I called customer support to cancel my vip membership because they charged my account when I skipped the month. The next mont I checked it and the skip the month wasn't available to me. So I called and they went on to tell me that I can skip the month instead of canceling my membership. They didn't do anything about my lost month.

I have called customer support 6 times! Called On October 29th was told to call in Monday to get a refund of shipping cost and a reshipment. Called on Monday said no you have to call on November 2 if you don't receive it to get a reshipment! Called today as I was told and was told no reshipment and you have to wait 15 days to before a reshipment can be sent. Called FedEx. FedEx said its been 5 days and a claim needs to be opened. I told her Shoedazzle is refusing to send a reshipment because FedEx has the package.

My experience has been mostly very good and you can always call if you have a problem. There are also many choices, shoes, boots, sandals, clothes and pocketbooks.

The shoes are uncomfortable in the toe box. I find shopping online makes finding a comfortable fit very difficult.

My purchase was easy on the website how ever, I got an email my package was delivered on 2/14@ 9:53am and I have no package. I checked my ring doorbell and all the homes on my culdesac and there was no delivery.
I put in a claim said I would have an answer in 48 hours and I still have no response.

Package was ordered July 3. I called it was never delivered. Last week Laser ship sent an email as did Shoe Dazzle that it was delivered. I call BULL$#*!. Now Laser ship says during their investigation they couldn't find where or if it was delivered. Show Dazzle tells me to piss off too bad. Laser ship tells me to call Show Dazzle. Just BULL$#*!

I would give 0 stars if I could. They say "you can cancel at anytime" which is complete bullsh*t because when you call the number to cancel they give you the run around on an automated voice system. The only way to cancel is if you have your membership number which is NO WHERE to be found on the online portal or past orders. I finally just cancelled my card that it was on thinking that would stop the payments to these scumbags. NOPE! They are linked up with visa and MasterCard where even if you get a new account or card number they can still charge the account on a "subscription based" charge. So that was a nice surprise to find yet ANOTHER charge this month from them. Finally had to contact my bank and tell them to block charges from the vendor from here on out and the rep knew EXACTLY what company I was talking about before I even told him! I PRAY this is the end of this nightmare.

My boots arrived about a week after purchase. The packing was very convenient, I wrapped the entire box for my own Christmas surprise lol. I love my boxes the boots came in. This was a great experience and I will be purchasing more items from Shoedazzle…I LOVE IT HERE

The shoes I ordered are size 8n half which is what I wear but these shoes are like a size 12 can't wear them you make it impossible to return them if u don't have a computer and printer so now im stuck with these shoes that I can't wear

I order my shoes on June the 4th, it took 3 weeks for them to get here. When I did receive my shoes well what I thought was my shoe, it was the wrong shoe. They were supposed to ship me the correct shoe through rush shipment, which I was told that it'll be her no later than Tuesday June 30th. My shoes are not here, when I called the lady told me they will be here by the 8th; which the shoe is needed today July 3rd because it's for my sister who is getting married today, and we're looking forward to the shoe to wear to get married in. This is absolutely disappointing.

I tried to use some of the credit I have in store for the two consecutive monthly payments as a VIP member since 2012 and comes up that I can't use those credits for the discounted items, so if I wanna buy them on sale I have to pay with my card or buy them full price with the credit that I already have! There is not point then to have them discount my bank account each month when you can't use those credits on the items that are on sale!

I searched for the perfect shoe for my daughters graduation and it had plenty of time to get here according to their shipping times. Two days after I ordered they said it was delayed and wouldn't get here until 4 days after my event. Live chat says it's available to talk starting at 6a then I get message that it's not until 9a and then still can't connect at 9:25a! Very disappointed.

It still hasn't arrived and I am being asked again for extra directions. I just ordered shoes from da kids that uses the same shipping company. There's never anything in my size that I want. The only thing I've ever gotten from showdazzle that I enjoy is a hoodie. The shoes hurt my feet IF I can find anything I like. I've been skipping months but when I forget it takes me forever to find something I like that is in my size. I will be canceling this service.

Not a great selection, plus it's really hard to cancel the account, which I think is an incredibly shady business practice. There are lots of other places to get discounted shoes, skip this one.

Complete rip off. Customer services take a minimum of 30 minutes to answer.
WHAT EVER YOU BUY WILL COST AT LEAST $40 MORE BECAUSE OF THE SUPPOSED VIP MEMBERSHIP. Oh and the products are sub standard just to add salt to the wounds.
I am also suspicious that any rating above 1* has been posted by the company.
