Shoes aren't created equal so it's a hit or miss honestly. Some are very well made and some are worse than Walmart shoes. The comfort is also a hit or miss. More for fashion than durability or quality.

The clear gladiator boots I got had a top strap that was twisted. Had to cut the strap & reattach properly. The blue/green wedges with ankle ribbons I wore once & the ribbons are already starting to fray.

My package was shipped to wrong address 3 times.i corrected Lasership 4 times and shoedazzle3 as well.still didn't my my shoes2weeks no shoes.then they went back to seller.at that point I didn't even want them anymore so I canceled and did get refunded...

I kept forgetting to cancel so i kept buying shoes so i wouldn't lose money and now i have shoe's ill never wear and keep "forgetting" to get rid of it. It's turning into a problem.
The shoes hold up to their name and are in fact, shoes.

I used the chat feature to let Shoedazzle know that I received my shoes, yet, they were too snug for the size I had ordered and requested the next size up. I have not yet received the next size up to see if they will fit properly but my experience with Shoedazzle is always pleasant and they make sure they get it right for me. I hope that the next size up fits properly and that being said, I know Shoedazzle will make sure I get what I need to feel fabulous as well and comfy in my shoes.

I think shoedazzel should send in peoples purchases a return label for return if any should need to be returned some if not most people dont have easy access to a printer to be able to print off a return label

I was with shoe dazzle got about 6 months. I got some cute shoes. I skipped months with no issues and when I canceled it was, easy no wait time. The only reason I canceled is because I have a ton of shoes and need a break for a bit lol

The shoes are not wide. I order my size and there has been a lot of times where I have to exchange them because they come too small. Other companies I order my size and they come my size. Idk why they are not wider, they are thin.

The heel felt awkward as if I was sliding. I don't know if my weight played a factor, I'm 5'10 220lb. I wanted to return them, but I want to give them another try and if I still feel as if I'm sliding, I will give them away.

I love the styles, the vip specials i love everything about shoe dazzle from boots to heels I rather shop shoe dazzle then the shoe stores I don't like the shipping! I hate the shipping by the time I get my shoes the season over or a special event has came and gone and I have to go to Dillard or shoe station

I am super upset bc you all took my credits when I stopped my membership! I should have got to use my remaining credits. I just didn't want to pay for the upcoming month because I had too many credits already that I had not you. And when I canceled my membership you all took my credits that is not right!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes last Sunday oct 8th, and they were supposed to be here by today or tomorrow. Next week is my 21st birthday and I specifically bought them for Vegas. I got an email from them saying my "shipping was delayed" but I got that email 4 days AFTER I placed my order! And now they're saying they won't be here for another week. Not in time for my birthday. So so so dissapointed. Save yourself the dissapointment and shop elsewhere.

Placed an original order that was fine. Ordered another item and they sent the wrong one. Kept it anyways. Ordered again, sent the wrong item. Requested exchange. They said they would send an exchange. They sent the wrong item again. I called and they stated they could resend it but I'd probably get the wrong item. They said they'd process a return label but I'd have to call them back when I got an email stating they received my item to get a store credit refund. I told them I didn't want to have to call them back and they should have a process for receiving the item and refunding my account without me having to call again. The agent said no. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor said no. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was able to do it. If you want to waste your time on the phone and at the post office, use ShoeDazzle. If you think your time is valuable, skip it.

I noticed my package was going to be delivered to an old address. I contacted the shipping carrier, Pitney Bowes, and they referred me to ShoeDazzle. ShoeDazzle referred me to Pitney Bowes. I contacted the post office and was assured my package would be returned to sender. I received notification that my package was delivered to the old address. I went to the old address and the resident said no package was delivered for me. ShoeDazzle did not assist me at all with this delimma. I still have no package, no refund, nor a credit on my account.

I called and I talked to a lady and I asked her to please cancel my subscription and give me my money back because I didn't even know that was going to happen. I made a purchase on July 8 that had an estimated delivery date of July 18. I didn't receive an updates on shipping. When I checked the USPS link I saw that it was delayed. On July 20th I received an email from Shoedazzle saying the package would be delivered the next day but it was not. The package came on July 22 which was too late for the event I needed it for. I was disappointed with the level of communication about the delay and would not consider shoedazzle for another timely event as this is the second shipping issue I've had.

I love the boots, however; I ordered a extra wide calf and the strings won't tie up to over the knee and they are thigh high boots. I am 197lbs and my calves are thick and the boots won't tie all the way up for me.

I was really happy with the price I paid for my first pair of shoes and the shipping was really fast. The quality of the shoe was good for what I paid. The only hassle of this website is that I have to remember to skip each month on the 1st-5th or I will be charged 39.95. Which is super annoying, sooo I opted to cancel my "VIP" membership. Once I got on the phone with the customer service representative it was like a battle with her just to cancel my membership. She was making it so difficult and I ended up having to get alittle rude to get my point across. At the end of the day I would only recommend this company if you are ready for a committed relationship.

Their only response was oh I can't do anything you need to call the shipper yourslf. Then the shipper said I had to call the merchant. I only received a refund because I called back and suggested that's what they do or resend the item which by the time I got through with all the phone calls of them. The item I wanted was out of stock what they should've did in the first place was offered to re-ship the item since it was their error.
