My order took almost a month to arrive, then all the shoes were one size bigger than they should have been even though they were labled 9.5. When trying to exchange them the site was glitching and wouldn't let me chose to exchange all three at the same time. Sent them out, after another month I contacted them, they said they only have record of me requesting to exchange one pair when there was three. Requested a full refund and they said they have to wait for the box to come. Nearly another month later I contacted them again letting them know I am shoeless and want my refund. Three months over one transaction, no thanks. Then when trying to cancel my subscription they were trying to bait me in with offers. Wow.

I ordered 3 pair of boots for my wife. Company rep guaranteed I will receive in 7-10 days. I received tracking number on my account without shipping information. Contacted customer service who told me to contact Fed Ex. Contacted Fed Ex who told me to contact Shodazzle. Finally received box from shoedazzle but it contained order for someone in California. I live in Ohio. Contacted customer service again. Told in order to receive my order I must return wrong order. No problem. Contacted customer service again, they told me 2 of the 3 pairs of shoes I ordered are no longer available. I explained I haven't received email with return label and was told they never offer return slips and I can keep shoes or give away. I informed costumer service to give me a complete refund and cancel my membership. This company is a complete comedy show

My orders were sent without a proper address so that it came to my zipcode but no home address. The post-office sent it back to shoedazzle and shoedazzle could not resolve it. I ended up canceling my membership. Same nonsense with JustFab

I purchased three pair of shoes online and I was excited when I realized they were having a BOGO sale. Well, the shoes looked extremely cheap (you get what you pay for) and when I tried to return them I could only get a store credit! I feel like this company is scamming people out of their money by selling cheap shoes that most people would return and then denying a refund. This is NOT how to do business!

I ordered a pair of black over the knee boots on sale and I couldn't be happier. I am a fan of sexy boots, with 14 pairs in my closet. They range from thigh high to knee high to ankle boots, but the pair of OTK boots I ordered from Shoedazzle are far and away the sexiest. What an awesome deal!

The quality has gone downhill. I ordered a total of 4 tall boots between size 8 and 8.5. All were too narrow and very uncomfortable. Wide sizes are available but I have purchased boots on this site in the past and never had to buy a size wide.
I initially ordered 2 pairs of boots and both were uncomfortable, too narrow, and optically different than the boots pictured online. I returned those for store credit so I wouldn't lose 5.95 per pair which I find ridiculous. The restocking fee shouldn't apply if the boots were falsely advertised (not receiving what the picture showed, color or otherwise). I used the store credit to order two more pairs that weren't better but I decided to keep them so I wouldn't have to go through the frustration of the return policy.
I'm seriously considering canceling my subscription.

I purchased a lovely pair of shoes in January 2020. Decided I didn't want or need a membership for Shoe Dazzle so therefore I canceled my membership in February 2020. Fast forward to July 2020 and the company billed my account for a membership fee! This shoe site appears to be a scam! Buyers BEWARE!

Bought some boots orderedthem wide becausei have flat feet they ended uo so wide they are big and the bootis supposed to be knee high and the leg part is so wide that i can fit my arm in it. Its totally ridiculous. Never buying on-line shoes ever again.

I like the shoes and sometimes they have really great sales. I usually buy flats or low shoes and they are long lasting! I personally don't know much about their highheels, but I know they are uncomfortable. What I don't appreciate the service is that they gave me a hard time canceling my account (i still havent done it). Their fee is a little too much for me and I always make sure I cancel it before they charge me. I'll see if I keep this, but if you are looking to get some good flats you should get them here!

I ordered two pairs of shoes a week ago and it is exactly a week later (still no shoes, thy hadn't even been shipped and it was delayed for no reason) and I was charged for my order a second time. I called customer service, which they say is award winning, and they were stupid asked me to three way my bank to see why my money wasn't back in my account. Where they do that at? I work customer service that is not how you do business at all. Not to mention they are not accredited by the better business bureau at all! I made them cancel my membership and my order and told them if my money don't come back on my card soon I'm am gonna sue period

No no no don't ever use this site! I was a member and their items are cheaply made, as expected for the prices you get "access" to as a member. When I went to cancel, after orders never arrives… more than once… never showed up., they told me it was unrefundable in any way except store credit. After fighting them, I finally was able to "get a check sent out" with a refund amount of over $200… that AGAIN never arrived because THEY sent to the wrong address. After getting a new check issued, it STILL HAS NEVER ARRIVED! It's been over 18 weeks of trying to get my money back that they "can't send to my card". I'd happily spit on their CEO if I ever saw them to get the chance. The company is despicable.
Tip for consumers:
Stay the heck away from it. Zaful would be a better bet and have better shipping and customer service.. and they’re trash too

Shoes, bags, clothes. Orders that arrived are cheap. Numerous orders never made it

I ordered some knee high open toe boots on sep -1-2015, i paid for 2-3 business day's & guess what never got a order confirmation after order for 2days. I decided to take it unto my own hands and contact shoe dazzle spike to a kind lady i explained to her i ordered a shoe & have no confirmation she apologize & stated she will send it to me after the call. I get a email saying it takes 1-3 processing time before shipment! Long story short i received it on September 12- 2015. I was pissed! Called them again and gave them a piece of my mind & they refunded my 2-3 day shipping fund. Wish i can upload a picture for you guys of the front damage of shoes & crapy box i got smh never again!

The shoes are very cute and buying them online means I couldn't try them on. The quality was bad too, the straps for the toes were different sizes, the bottom had NO PADDING, the material was slippery so every step felt like I was gonna fall over, there's a thick seam right on the ball of my foot where all my weight is. The only positive was the way they looked

Since I kept getting crdits because I forgot to cancel my subscription months ago, I found random things, probably not worth my $ but only way I would feel better that I got something with the money already given to this company than to get nothing for $200.

None of the shoes are on sale. You never get the 10$ off or any of the other offers. None fit. Returns are a joke. I bought a pair of Gwen Stefani shioes the heel broke after I wore them 3 times. Garbage.
