackroom or Payless Shoes for less money. I supposedly cancelled my membership twice and after filing a complaint with the BBB they suddenly claimed that they refunded the money to my account, which is obviously an invisible transaction. STAY AWAY! Shoes are not great quality overall, guess I just happened to get tricked by that one designer pair they had in stock.
Tip for consumers:
if you actually see a deal then use a gift card with enough funds to cover that one transaction.

Really love the quality of the product but the design isn't great. The straps aren't adjustable enough to fit me so I'm gonna try to see if I can work with it and make it work because I love them so much.

My first few years with shoe dazzle was an amicable experience. Not anymore. Shoedazzle RIPPED ME OFF for upwards of $100. I literally had to report them to my credit card company because they wouldn't cancel my subscription. This company is the dumps. They are so cheap that the shipping provider they use to Canada charges more in duties and tarriffs than the shoes actually cost. Its free shipping to the state's... less than 100 miles from me... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I purchased a pair of "Gladiator" sandals, one of the straps that goes across the top of my foot broke... the white zippered back sandal. Fit not too comfortable... the furry boots I just ordered, I may send back... too wide for my legs.

The lure UN by offering one parrot $10 get you to pay $15 a month and charge you 40 to $50 a pair of shoes then send the wrong ones they would keep their prices as they are in the ad posted instead of jacking up when you click on it to review them or to purchase them they'd probably have a lot more purchases

Spoke to someone at Shoe Dazzle to return two pairs of shoes. After I sent the shoes back I only received a refund for a portion of the cost of the shoes. When I called and inquired why I had only received partial refund for 1 pair of shoes I then asked about the second pair and was informed that they never received them. I asked how this was possible since they were sent together in the same box and they couldn't give me an answer. I have placed numerous calls without getting an answer as to what happened to the second pair and where my refund is with not being able to get an answer from anyone. I would never recommend Shoe Dazzle to anyone. They are horrible.

We are in the middle of a pandemic and possible recession and shoedazze now up their monthly price's to $50.00 bucks. When you try to take advantage of the sales, they now take the percentage off the original price and not the sale price. No longer a member.

I moved in January 2022 and got several shipments to the correct address yet when I recently ordered two pieces of clothing for my birthday using my VIP credits it got sent to the wrong address. I sent them a note telling them of the error but nobody's reached out to me and I have not received my shipment either!

So I ordered some boots and the calf's were so tight I could barely get them zipped and I have pretty normal size calfs. So I return n trade them out for some different boots only this time with a wide calf then decided to order another pair wide calfs boots. Finally weeks later I get my exchange and the calves on these shoes I have never in my life seen a shoe with such a large calf portion I literally could have put my leg in my shoe like six times... So I returned both of them and I am still waiting exchange again. This all started in the middle of November and I still don't have a pair of boots.

I have been a member for quite some time now, have conservative flats and crazy heels in my collection from them. Where I live the choices are basically Pay-less or Walmart for shoes - wearing the same tired shoes as everyone else. Any time I have had any questions or concerns the staff have been great in helping me. If you don't bother to read the description with each shoe or don't understand what the word "faux" means that isnt their fault - that's on you for not being informed. Ignorance is not an excuse in this case. Yeah, some of the shoes are kinda hootchie, some are also kinda grandamotherly too. Some look cheaply made, some don't. I am quite happy with ShoeDazzle and so are my friends that joined. The closest thing I have to a complaint is that they don't have shoes small enough for my mother to join also

They literally steal your money! I canceled my membership and they continued to charge me and wouldn't refund my money. I had over a $200 credit on the website and they won't accumulate the credit for your purchases unless you have the exact amount. Which is impossible because nothing on the sight equals $39.95 which is what they make you pay each month. Don't let this happen to you, stay clear!

I did not expect much for $39.95, I usually spend $600 plus on shoes, however I saw an ad on tv with a cute shoe and though why not I will wear them once. I know quality shoes and I know cheap. These weren't cheap. Steve Madden is cheap. This is cardboard and plastic. They oddly were not the most uncomfortable shoes ever... well cardboard is soft... but this was the cheapest quality shoe I have EVER seen. It was ridiculous. The only way to cancel is to call customer service. It wasn't that difficult at the end of the day but stupid I had to call rather than just do it online. This company is (I think) owned by and works just the same as Adore Me, Just Fab. You get the subscription even if you don't want to and have to call to cancel. I guess if you don't care about quality this can work but know how bad these shoes are.
