Am thorougly disappointed. I am in Canada and was charged $9 for shipping plus the cost of shoes. I had ordered US size7 but the shoe I recieved was one size too small though it is size7!
Now I am told that if I want to exchange it, I will have to mail it back at my own expense (would cost me atleast 20 bucks) plus I will be charged $9 for handling the returned item and yet another $9 for shipping the exchange item. They charged me $40 for membership too!
What a rip off! Wont recommend it to ANYONE.

Express shipping was slow paid 17 and still had to wait 5 days... love the shoe very comfortable... suggestion get the right size. I usually go a 1/2 up im my heel but these was a prefect fit

Not one not two all 5 pairs of shoes were sized wrong, They had the right number size printed on them. But with try on it's plain to see the 9 was actually a 7 1/2. So disappointing

My shoes came super quick. It took less than a week. All of them are really cute and comfortable for the most part. There's only one pair out of the four I purchased that I haven't worn yet.

What Company sends a Great Customer a pair of boots that are 2 LEFT feet and does nothing for the customer when they call? When my boots arrived I only tried on one boot not both, and when I realized I had 2 left feet they basically didn't care! Never will I buy anything from Shoe Dazzle! U SUCK!

Some of the sandals were too narrow and I wear size 11 medium. Also 1 pair were delivered ripped before they were worn

I have a very narrow foot but even what I received was just ridiculous. Not worth returning and will be trashed. Shoedazzle & just fab's quality has really gone down.

I bought a pair of shoes from them about 4 months ago. When you checkout you're already signed up for the VIP membership which is $39 a month. It is an opt out choice. Though I understand that the shopper has the choice to not sign up, the way it is set up seems purposely not obvious to the user and comes off as a sneaky way to trap people. I found that I was being charged monthly and when I spoke to the ShoeDazzle rep "Madison Dazzle" who was unhelpful and rude, basically told me that it was my choice to be a VIP member and it was not her problem.
Beyond that the website does not work properly, you can't read reviews and often times links link to nothing. The one pair of shoes i purchased were cheaply made and it cost more to return them than keep them. I'm usually pretty thorough about checking shipping and return policies before purchasing but like the VIP membership, rules are hidden.
Long story short don't shop here.

I read every detail of ShoeDazzle and I am fully aware of how it works. Reading these reviews it is so obvious some people did not completely read everything. They do not steal money or just take your money without your knowledge. I receive an email every month and if I don't want anything I just skip the month. It takes like 2 minutes to log in and click on Skip this Month. READ EVERYTHING PEOPLE
